The main advantage of cloud computing is to reduce the IT cost. By using cloud computing, organisations do not have to set up an IT infrastructure, and instead are able to rent resources and give payment only for the using services. Even with the appealing of cloud computing benefits, it is still in infancy in developing countries due to many reasons. Technology adoption has been explored to a limited degree in developing countries, particularly in relation to cloud computing in the tertiary education sector. Existing studies have examined technology adoption in developed countries and to a lesser extent in developing countries in non-education contexts such as e-government. This paper contributes to the cloud computing adoption literature in developing countries, and specifically in Saudi Arabian universities.

Cloud computing is based on years of research on various computing paradigms. It provides elasticity, which is useful in the situations of uneven ICT resources demands. As the world is moving towards digitalization, the education sector is expected to meet the pace. Acquiring and maintaining the ICT resources also necessitates a huge amount of cost. Education sector as a community can use cloud services on various levels. Though the cloud is very successfully running technology, it also shows some flaws in the area of security, privacy and trust. The research demonstrates a model in which major security areas are covered like authorization, authentication, identity management, access control, privacy, data encryption, and network security. The total idea revolves around the community cloud as university at the center and other associated colleges accessing the resources. This study uses OpenStack environment to create a complete cloud environment. The validation of the model is performed using some cases and some tools.

Today, every business depends on Information Technology (IT) for the efficient service delivery and cost-effective application of technological resources. Modern technologies are being adopted to overcome business pressure, streamline existing procedures and service delivery cost-efficiency for maximising profit due to the increase in global competition and shifts in the customer expectations. Cloud computing (CC) is an Internet-centric computing service that utilises and provides IT services to organisations through the provisioning of resources through the Internet using web-centric software and gadgets without the assistance of any private IT architecture within the firm. Cloud based interactive mobile learning platform is the result of such exploration and this practice of learning is improving with the time. New technologies such as smart mobile devices, Cloud computing and wireless connectivity are opening new opportunities of learning for students.

Thus, the aim of this paper is to evaluate the main factors affecting the adoption of Cloud based interactive mobile learning for the Australian Higher Education sector. In this research, a survey data collection technique with existing students using Mobile application for learning and also a literature review process were conducted. Research outcome shows that the use of Artificial intelligence and Machine learning can make learning more efficient and these technologies need to be integrated in applications designed for Australian Higher Education sector. It is expected that the research outcome will help interactive mobile application developers and higher education providers to better understand the requirements of students while providing an interactive learning platform for them.

The stud aims at investigating brand equity along with its relevant determinants specifically thestudents' preferences as proposed in earlier literature then institutes of higher studies will be not onlyattract a mass number of students' but be able to serve the society in a far better manner. In addition, the objective of this study is also to examine the causal chain of a relationship among the antecedentsof brand equity like students preferences, brand meaning, students' satisfaction, trust, andcommitment with the mediating role of attachment strength in the higher education sector ofPakistan. A survey questionnaire was used for the collection of data from graduate level students ofPakistani Universities from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and GilgitBaltistan. A sample of 255 students was analyzed using SmartPLS3.2.7. The findings of the studyrevealed that there exists a causal chain of a relationship among the constructs of the conceptualmodel. Furthermore, attachment strength fully mediates between brand meaning and therelationship factors like Students' satisfaction, and trust while partially mediates amid brand imageon student commitment. This paper is an effort to provide ample guidelines to the policymakers inthe higher education sector. Keywords: Brand Meaning, Relationship Factors, Attachment Strength, Higher Education
