The Internet of Things (IoT) is a cutting-edge and quickly advancing innovation wherein everything (brilliant items and keen gadgets) is connected to the web for effective correspondence between them. The web of things is an impetus for medical care and assumes a basic part in an assortment of medical services following applications. By gathering internal heat level, circulatory strain, and sugar levels, organized sensors gadgets, regardless of whether worn on the body or installed in living conditions; permit the assortment of rich information to decide a patient’s physical and psychological well-being condition. The troublesome errand in the Internet of things is conveying the gathered information to the specialist, settling on the right choices dependent on the information gathered, and advising the patient. The creator of this paper centers around an investigation of IoT-based medical care frameworks, just as promising circumstances and difficulties for IoT-based patient wellbeing checking frameworks.

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things and cloud computing technologies, the Internet of Things technology based on comprehensive perception and interconnection and cloud computing based on virtualization, dynamic resources, and parallel computing have become the driving force for the innovation and development of informatization and intelligence. The cloud-based Internet of Things mobile medical is an ecosystem of health information and medical information, with the medical Internet of Things at its core and highly mobile and highly shared information. Therefore, in the context of in-depth research on mobile medical care, research on mobile postoperative thyroid monitoring and management systems based on the Internet of Things and cloud computing is a practical tool for promoting the development of mobile medical systems. Monitoring and Management. In this experiment, 48 cases of patients undergoing thyroid surgery were selected from a hospital. The experimental group was informed by the experiment that they need to be equipped with sensors. The control panel and GPS positioning module are used to obtain the exact position of the patient at the first time. The loading of the sensor is agreed by the patient and the patient’s family. Afterward, the control group will not be processed. It will conduct functional tests and software performance tests on the mobile medical monitoring and management system and analyze the satisfaction of medical staff with the mobile medical monitoring and management system. Experiments have proved that the cloud computing medical monitoring and management system is used to obtain the exact location of the patient in the first time, and the response time needs to be shorter. The response time of the system increases with the increase of the number of sensors ( P < 0.05 ), which shows that the mobile medical monitoring and management system is essential for medical care and medical care. Obtaining the exact position of the patient for the first time is of great importance for the successful rescue of the patient.

Notwithstanding adding to the presentation of imaginative innovations and arising business openings in numerous business sectors, improvements in innovation have since brought down labor force requests and working expenses. Likewise, the nature of administrations offered has been upgraded. In this way, as a key empowering innovation for a wide assortment of medical care applications, particularly for the older and handicapped, the Internet of Things (IoT) has as of late acquired extraordinary footing. While IoT-based advancements have started to help the old and incapacitated in numerous parts of their lives and occupations, and IoT helps support the nature of living for the old and crippled, the volume of IoT information produced has risen essentially and surpassed assumptions. An expected option for following their wellbeing status is to make a brilliant wheelchair-based wellbeing checking framework, since it is satisfactory for a more extensive assortment of watchers and, in contrast to wearable gadgets, doesn't need a great deal of support. Shrewd wheelchairs center on the versatility of the unit, yet in addition on observing the patient's prosperity. The point of the current work is to fabricate a shrewd detecting wheelchair through the establishment of sensors inside its structures. The innovation grasped is the Internet of Things, where sensors screen the heartbeat and blood oxygen levels, measure them through implanted frameworks, and move them to the cloud to initiate a trigger in case of any anomaly. The made trigger can be as a SMS or email.

The existing stand-alone multimedia machines and online multimedia machines in the market have certain deficiencies, so they cannot meet the actual needs. Based on this, this research combines the actual needs to design and implement a multi-media system based on the Internet of Things and cloud service platform. Moreover, through in-depth research on the MQTT protocol, this study proposes a message encryption verification scheme for the MQTT protocol, which can solve the problem of low message security in the Internet of Things communication to a certain extent. In addition, through research on the fusion technology of the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, this research designs scheme to provide a LightGBM intelligent prediction module interface, MQTT message middleware, device management system, intelligent prediction and push interface for the cloud platform. Finally, this research completes the design and implementation of the cloud platform and tests the function and performance of the built multimedia system database. The research results show that the multimedia database constructed in this paper has good performance.
