Artificial intelligence is part of our future and has allowed the creation of truly advanced devices. Now 3D printing technology can also make full use of AI, and with the development of this technology, it is expected to be used in various fields in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This technology can be used not only in manufacturing but also in various fields such as architecture and medical care and is recognized as an essential technology for future generations. Educating the students about the use and impact of 3D technology is even more important than it was ever; however, not enough research has been conducted on specific teaching methods for 3D printing technology education. This paper, therefore, studies the future education method using 3D printing technology for children. The research method of this study is a qualitative research method in which interviews and participant observation methods are used. This qualitative research method was developed by James P. Spradley, an American cultural anthropologist. The findings of this study are as follows. Children can make products easily by using 3D programs and can develop creativity through this product design process. Based on these results, this paper aims to present the curriculum and teaching methods of 3D printing that can be practically utilized in public education courses. This education will be a preparatory step for the micro-manufacturing industry in the future. The findings of this study are helpful in developing the courses of future education.

Abstract: PTSL is essentially welcomed by Indonesian people because it’s cheaper, but not all villages are enthusiastic to PTSL program because some villages refuse to follow the program, including Taruba Village, Sahu Sub-district, West Halmahera Regency. The purpose of the present study was to determine the factors causing rejection to PTSL program in Taruba Village and solutions for rejection to PTSL to avoid similar thing in the future. The research method was qualitative research method with descriptive approach.  Based on the research result, the factors causing the rejection were: (1) people refused to divide/split their lands although the lands exceed the maximum registration limit; (2) PTSL fee is considered high if they had to divide/split the land, while the economic situation was poor; (3) there was internal village issue due to differences in political views. Solutions for PTSL rejection are: (1) issuing local regulation; (2) charging the entire or part of PTSL cost to APBD; (3) making legal agreement. Keywords: PTSL, SKB of 3 Ministers, Cost, Rejection.

Purpose – An increasing amount of attention is being paid to three-dimensional (3D) printing technology. The technology itself is based on diverse technologies such as laser beams and materials. Hence, 3D printing technology is a converging technology that produces 3D objects using a 3D printer. To become technologically competitive, many companies and nations are developing technologies for 3D printing. So to know its technological evolution is meaningful for developing 3D printing in the future. The paper aims to discuss these issues. Design/methodology/approach – To get technological competitiveness of 3D printing, the authors should know the most important and essential technology for 3D printing. An understanding of the technological evolution of 3D printing is needed to forecast its future technologies and build the R & D planning needed for 3D printing. In this paper, the authors propose a methodology to analyze the technological evolution of 3D printing. The authors analyze entire patent documents related to 3D printing to construct a technological evolution model. The authors use the statistical methods such as time series regression, association analysis based on graph theory, and principal component analysis for patent analysis of 3D printing technology. Findings – Using the proposed methodology, the authors show the technological analysis results of 3D printing and predict its future aspects. Though many and diverse technologies are developed and involved in 3D printing, the authors know only a few technologies take lead the technological evolution of 3D printing. In this paper, the authors find this evolution of technology management for 3D printing. Practical implications – If not all, most people would agree that 3D printing technology is one of the leading technologies to improve the quality of life. So, many companies have developed a number of technologies if they were related to 3D printing. But, most of them have not been considered practical. These were not effective research and development for 3D printing technology. In the study, the authors serve a methodology to select the specific technologies for practical used of 3D printing. Originality/value – Diverse predictions for 3D printing technology have been introduced in many academic and industrial fields. Most of them were made by subjective approaches depended on the knowledge and experience of the experts concerning 3D printing technology. So, they could be fluctuated according to the congregated expert groups, and be unstable for efficient R & D planning. To solve this problem, the authors study on more objective approach to predict the future state of 3D printing by analyzing the patent data of the developed results so far achieved. The contribution of this research is to take a new departure for understanding 3D printing technology using objective and quantitative methods.

This study aims to (1) know the background of Sumpah Palapa event, (2) analyze the value and ideology of Sumpah Palapa, and (3) describe the impact of Sumpah Palapa on the Majapahit Kingdom recorded in the Pararaton Book. This study uses a qualitative research method based on the Pararaton Book which was rewritten by Hardjowadojo (1965). The results of this study are (1) the background of Sumpah Palapa (Amukti Palapa) as a manifestation of Gajah Mada's political policy to invade several regions in the archipelago in order to unite them under the reign of Majapahit, (2) the value and ideology of Sumpah Palapa in the Pararaton Book which are the similarity of the slogan of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, Sumpah Palapa, and Mitreka Satata. All of them are the spirit to unite the diversity of the archipelago in one sovereignty, (3) There are three impacts of Sumpah Palapa recorded in the Pararaton Book namely Bubat War; the cessation of Gajah Mada as Mahapatih Amangkubhumi; and the death of Princess of Sunda who was the future wife Prabu Hayam Wuruk. Overall, it can be seen that the history of Sumpah Palapa event had been recorded in the Pararaton Book and were in accordance with other historical data that become the sources of literature references in this study.

To achieve better knowledge, students are expected to be able to read some books in a week. But nowadays, reading no longer becomes student’s habit. It seems because teachers teaching method is still need to be modified in order to get students attention and interest. This research aims to find out the methods used by the teacher in teaching reading and student response on the method. The research adopted descriptive-qualitative research method and in collecting the data observation and interview were used as the instruments of the research. After doing the research, the data found that there are two kinds of method are used by the teacher while he/she teaches reading classroom, namely; direct method and language experience approach (LEA). Meanwhile, the student response toward teacher reading method shown that most of students like teachers reading method, only few students dislike about teachers teaching methods.
