This paper aims to evaluate the satisfaction level of customers of a restaurant inSanta Maria- RS, using descriptive statistical analysis in order to identify opportunities for improvements to the rated restaurant. Customers were asked to rate, for each item, your satisfaction, according to a Likert scale. The results showed that the restaurant seems to meet customer expectations with respect to its internal structure, layout, accessibility, location, the options and the speed in payment and the price charged in addition to all aspects aspects related to food. However, it was found that the highest rates of dissatisfaction are related to the smell of the internal environment, parking and internal decoration. The results presented by this research, as well as recommendations for improvement will be forwarded to the restaurant so that necessary measures can be taken to ensure continuous improvement of the quality of their services.

Graph-based modeling of planetary gears was applied in the presented research work for their synthesis. The tailored Hsu and contour graphs were used. Graphs encode the structure (layout) of a planetary gear and upon them - the systems of equations can be generated. These systems enable determination of rotational velocities of planetary gear elements. The method is algorithmic and simple. It allows for an easy comparison of different design solutions and selection of the most appropriate one. The list of the possible modes of operation for an exemplary planetary gear is also provided in the paper.

Based on the knowledge to defects and advantages of traditional ingot casting, a new approach for casting of aluminum alloy ingot, based on heat conduction by rotating heat pipes, is put forward in this paper. Different from the conventional casting method that cooling around ingot, the microstructure and properties of casting ingots can be significantly improved due to cooling of molten liquid from the central by rotating heat pipes proposed by this paper. Through simulation on the working process and the fields of flow and temperature, it can be speculatively seen that the ingot solidification is from inside to outside and that inner stress inside the ingot is compressive. The influences of speed of heat pipe bundle, casting speed and casting temperature on the temperature field in the ingot have been systematically studied. The ingots with different sizes can be prepared by changing size and structure layout of the heat pipes.

This paper describes an ongoing study related to a conceptual design model, which is specific to instructional interface design to enhance courseware usage. It was found that most of the existing courseware applications focus on the needs of certain target with most of the courseware offer too little to inclusive learners. In addition, the use of structure, layout, and navigation to improve the courseware instructional interfaces as part of usability strategies was also problematic for developers. Thus, this study aims at creating an alternative instructional interface as part of usability strategies for inclusive education systems called Instructional Interface Design for Courseware (IID4C). It is proposed as guidance for the developer to refer to. The study used comparative analysis technique to determine the elements of the model. In the end, this study finds that the IID4C model is useful for information accessibility and contributes to the designing of instructional courseware. Future works are to evaluate the proposed model among disabled and non-disabled learners.

Normally, it is much complicated and difficult to design flood discharge and energy dissipation with large discharge. In this paper, twelve designed schemes of a curtain hydropower station were compared and analyzed repeatedly. It provides better reference scheme for engineering design. On weir surface and middle orifice local hydraulic model with geometry scale of 1:60, the writer tested and researched on energy dissipation capacity ,velocity and flow pattern, pressure distribution and related hydraulics problems of the curtain hydropower station discharging structure layout. Basically practicable discharging structure pattern and stilling pool pattern were put forward, through comparison and optimization of more than ten schemes. The study result showed that the surface orifice adapting proper pattern of flaring gate pier was favorable to increase the energy dissipation efficiency and shorten the length of stilling pool, but had no effect on the phenomenon of water wing hitting both sides of guide wall caused by flaring gate pier, the schemes of canceling flaring gate pier of surface orifice and adapting the declined pattern stilling pool could decrease the stilling pool floor plate velocity of under flow energy dissipation efficiently ,at the same time diminish the phenomenon of water wing hitting guide wall on both sides caused by flaring gate pier and obtain certain satisfying energy dissipation effect, moreover it had much heuristic and inspirational effect on similar projects.

A floating structure is proposed to act as a dry wellhead completion support for a mono-column design developed by Petrobras: the MONOBR FPSO. After the discussion of the design issues involved, the MONOBR design is introduced and the peculiarities affecting the insertion of a floating structure into its moonpool are analyzed. In what follows, the main characteristics of the proposed floating structure layout are presented in the context of its purpose of allowing for the effortless vertical motion relatively to the housing mono-column unit, followed by the considerations pertinent to the ballast system devised to allowing for the adequate operation, by the characteristics of the roller mechanisms proposed to ensure the aligned motion desired and by the analysis of the structural issues and the proposed structural layout.

Coal gas accident is the main threat to the safety production in coal mine,it needs a safe and efficient drilling equipment to detection and drainage in the gas area.At present, the equipments detect and drainage in underground coal mines are mainly fission rigs, which move time-consuming, and the efficiency of drilling is low. This paper introduces a new kind of full hydraulic drill car used in coal,it includes the integral design of the car, the structure layout, the drilling arm and the main parts of design ideas. The new drill carriage adopts the caterpillar vehicle structures, full hydraulic pressure drives,it can automatically change the drill rod, prevent bit-stuck device, can freely passage in the narrow roadway, arrived at the reservation of the drilling position and carries on the omni-directional drilling,it can meets various mine construction requirements, and it has a broad market prospect.
