Crossdomain collaboration allows smart devices work together in different Internet of Things (IoT) domains. Trusted third party-based solutions require to fully understand the access information of the collaboration participants to implement crossdomain access control, which brings privacy risk. In this paper, we propose a federated learning-based crossdomain access decision-making method (FCAD), which builds a crossdomain access decision-making model without sharing privacy information of collaboration participants. Crossdomain access logs are extracted to construct a training dataset. Data enhancement method is used to address the uneven distribution of the dataset. Federated learning and gradient aggregation methods are used to prevent privacy leaks. The experiments on the public dataset show that FCAD obtains a prediction accuracy of 83.6% in the existing crossdomain access system.

<p>Recent advancements in embedded sensing system, wireless communication technologies, big data, and artificial intelligence have fueled the development of Internet of Vehicles (IoV), where vehicles, road side unit (RSUs), and smart devices seamlessly interact with each other to enable the gathering and sharing of information on vehicles, roads, and their surrounds. As a fundamental component of IoV, vehicular networks (VANETs) are playing a critical role in processing, computing, and sharing travel-related information, which can help vehicles timely be aware of traffic situation and finally improve road safety and travel experience. However, due to the unique characteristics of vehicles, such as high mobility and sparse deployment making neighbor vehicles unacquainted and unknown to each other, VANETs are facing the challenge of evaluating the credibility of road safety messages. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based trust management system using multi-criteria decision-making model, also referred to as Trust<sup>Block</sup><sub>MCDM</sub>, in VANETs. In the Trust<sup>Block</sup><sub>MCDM</sub>, each vehicle evaluates the credibility of received road safety message and generates the trust value of message originator. Due to the limited storage capacity, each vehicle periodically uploads the trust value to a nearby RSU. After receiving various trust values from vehicles, the RSU calculates the reputation value of message originator of road safety message using multi-criteria decision-making model, packs the reputation value into a block, and competes to add the block into blockchain. We evaluate the proposed Trust<sup>Block</sup><sub>MCDM</sub> approach through simulation experiments using OMNeT++ and compare its performance with prior blockchain-based decentralized trust management approach. The simulation results indicate that the proposed Trust<sup>Block</sup><sub>MCDM</sub> approach can not only improve fictitious message detection rate and malicious vehicle detection rate, but also can increase the number of dropped fictitious messages.<br></p>

Purpose of the study: This paper aims to elaborate on how the institutional logic of public housing provision transforms from the old logic into the new logic. By encapsulating tacit-knowledge from the shift, this study focuses on how to explicate a model of multi-criteria decision-making for executing official residence projects in Indonesia. This research also aims to recuperate the future of the public residency field. Methodology: The methodology employed was a mixed method. The qualitative method was firstly applied by utilizing semi-structured interviews to build a decision-making model. Later, a quantitative method was implemented to improve the consistency of the model by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process protocols. Thirteen project representatives and ten decision-makers were being involved as the main informants. Google Sheets web-based software was applied for analyzing survey results by making use of a mathematical model for the Analytical Hierarchy Process. Main Findings: The result indicates that land not used as paddy field, fair house price, safe from flood location, serene ambiance, and developer experience has played a significant part in affecting buying decisions for residency projects. To carry out the new method, the total scores of the AHP calculation should be above 50. Otherwise, the government shall opt for the old mechanism. Applications of this study: The paper contributes to the public sector accounting field in the area of asset management and public housing procurement. The paper also gives a strong basis for the field to make use of the model of Indonesia's public housing provision. The government can adopt the research framework for choosing the new model or the old one. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study might be the only one of its kind. The research was using a multi-method to achieve the objectives. To generate a multi-criteria decision-making model, grounded data of excessive interviews were abstracted. Then the abstracted tacit-knowledge was tested with AHP to provide a consistent model.

We investigate how the diversity of consumers’ perceived value in different remanufacturing modes affects remanufacturing decision-making. We establish a two-stage optimal decision-making model of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) remanufacturing and a noncooperative game model of third party remanufacturer (TPR) remanufacturing and then analyze the optimal decisions of OEM and TPR. Comparing the effects of consumers’ perceived value on remanufacturing decision-making in different modes, we find that when OEM remanufactures products, consumers’ perceived value has a negative effect on new products’ price and quantity and has a positive effect on remanufactured products’ quantity and when TPR remanufactures products, consumers’ perceived value has a positive effect on new products price and quantity and has a negative effect on remanufactured products’ quantity. Compared with OEM remanufacturing, TPR remanufacturing can raise the profits of OEM and whole closed-loop supply chain, but it will lower the quantity of remanufacturing products.

In recent years, the market economy has been booming, and the demand of consumers has begun to become diversified. Consumers’ preferences for products, the sensitivity of product prices, and other factors can often affect the market demand and also make enterprises realize the importance of consumer preferences. The decision-making model of the supply chain with consumer preference composed of a retailer and a third-party presale platform is established, and we analyze the implementation of a single presale model, a single spot-sale model, and decision-making models under the “presale and sale” mode. The equilibrium strategy of centralized decision and decentralized decision under the mode of “presale and sale” is compared, and the influence of the proportion of informed consumers and the exogenous variables of cross-period discount on supply chain decision is further analyzed. The coordination strategy of the decentralized decision supply chain under the mode of “presale and sale” is put forward, and the coordinated operation among supply chain members is realized. The results show that compared with other sales models, the “presale and spot-sale” model is more beneficial to the profit of the supply chain.

Tramway transit has an important place within the public transportation system of Belgrade. However, due to the very unfavorable age structure, the bad condition of tramway tracks and infrastructure, as well as the maintenance system that require significant advancement, Belgrade tramways are in very bad repair, so the transport requirements are not properly met. The principal task of the analysis presented in this paper is to recognize and estimate the justifiability of investment into various solutions for revitalization of Belgrade tramway rolling stock. We have chosen a somewhat different from usual approach to decision making, that is, applied a combination of cost-benefit, life-cycle cost and multi-criteria analysis.
