Breit–Pauli results for energy levels, lifetimes, and some transition data are reported for all levels up to 2s22p3d 1PJo of the C-like spectrum for 7 [Formula: see text] Z [Formula: see text] 15. For all but the lowest members of the sequence, these include all the states of the 2s22p2, 2s2p3, 2p4, 2s22p3s, 2s22p3p, and 2s22p3d configurations. For carbon, only the states for the 2s22p2, 2s2p3, and 2s22p3s configurations are included. A simultaneous optimization scheme was applied so that a radial basis could be determined for a set of terms that mix in the Breit–Pauli approximation. All results have been posted at a Web site. In this paper, lifetimes are reported and, in addition, results for N II, O III, and Si IX are critically evaluated. Energy levels are compared with experiment and adjusted transition rates, along with uncertainty estimates are presented. Selected results are compared with other theory and experiment. The integrated allocation and scheduling of handling resources are crucial problems in the railway container terminal (RCT). We investigate the integrated optimization problem for handling resources of the crane area, dual-gantry crane (GC), and internal trucks (ITs). A creative handling scheme is proposed to reduce the long-distance, full-loaded movement of GCs by making use of the advantages of ITs. Based on this scheme, we propose a flexible crossing crane area to balance the workload of dual-GC. Decomposing the integrated problem into four sub-problems, a multi-objective mixed-integer programming model (MIP) is developed. By analyzing the characteristic of the integrated problem, a three-layer hybrid heuristic algorithm (TLHHA) incorporating heuristic rule (HR), elite co-evolution genetic algorithm (ECEGA), greedy rule (GR), and simulated annealing (SA) is designed for solving the problem. Numerical experiments were conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm. The results show that the proposed algorithm has excellent searching ability, and the simultaneous optimization scheme could ensure the requirements for efficiency, effectiveness, and energy-saving, as well as the balance rate of dual-GC.

Variational calculations are carried out with a multiconfiguration-interaction wave function to obtain the relativistic energies of the 1s2 2 ln l 1 S (m)(n =2–6, m1–5) states for the beryllium isoelectronic sequence (Z =4–10). Relativistic corrections and the mass polarization effects are evaluated with the first-order perturbation theory. The identifications of the energy levels for 1s2 2 ln l 1 S (m)(n =2–6, m1–5) states in the Be-like ions are reported. The oscillator strengths, transition rates and wavelengths are also calculated. The calculated results are compared with other theoretical and experimental data in the literature.

Energies, wavelengths, lifetimes, oscillator strengths, electric dipole (E1), electric quadrupole (E2), magnetic dipole (M1), and magnetic quadrupole (M2) transition rates among the 42 fine structure levels belonging to the 3s23p4, 3s23p33d, and 3s3p5 configurations for S-like Fe and S-like ions with 41 ≤ Z ≤ 49 are calculated using the fully relativistic multiconfiguration Dirac–Fock (MCDF) method. In the calculations, contributions from correlations within the n = 6 complex, Breit interaction, and quantum electrodynamics effects are included. Detailed comparisons are made between the present results and the available experimental and other theoretical data. We found that our calculated energy levels generally agree within ≤0.5% with the experimentally compiled results, and the transition rates agree within ≤12% with other theoretical results for a majority of the transitions. These accurate theoretical data should be beneficial in fusion plasma research and astrophysical applications.
