One of the key developments in marketing has been the advent of electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) systems, designed primarily to create and manage long lasting customer relationships. To remain competitive in this internet based environment it is imperative to attract new customers and increase customer’s retention and to achieve these objectives it is crucial to implement e-CRM. The study was aimed to identify the effect of e-CRM strategies on customersatisfaction in context of online shopping. This study is based on 150 respondents and analysis confirms the conceptual model that convenience, trust and security have significant effect on customer satisfaction. This study enables managers and marketers to implement the e-CRM in the best shape and match it with current needs and requirements of consumers. The conclusions suggest that if organizations want to get the most from their e-CRM implementations they need to revisit thegeneral principles of usability and resistance which should be applied thoroughly and consistently.

Internet based business leads to high intencity of e-commerce usage. One of the strategics that focused on customer service also known by providing WOW Experience can determine satisfaction with service quality. This research was conducted to customers who have made transactions in e-commerce to see how much influence factors of the customer experience towards e-customer satisfaction. The research method was conducted with an explanatory quantitative approach. The results show that the eight dimensions of customer experience that used in this study simultaneously affected 68.7%. The partial test shows that the Personalize dimension is the most dominant. So, the company is expected to be able to give the impression of customers can be recognized by the presence of e-commerce used.

There is hardly any organization today that would disagree with the notion that people are the indispensable asset of any organization, which endows it with significant competitive advantage. Internal Customer Satisfaction is an assessment of how contended the worker is with his job or work environment. Happy and satisfied workers are likely to produce more, take less leaves, and stay loyal to the company. The importance of human capital in MSMEs has been posited by a number of authors (e.g. Wells et al., 2003; Neace, 1999) and has been linked to important outcome variables including quality, customer service, and productivity (Penning; Edelman et al., 2002). This paper explores the various facets of employee satisfaction in MSME's of Varanasi.
