Employee Attrition can be defined as the process by which employeesleave a company, for both personal or professional reasons.In this work, several machine learning algorithms were soughtto predict possible Attritions in order to assist companies in themanagement of their employees’ working conditions. The featuresused were selected using specialized algorithms for detectingthe relevance and correlations between them. The results obtainedwere generated through experiments using different input parameters.As a result, it was possible to achieve approximately an 94%accuracy rating and a 93% to the 𝑓 1 factor.
