Comprehensive Evaluation Model and Empirical Research on Railway Freight Rates in a Competitive Environment

This study aims to establish criteria to evaluate performance in railway freight pricing policy and to strengthen the marketing ability of the railway freight enterprise. The evaluation method used in our study is known as the improved grey relation analysis evaluation. Fifteen factors that influence freight pricing strategy are selected in this paper to establish a freight rate evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation index values for monthly freight rates are calculated. The improved grey relation analysis not only considers the relation between each index and freight rate but also examines the relationship between each index. We find that the comprehensive evaluation state using the improved grey relation analysis evaluation method can better fit the 2015–2017 changes in monthly railroad freight revenue than the traditional grey relation analysis evaluation. Furthermore, an optimal pricing model for freight shipping by train is built and calculated using the bi-level programming model. Finally, the S Railway Bureau’s actual coal transportation in 2017 is taken as an experiment to support the validity of the improved grey relation analysis method. We find that when the monthly results of improved grey evaluation grades are compared with the grade evaluation of the gap between the historical shipping coal rates and the optimal freight shipping rates, the comparison of results matches well. The research work is helpful to policymakers who need to judge the performance of the market price.

Using AHP to establish the water ecological projects, and conduct a series of index system matrix to determine the weights of each index, and according to the weight of each index combining grey correlation method to conduct grey relation analysis between ideal scheme and different scheme, and determined an ideal solution for ecological water system projects in Lanzhou with a clear comprehensive evaluation.

In order to understand the security situation in the process of coal lane tunneling project effectively, this paper determines the safety evaluation indicators according to the actual situation in the coal lane tunneling, and then combining the indicators using grey relation analysis to evaluate the security situation of the sample coal lane tunneling projects. The evaluation method is simple, and compares the security situation of the various coal lane tunneling projects, so it can provide a reliable basis for the safety evaluation of the coal lane tunneling projects.

<p>PT X Indonesia is Facility services company. The scope one of service from this company is managing parking area. Consumers of these companies come from various circles, such as Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. The management intended to give comfort to motorcycle users. But it is undeniable that the users often feel the deficiency in service provided by the company. Therefore, there needs to analyze important analyze the attributes that have not met expectations of the user. The results of the analysis will be used to provide a solution for PT X Indonesia. in this paper, will use the grey relation analysis method. Grey relation analysis is a weighting method to determine the performance attributes. This method uses a questionnaire to obtain answers from the user. Based on the method selected five attributes that represent the security in the parking area, comfort a canopy (roof guards), and the services at the counter. This paper uses three approach analysis, such as cause analysis, system simulation, and value stream mapping service. The results of this research is an increase in the number of officers watching, installation, CCTV images, the use of a new payment system that is tapping card, use canopy to pedestrian path on the area in the parking lot and an increase in the number of the counter.</p><p>Keywords: PT. Power flow shift being one of the main reasons that cause a large-scale blackout of power system, it is important to get the power flow shift under control at the beginning of the failure. In view of multidrop overload which frequently occurs in power outage, a comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to control the power flow shift. This method synthetically considers the control nodes' ability to eliminate the overload of the transmission in combination with PCA in which nodes' sensitivity of branch is selected as the evaluation index, divides them into two types (nodes that increase the power output to branch and others that decrease the power output to branch) and then obtains the control nodes' operation sequence. Additionally, a reverse equal matching adjustment is used to realize the control over multidrop overload. Typical numerical example is used to verify the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation method.

With the aim to improve the controlling efficiency of engineering project, this essay probes into the comprehensive evaluation of controlling efficiency of engineering project and put forward scientific comprehensive evaluation method to provide support to reasonable comprehensive evaluation of controlling efficiency of engineering project. Complete comprehensive evaluation index system of controlling efficiency of engineering project is constructed from three aspects, i.e. implementation efficiency of construction objective, external coordination efficiency and professional qualification enhancement efficiency; based on matter-element analytical method, mathematic model that could evaluate controlling efficiency of engineering project comprehensively is constructed.
