Using a structural equation model, this study explores the complex influence mechanism between the place experience and satisfaction of the historical and cultural blocks in the old city of Beijing and the mechanism differences between different types. Based on the data obtained in the questionnaire survey, this study uses the structural equation model method to propose a theoretical model of the relationship between place experience and satisfaction, and through path analysis, the theoretical model of the path relationship between the dimensions of placeness, sense of place, and satisfaction is estimated and tested. Through the mathematical verification of the structural model, on the basis of establishing the final theoretical model, the hypothesis to be proved is further verified. This study also uses the bootstrap method to test the significance of the mediating effect of place experience and uses multiple-group analysis to try to explore the moderating role of residents’ and tourists’ identity types in the model. The study found that there are multiple correlations among placeness, sense of place, and place satisfaction in the historical and cultural blocks in the old city of Beijing. The placeness is the foundation and the sense of place is the intermediary variable, which both affect satisfaction; furthermore, tourists and residents have differences in the mechanism of placeness and sense of place on satisfaction. On the one hand, the perception of placeness directly affects satisfaction, and on the other hand, the sense of place has an indirect effect on satisfaction. The positive effects of tourists' placeness on sense of place and sense of place on satisfaction are greater than that of residents. However, the positive effect of residents' placeness on satisfaction is greater than that of tourists.

The Amos 17 is the structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling, SEM), which is one of the important software analysis. With the application of SEM technology in depth, analysis of multi group structural equation model (Multiple-Group Analysis) has gradually attracted researcher’s attention.. Stability of deep test theoretical model by examining the effect of its regulating variable, and the method is not only suitable for fitting degree test theoretical models in the regulation of variables of different level, but also for the fitting problem to test the tracking data and theoretical model. Through a case study of their own, using Amos 17 software as the basis introduces the basic principle of multi group structural equation model analysis technique and its use method in the study of Applied Linguistics to domestic applied linguistics intends to use the method which will provide examples of reference.

This study investigates the effects of perceived organizational support (POS) on meaning of work and employee creativity on PT. CIPTAHUTAMA JAYA. Data was collected through a survey of 100 employees, and structural equational model (SEM) was used to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that POS have positive effects on the meaning of work and employee creativity. While the mediating effect of meaning of work on the relationship between POS and employee creativity is only partially supported.

This study integrates shopping value dimensions and consumers' commitment to a theoretical model to understand consumer loyalty to e-shopping. E-commerce is established as an efficient sales platform for travel and hospitality vendors. However, extant literature found that it is difficult to attract new customers and retain existing customers in e-commerce. This paper investigates the antecedents of customer loyalty in e-commerce. An online survey with (n=520) was conducted with randomly selected US consumers. A structural equation model reveals that hedonic and utilitarian shopping values determine affective and calculative commitment of e-shoppers which in turn influence consumers' loyalty towards e-shopping. This study contributes to the present literature and provides important implication towards e-tailers and website developers. It is important to fulfill e-shoppers' hedonic and utilitarian needs to gain e-loyalty. Web based hospitality service offerings should provide a convenient and pleasing online environment to gain consumer e-loyalty.

AbstractThis paper constructs the relationship between consumption and economic growth by a structure equation model and uses the provincial panel data of 29 provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) from 1992 to 2010 in China, using maximum likelihood estimation method to analyze empirically the relationship between the consumption and economic growth in China. The result shows that the path coefficients between consumptions and economic growth are all positive, that suggests the consumption has significant positive effects on the economic growth. Also in this paper, it gives a new try to use a structural equation model to research the relationship between consumption and economic growth.

Background: Chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) is related to psychiatric comorbidities. It is not clear whether the relationship is affected by modifiable factors. Objectives: To investigate whether the effect of CSU on anxiety and depression in adolescents is mediated by the symptoms of itching and sleep disturbance. Methods: Questionnaire survey was conducted among newly enrolled college students. Dermatologists diagnose skin diseases, including CSU, during health examination. Anxiety and depression were measured by the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale and Patient Health Questionnaire, respectively. Sleep quality was measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. The symptoms of itching were measured by the numeric rating scale. According to the hypothesis, the mediating effect model was put forward and the structural equation model is used to build the mediation effect model. The mediation effect model was proposed according to the hypothesis and established using a structural equation model. Results: A total of 2,358 students with no history of systemic disease and no pruritus disease (except CSU) were included in the analysis. A total of 393 CSU patients were included, and 1,965 healthy controls were selected based on age and sex matching. CSU was significantly associated with both anxiety and depression when the symptoms of itching and sleep quality were not modeled. A mediation model was proposed as CSU → itching → sleep disturbance → anxiety or depression. Itching and sleep quality mediated 65.4 and 77.6% of CSU's effects on anxiety and depression, respectively, and CSU had no significant direct effect on anxiety or depression in the mediation models. Conclusions: The associations of CSU with anxiety and depression were mediated by the symptoms of itching and sleep disturbance. Effectively reducing the symptoms of itching thereby could increase natural sleep, which can further treat the emotional disorders among patients with CSU.
