Long non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), which do not encode proteins, regulate cell proliferation, tumor angiogenesis, and metastasis and are closely associated with the development, progression, and metastasis of many cancers. Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) in the tumor microenvironment play an important role in cancer progression. The Hippo signaling pathway regulates cell proliferation and apoptosis, maintains tissue and organ size, and homeostasis of the internal environment of organisms. Abnormal expression of Yes-associated protein (YAP), the Hippo signaling pathway key component, is widely observed in various malignancies. Further, TAM, lncRNA, and YAP are currently valuable targets for cancer immunotherapy. In this review, we have logically summarized recent studies, clarified the close association between the three factors and tumorigenesis, and analyzed the outlook of tumor immunotherapy.

Abstract The necessity of monitoring the technical condition of the rolling supports of electric machines has been substantiated. It is proposed to use the electrical resistance of the bearing as an indicator of the technical condition the rolling support. The results of mathematical modeling of electrical resistance in the form of a function of resistance from factors of the internal environment of the bearing and modes of its assembly and operation in a rolling bearing are presented. An electroresistive method for monitoring the technical state the rolling support is proposed, which differs from the known methods by original algorithms for collecting information about the state of bearing parts, experimental studies have been carried out to confirm the efficiency of this method.

The article presents an analysis of the external and internal environment of children's sports schools in rural areas in the form of a SWOT matrix. Children's sports schools in rural areas are distinguished by a huge set of sports disciplines, many their own facilities and a low pricing policy. Among the most significant disadvantages are the lack of active promotion of schools and a small percentage of paid services compared to budget ones. To improve the situation of children's sports schools in rural areas, it is proposed to create a promotion program that will help increase the number of students and affect the growth of the organization's income.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the way top managers scan environmental conditions to diagnose and interpret issues during periods of crisis. Despite each of these processes being widely and individually represented in the research literature, there is a lack of integrative models that examine their internal dynamics in-depth. In this study, structural equation modeling methodology (EQS 6.3) was applied to a sample of 120 top managers to examine how the cognitive orientation of scanning (rational vs. intuitive analysis of environment) may influence final issue categorizations. The overall findings of the current study show that strategic Environmental Scanning is conducted in UNRWA and has a stoical relation with crises management. This relation is weak and need to be strengthen especially during and after the crisis. The study suggest that strategic Environmental Scanning must be conducted permanently for external and internal environment to help UNRWA developing its strategic planning and to be to prepared to deal with potential crises in the future. Objective. To assess internal environment objects ofsecond cleanliness class health care facilities according to microbiological standards.Materials and methods. The methods of swabbing, direct seeding, membrane filtration and instrumental aspiration were used for sampling. The microbial status was analyzed by cultural and biochemical methods on nutrient, differential and diagnostic media with species identification using the microbiological analyzer. The phenotypic features were studied in vitro by the standard biochemical and microbiological methods in accordance with the principles of good laboratory practice.Results. The microbiological testing of indoor air and internal environment objects of second cleanliness class health care facilities (dental offices) was done to determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of the microbiota. As a result of the taxonomic identification, it has been found that the most common representatives of the air microbiota are Staphylococcus, Micrococcus and Kocuria bacteria, which are true residents of the human dermis.Conclusion. The obtained data provide material for the study of the phenomenon of the modification of phenotypic properties and its use at the stages of hazard detection and profiling and for the minimization of uncertainty within the concept of microbial risk analysis.

The article presents a thorough analysis of the essence and the content of 14 quality management principles created by Professor E. Deming, functioning in relation to the conditions of the Kazakhstani system of higher and postgraduate education. The article investigates relevance and significance of the problem with a due regard to the influence of modern university external and internal environment. It is concluded that it is necessary to simultaneously use these interrelated principles, only after deep understanding and adaptation of their content to the specifics, organizational culture and management capabilities of each university.

The firing parameters in ceramic masses incorporated with 0, 5, and 10 wt% of scheelite tailings were investigated. The ceramic masses were characterized by X-ray fluorescence, granulometric, mineralogical analysis, and Atterberg limits determination. The samples were obtained by uniaxial pressing (20 MPa), sintered at different temperatures (800, 900, and 1000 °C), and heating rates (5, 10, 15, and 20 °C∙min−1). Physical and mechanical tests (water absorption, apparent porosity, and flexural strength) and mineralogical tests were accomplished from the sintered samples. Natural aging tests were also carried out to assess carbonation resistance. For this, some samples were kept in an internal environment (inside the laboratory) for 3 months. The results showed a high content of calcium oxide in the scheelite tailings and a reduction in the plasticity index of the ceramic masses with the tailings addition. The best results were observed for the ceramic mass with 5% tailings. The best results were observed regarding the firing parameters for the temperature equal to 1000 °C, increasing the heating rate to 10 °C∙min−1 without compromising the material properties. The samples kept in an internal environment for 3 months showed a loss of physical and mechanical properties. Such behavior probably occurred due to the onset of the carbonation phenomenon.

The article reveals the impact of risks on the implementation of projects of various directions. The mechanism of identifying and managing risks in the project management system is considered in order to make effective management decisions and bring the actual indicators of time, resources and quality to the planned values. The paper uses the SWOT analysis method, which allows strategic planning based on the study of external and internal environment conditions, followed by the formation of four groups: strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. As a result, of the conducted research, a project risk register was formed.

A brief overview report on the materials of domestic research, as a priority, shows a brief history of the study of regulatory peptides, in particular Semax. The need to continue scientific research in this direction is due, in addition to somatoform and psychosomatic diseases, complications of var-ious diseases in the form of memory impairment, a decrease in the efficiency of mental labor, the appearance of the same symptoms as a manifestation of postcovid syndrome. It is also expected to develop technologies that enhance the effect of neuropeptides by improving the ways of delivering them to the internal environment of the body, including in obstetric and gynecological pathology.

The purposeof the study are analysis and definition of the main functional-planning, artistic and aesthetic features of the formation of interiors of social housing and development of proposals for their modern design solutions. Methodology. Theoretical and practical research methods were used, namely analysis of scientific and popular literature on the research topic, generalization of approaches to functional-planning and stylistic solutions of social housing based on analysis of design experience, experimental computer modeling using ArchiCAD and 3DsMax. Results. Based on the analysis of research and modern practice of formation of social housing, the methods of functional-planning and artistic-aesthetic organization of the internal environment of social housing and its subject-spatial content are revealed. Features and examples of rational interior design solutions for small apartments are considered. The scientific novelty lies in the generalization of previous research on this topic and the identification of functional and planning features of the formation of the subject-spatial environment of social housing of small apartments and providing suggestions for the design of their interiors. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in their introduction into the modern practice of designing social housing with economical small apartments and in the development of interiors of their internal subject-spatial environment.
