Objective. Conduct a comparative analysis of clinical and neurosonographic indicators of intracranial hemorrhage in infants.Materials and methods. In the clinical part of the study, 68 patients took part in the acute / acute periods of intracranial hemorrhage, which we took for the study on the basis of the Tashkent City Children's Clinical Hospital No1. Gender ratios of which were 69.1% boys (47 children) and 30.9% girls (21 children), from birth to 2 months of life (average age at the time of hemorrhage is 36.28 ± 9.85 days). Diagnostic examination included neurosonography (NSG) of all children in the first 24 hours of the implementation of intracranial hemorrhages on admission to the clinic.Results. According to our study of 68 children with intracranial hemorrhage, it turned out that the average age of morbidity was 36.28 ± 9.85 days (p < 0.001) Neurosonographic indicators stated the presence of parenchymal hemorrhage (right and left hemisphere), SAH (subarachnoid hemorrhage), hemorrhage into the trunk, IVH (intraventricular hemorrhage) II, IVH III. According to neurosonography, parenchymal hemorrhage (right-16 or left hemisphere-21) was observed in 37 patients, SAH and IVH-II 21 (30.9%) patients, IVH III – in 17 (25%) patients, hemorrhage in 3 (4.4%) brain stem of patientsConclusion. Analysis of the implementation of hemorrhage showed that not always small gestational age is the risk of hemorrhage. Cases of less severe changes (27%) on NSG with a coarser clinical picture and vice versa (15%), necessitate (taking into account the severity of the neurological state), a more detailed examination, including visualization (CT, MRI).

Contemporary 300mm semiconductor manufacturing systems have highly automated and digitalized cyber-physical integration. They suffer from the profound problems of integrating large, centralized legacy systems with small islands of automation. With the recent advances in disruptive technologies, semiconductor manufacturing has faced dramatic pressures to reengineer its automation and computer integrated systems. This paper proposes a Distributed-Ledger, Edge-Computing Architecture (DLECA) for automation and computer integration in semiconductor manufacturing. Based on distributed ledger and edge computing technologies, DLECA establishes a decentralized software framework where manufacturing data are stored in distributed ledgers and processed locally by executing smart contracts at the edge nodes. We adopt an important topic of automation and computer integration for semiconductor research &development (R&D) operations as the study vehicle to illustrate the operational structure and functionality, applications, and feasibility of the proposed DLECA software framework.

A company for the development of software for industrial applications "PBS" Belgrade has designed a modern information system for monitoring and controlling production in the paper industry, which is completely integrated with the technological equipment and production processes. The paper presents the complete concept of the system, from electronic communication with business partners over computer support to all the production processes in the factory, to the delivery of the products to the customers. Realized as a CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system, it enables management to have a complete overview of the condition of all the production and business activities, and ensures momentary and complete reliable information about all the parameters of the business system. Although the system was developed for the needs of the cardboard factory "Umka", with particular modifications, it could also be used in other factories of the paper and cardboard packaging industry.

Abstract Wasting of muscle is usually a feature of lower motor neuron pathology, astonishingly parasagittal intracranial lesion affecting parietal lobe of cerebral hemisphere may be associated with Wasting of contralateral calf muscle. It can be associated with spastic foot drop. Foot drop is a common neurological state presenting with weakness involving anterior tibialis muscle causing inability of foot extension. Foot drop is commonly caused lower motor neuron disease pathology and a common cause includes L4-L5 radiculopathy or peroneal peripheral neuropathy. However, extremely rarely can be caused by intracranial pathology e.g. falcine meningioma and represents an important localization sign. Authors report an interesting case of calf muscle wasting caused by falcine meningioma, which may escape detection to remind rare but extremely important neurological localizing sign and ask for through and further neurological evaluation prior to concluding a final neurological diagnosis.
