H7N9 is a serotype of the species Influenzavirus A. H7 virus normally circulates amongst avian populations with some variants known to occasionally infect humans. A H7N9 virus was first reported to have infected humans in 2013. The people with H7N9 virus are respiratory tract infections leading to pneumonia and can be death. To cope with H7N9 virus should strengthen supervision, strengthening management and treatment, epidemiological investigation and observe who has been exposed to the fatal cases. To limit the risk of disease, WHO recommends that people should be clean, safe eating, wash the hands often, especially before and after eating, after using the toilet, after contact with animals, after contact with sick people, use a mask when in contact with human or environmental exposure to the high-risk disease. Symptoms of influenza H7N9 infection are fever and cough then switch to pneumonia. Therefore, if having the symptoms like this, and then have the cough and shortness of breath, chest pain that should be early come the health facilities to diagnose and treat.

Psoriasis is a chronic, inflammatory skin disease present in about 3% of the world’s population. The clinical symptoms manifest diversely, therefore one can distinguish several subtypes of psoriasis. The majority of patients with psoriasis experience pruritus, which is an unpleasant sensation that decreases patients’ quality of life. The knowledge on pruritus in different subtypes of psoriasis is limited. We have performed a cross-sectional, prospective, and multicenter study to evaluate the relationship between clinical subtypes of psoriasis (large-plaque, nummular, guttate, palmoplantar, inverse, erythrodermic, palmoplantar pustular, generalized pustular psoriasis, and psoriasis of the scalp) and the prevalence, intensity, and clinical manifestation of itch. We introduced a questionnaire assessing various aspects of pruritus to a total of 254 patients. Out of these, 42 were excluded. Pruritus was present in 92.9% of the remaining patients and its prevalence did not depend on the clinical subtype. A correlation between the severity of psoriasis and the intensity of itch was explicitly noticeable in palmoplantar pustular psoriasis and scalp psoriasis (p < 0.05). The itch sensation was individual and differed among subtypes of psoriasis. In conclusion, pruritus is a frequent phenomenon, and its presentation is different in various subtypes of psoriasis.

Abstract One-hundred fifty patients with multiple (plasma cell) myeloma had pretreatment tumor mass staging, and 79 also had measurement of the pretreatment labeling index (LI%). There were clear differences in survival by pretreatment stage of disease. The pretreatment LI% of bone marrow plasma cells was an independent prognostic factor both in single factor and multivariate regression analyses, including myeloma stage (p less than 0.02). Other important prognostic factors (multivariate) included performance status, serum creatinine, presence of Bence Jones protein, age, and kappa/lambda subtype. A LI% of less than 1% was associated with long survival in each patient group. Patients with benign gammopathy had excellent survival and very low labeling indices. A pretreatment LI% of greater than 3% in high cell mass patients with a high total number of DNA synthesizing cells (S) conferred a very poor prognosis (p = 0.002). This subgroup of patients with high S values also had a high incidence of central nervous system relapse (27%), Bence Jones proteinuria, and elevated serum uric acid levels. We conclude that the pretreatment labeling index provides helpful prognostic information in addition to tumor mass staging.
