Background. Because of its diverse range of use in several ethics of diagnosis and care of multiple diseases, nanotechnology has seen remarkable growth and has become a key component of medical sciences. In recent years, there has been rapid advancement in medicine and biomaterials. Nanomedicine aids in illness prevention, diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment. Aim. The purpose of this work is to evaluate the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and cytotoxic capabilities of green produced silver nanoparticle with the addition of curcumin-assisted chitosan nanocomposite (SCCN) against wound pathogenic as reducing agents. Materials and Methods. The plant extract of Pongamia pinnata, silver nanoparticles, and its based curcumin nanoformulations was studied in this study utilizing UV visible spectrophotometer, selected area electron diffraction (SAED), and TEM. Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and cytotoxic tests were performed on silver nanoparticles with the addition of curcumin-assisted chitosan nanocomposite (SCCN). Furthermore, these produced nanocomposites were coated on clinical silk and tested for antibacterial activity. Results. The produced silver nanoparticle with the addition of curcumin-assisted chitosan nanocomposite (SCCN) has significant antibacterial activities against Pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus. They are as well as possess anti-inflammatory activity and furthermore prove to be biocompatible. Conclusion. This advancement in the field of biomaterials, which means nanocomposite, not only helps to reduce the harmful effects of pathogenic organisms while representing an environmentally benign material but it also shows to be a material with zero danger to humans and the environment.

Introduction: Nanotechnology is a field of research and innovation concerned with building 'things' - generally, materials and devices on the scale of atoms and molecules. It is a booming field of this 21st century. The role of nano technology is becoming very crucial in nearly every aspect of life ranging from cosmetics to advanced bio technological approaches. In recent years, silver nanoparticles have gained considerable attention in the field of medicine. The green synthesis of nanoparticles eliminates the generation and use of hazardous substances and thus sustains non toxicity. Chlorogenic acids are phenolic compounds formed by the esterification of cinnamic acids. They exhibit various pharmacological Properties. Our study deals with the green synthesis of Chlorogenic acid mediated silver nanoparticles and assessment of their anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties.   Aim: The present study aims at assessing the antioxidant and anti inflammatory property of chlorogenic acid mediated silver nanoparticle and investigating the efficacy of Chlorogenic acid mediated Silver nanoparticle. Materials and Methods: The methodology includes Green synthesis of Chlorogenic acid mediated Silver nano particle synthesis followed by tests for Anti inflammation and Anti oxidation. Results: Both the Anti inflammatory and Anti oxidation activity of the chlorogenic acid mediated silver nanoparticle had shown a proportionate increase in activity with increasing concentration of the compound. Conclusion: Chlorogenic acid mediated silver nanoparticles have shown significant anti inflammatory and anti oxidation activity and they are considered as potent anti inflammatory and antioxidant agents.

Using graphene oxide as substrate and stabilizer for the silver nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles-graphene oxide (Ag NPs/GO) composites with different Ag loading were synthesized through a facile solution-phase method. During the synthesis process, AgNO3on GO matrix was directly reduced by NaBH4. The structure characterization was studied through X-ray diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), high-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The results show that Ag nanoparticles (Ag NPs) with the sizes ranging from 5 to 20 nm are highly dispersed on the surfaces of GO sheets. The shape and size of the Ag NPs are decided by the volume of initial AgNO3solution added in the GO. The antibacterial activities of Ag NPs/GO nanocomposites were investigated and the result shows that all the produced composites exhibit good antibacterial activities against Gram-negative (G−) bacterial strainEscherichia coli(E. coli) and Gram-positive (G+) strainStaphylococcus aureus(S. aureus). Moreover, the antibacterial activities of Ag NPs/GO nanocomposites gradually increased with the increasing of volume of initial AgNO3solution added in the GO and this improvement of the antibacterial activities results from the combined action of size effect and concentration effect of Ag NPs in Ag NPs/GO nanocomposites.

The study demonstrated a possibility for detection of intracellular silver nanoparticles using flow cytometry. The parameter used in this work, side scattering, was measured in EA.hy926 endothelial cells incubated in a 2 mg/ml silver nanoparticle solution. This parameter was increased compared to control samples. Therefore, this technique was sensitive to changes in the cell status and suggested the cell uptake of the particles under the subtoxic conditions.

Among the major class of heterocycles, the N-heterocycles, such as pyrazoles, are scaffolds of vast medicinal values. Various drugs and other biologically active molecules are known to contain these N-heterocycles as core motifs. Specifically, arylpyrazoles have exhibited a diverse range of biological activities, including anti-inflammatory, anticancerous, antimicrobial and various others. For instance, arylpyrazoles are present as core moieties in various insecticides, fungicides and drugs such as Celebrex and Trocoxil. The present review will be highlighting the significant therapeutic importance of pyrazole derivatives developed in the last few years.
