Image hash is an alternative to cryptographic hash functions for checking integrity of digital images. Compared to cryptographic hash functions, an image hash or a Perceptual Hash Function (PHF) is resilient to content preserving distortions and sensitive to malicious tampering. In this paper, a robust and secure image hashing technique using a Gaussian pyramid is proposed. A Gaussian pyramid decomposes an image into different resolution levels which can be utilized to obtain robust and compact hash features. These stable features have been utilized in the proposed work to construct a secure and robust image hash. The proposed scheme uses Laplacian of Gaussian (LOG) and disk filters to filter the low-resolution Gaussian decomposed image. The filtered images are then subtracted and their difference is used as a hash. To make the hash secure, a key is introduced before feature extraction, thus making the entire feature space random. The proposed hashing scheme has been evaluated through a number of experiments involving cases of non-malicious distortions and malicious tampering. Experimental results reveal that the proposed hashing scheme is robust against non-malicious distortions and is sensitive to detect minute malicious tampering. Moreover, False Positive Probability (FPP) and False Negative Probability (FNP) results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme when compared to state-of-the-art image hashing algorithms proposed in the literature.

The article offers an approach to the analysis of the structure and subsequent assessment of the production and technological potential of the enterprise, which is based on the rejection of the position that the concept of potential includes all the resources that are involved in the production process, become its factors. It is proposed to consider the potential as the state of an enterprise that characterizes its ability to perform the roles of an enterprise as a production system, as an economic entity, and as a system of collective action. To identify the information components of the enterprise's potential, the concept of system aspects of the enterprise's functioning is introduced, which is based on the fact of its involvement in the life of society as a larger social whole. The objects of such analysis include ethical, informational, economic, industrial, personnel, spatial and social aspects – all those in which people's interactions are characterized by conflicts of interests. Performance characteristics of system requirements are parameters of the state of the enterprise, which serve to describe the ability of the enterprise to perform its functions in the relevant aspects. To characterize the measurement of changes in the value of indicators, it is proposed to use indicators that reflect the use of certain methods to achieve their values. Such indicators should be included in the indicators of internal statistical accounting at the enterprise. The article offers a unified terminological system of indicators used to assess the production and technological potential of an enterprise, including indicators of the production function, marketing and organization of production-functions that are associated with the formation of the production and technological potential of the enterprise.

The article deals with the problems of the existing image recognition algorithms and also presents a method allowing to minimize the drawbacks of existing algorithms, and even to surpass them in certain moments. The proposed method is based on the description of the key points of the image by using perceptual hash. As a demonstration of application of the developed algorithm it is proposed to make the spam filter for images. The purpose of the spam filter is to separate, to divide the images from the collection into certain classes. The core of the spam filter is the developed method. In its conclusion the article contains information that shows the accuracy and performance of the proposed method in comparison with existing methods.

The objective of the company’s business activities is to give gain or profit. One of the ways to meet the objective is by reducing the cost.  The company which does not regulate its purchases will suffer losses. The purpose of the study was to design a purchasing accounting information system to assist in increasing company profits. The research methods were by defining and analyzing system requirements by using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Resouces Events Agent (REA), Form Design, Information System Implementation. The result of the study was that the purchasing accounting information system had answered the company's needs in terms of: 1. time effectiveness on recapitulating the purchased order data, 2. Minimizing errors occured in the type and amount of goods to be purchased.
