A new class of generalized fuzzy open sets in fuzzy topological space, called fuzzysp-open sets, are introduced, and their properties are studied and the relationship between this new concept and other weaker forms of fuzzy open sets we discussed. Moreover, we introduce the fuzzysp-continuous (resp., fuzzysp-open) mapping and other stronger forms ofsp-continuous (resp., fuzzysp-open) mapping and establish their various characteristic properties. Finally, we study the relationships between all these mappings and other weaker forms of fuzzy continuous mapping and introduce fuzzysp-connected. Counter examples are given to show the noncoincidence of these sets and mappings.

A nonzero fuzzy open set () of a fuzzy topological space is said to be fuzzy minimal open (resp. fuzzy maximal open) set if any fuzzy open set which is contained (resp. contains) in is either or itself (resp. either or itself). In this note, a new class of sets called fuzzy minimal open sets and fuzzy maximal open sets in fuzzy topological spaces are introduced and studied which are subclasses of open sets. Some basic properties and characterization theorems are also to be investigated.

The purpose of this paper is to introduce and study the compactness in intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces. Here we define two new notions of intuitionistic fuzzy compactness in intuitionistic fuzzy topological space and find their relation. Also we find the relationship between intuitionistic general compactness and intuitionistic fuzzy compactness. Here we see that our notions satisfy hereditary and productive property.

We introduce fuzzy almost continuous mapping, fuzzy weakly continuous mapping, fuzzy compactness, fuzzy almost compactness, and fuzzy near compactness in intuitionistic fuzzy topological space in view of the definition of Šostak, and study some of their properties. Also, we investigate the behavior of fuzzy compactness under several types of fuzzy continuous mappings.

We introduce and study several interesting properties of fuzzy almost generalized e -continuous mappings in smooth topological spaces with counter examples. We also introduce fuzzy r - 1 2 fT e -space, r -fuzzy ge -space, r -fuzzy regular ge -space and r -fuzzy generalized e -compact space. It is seen that a fuzzy almost generalized e -continuous mapping, between a fuzzy r - 1 2 fT e -space and a fuzzy topological space, becomes fuzzy almost continuous mapping. Index Terms: fage -continuous, r - fge -space, r - fge -regular space, r - 1 2 fT e -space.

The aim of this paper is to introduce and study new class of fuzzy function called fuzzy semi pre homeomorphism in a fuzzy topological space by utilizing fuzzy semi pre-open sets. Therefore, some of their characterization has been proved; In addition to that we define, study and develop corresponding to new class of fuzzy semi pre homeomorphism in fuzzy topological spaces using this new class of functions.

The outstanding properties of graphene-based components, such as twisted graphene, motivates nanoelectronic researchers to focus on their applications in device technology. Twisted graphene as a new class of graphene structures is investigated in the platform of transistor application in this research study. Therefore, its geometry effect on Schottky transistor operation is analyzed and the relationship between the diameter of twist and number of twists are explored. A metal–semiconductor–metal twisted graphene-based junction as a Schottky transistor is considered. By employing the dispersion relation and quantum tunneling the variation of transistor performance under channel length, the diameter of twisted graphene, and the number of twists deviation are studied. The results show that twisted graphene with a smaller diameter affects the efficiency of twisted graphene-based Schottky transistors. Additionally, as another main characteristic, the ID-VGS is explored, which indicates that the threshold voltage is increased by diameter and number of twists in this type of transistor.

In this paper, we first define soft u-open sets and soft s-open as two new classes of soft sets on soft bitopological spaces. We show that the class of soft p-open sets lies strictly between these classes, and we give several sufficient conditions for the equivalence between soft p-open sets and each of the soft u-open sets and soft s-open sets, respectively. In addition to these, we introduce the soft u-ω-open, soft p-ω-open, and soft s-ω-open sets as three new classes of soft sets in soft bitopological spaces, which contain soft u-open sets, soft p-open sets, and soft s-open sets, respectively. Via soft u-open sets, we define two notions of Lindelöfeness in SBTSs. We discuss the relationship between these two notions, and we characterize them via other types of soft sets. We define several types of soft local countability in soft bitopological spaces. We discuss relationships between them, and via some of them, we give two results related to the discrete soft topological space. According to our new concepts, the study deals with the correspondence between soft bitopological spaces and their generated bitopological spaces.

In this paper we have studied separation axiomsTi,i=0,1,2in an intuitionistic fuzzy topological space introduced by Coker. We also show the existence of functorsℬ:IF-Top→BF-Topand𝒟:BF-Top→IF-Topand observe that𝒟is left adjoint toℬ.
