Background. With the continuous maturity of computer software and hardware technology, the theory and method of computer-aided art design have developed rapidly. Objective. Applying artificial intelligence theory to computer-aided process art design is one of the newly developed research hotspots, and it is also the development trend of industrial design modernization. Methods. On the one hand, it can transplant the research results in the field of artificial intelligence into computer-aided art design, and on the other hand, it expands the application field of artificial intelligence, so that the two can be perfectly combined to promote common development. Results. With the development of artificial intelligence technology, computer art has gradually become a very active field, and a large number of computer art works are available every year. Conclusions. This paper briefly describes the basic concepts of computer-aided art design and artificial intelligence and discusses the application of artificial intelligence in computer-aided art design.

Environmental art mainly uses the collocation of color and spatial structure for landscape layout. Different environmental styles have different artistic characteristics. In order to better design the environmental space, this paper puts forward the intelligent analysis method of artistic environmental construction style based on artificial intelligence technology. By analyzing the environment into characteristics and the environmental style into process, the direction of environmental art design is innovated while the environmental design is carried out reasonably.

With the development of science and technology, artificial intelligence technology has received more and more attention and attention. Under the background of the rapid development of big data and cloud computing, the artificial intelligence industry broke out. There is a huge amount of research on artificial intelligence and the artificial intelligence industry is huge. As far as the artificial intelligence industry in China is concerned, even the start is relatively late, but the industry scale, industrial layout, and technology research are all in a continuous improvement stage. Especially after the deepening of the layout of science and technology and manufacturing industries, the scale of artificial intelligence industry is further developed. More artificial intelligence products will appear at the same time. From the perspective of the concept, development history and new progress of artificial intelligence, this paper combines China’s artificial intelligence market and the development of artificial intelligence companies to analyze the current major application areas, and then further explore the future development trend of artificial intelligence.

The Ministry of National Defense of South Korea is currently acquiring various surveillance and reconnaissance assets to improve its independent surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities. With the deployment of new strategic and tactical surveillance and reconnaissance assets, the amount of information collected will increase significantly, and military intelligence capable of handling greater complexity will be needed to process such information. As a consequence, it will no longer be possible to handle the increased workload through a manual analysis conducted by intelligence analysists. Further, the number of intelligence analysists is expected to decrease in the near future owing to a reduction in the total number of troops, thereby exacerbating the need to apply artificial intelligence technology to process military intelligence tasks more quickly and accurately. In this study, a method is introduced for determining the ways to prioritize the AI technology domains applied to military intelligence. Consequently, among the five stages used, the processing stage has the highest priority. The application of AI technology to all the stages of information circulation may be ideal. Nevertheless, among various military intelligence domains, the one that affords the highest effectiveness of such an application should be prioritized. This is owing to resource and defense budget limitations.

Abstract Acute lower respiratory infection is the leading cause of child death in developing countries. Current strategies to reduce this problem include early detection and appropriate treatment. Better diagnostic and therapeutic strategies are still needed in poor countries. Artificial-intelligence chest X-ray scheme has the potential to become a screening tool for lower respiratory infection in child. Artificial-intelligence chest X-ray schemes for children are rare and limited to a single lung disease. We need a powerful system as a diagnostic tool for most common lung diseases in children. To address this, we present a computer-aided diagnostic scheme for the chest X-ray images of several common pulmonary diseases of children, including bronchiolitis/bronchitis, bronchopneumonia/interstitial pneumonitis, lobar pneumonia, and pneumothorax. The study consists of two main approaches: first, we trained a model based on YOLOv3 architecture for cropping the appropriate location of the lung field automatically. Second, we compared three different methods for multi-classification, included the one-versus-one scheme, the one-versus-all scheme and training a classifier model based on convolutional neural network. Our model demonstrated a good distinguishing ability for these common lung problems in children. Among the three methods, the one-versus-one scheme has the best performance. We could detect whether a chest X-ray image is abnormal with 92.47% accuracy and bronchiolitis/bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, lobar pneumonia, pneumothorax, or normal with 71.94%, 72.19%, 85.42%, 85.71%, and 80.00% accuracy, respectively. In conclusion, we provide a computer-aided diagnostic scheme by deep learning for common pulmonary diseases in children. This scheme is mostly useful as a screening for normal versus most of lower respiratory problems in children. It can also help review the chest X-ray images interpreted by clinicians and may remind possible negligence. This system can be a good diagnostic assistance under limited medical resources.

AbstractBiometric facial recognition is an artificial intelligence technology involving the automated comparison of facial features, used by law enforcement to identify unknown suspects from photographs and closed circuit television. Its capability is expanding rapidly in association with artificial intelligence and has great potential to solve crime. However, it also carries significant privacy and other ethical implications that require law and regulation. This article examines the rise of biometric facial recognition, current applications and legal developments, and conducts an ethical analysis of the issues that arise. Ethical principles are applied to mediate the potential conflicts in relation to this information technology that arise between security, on the one hand, and individual privacy and autonomy, and democratic accountability, on the other. These can be used to support appropriate law and regulation for the technology as it continues to develop.
