The aim of this paper is to evaluate and prioritize the proposed cost-effectiveness criteria in supply chain management using fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) approach. Over the past few years, the determination of suitable cost-effectiveness criteria in the supply chain has become a key strategic issue. However, the nature of these kinds of decisions is usually complex and unstructured. Many quantitative and qualitative factors must be considered to determine the suitable criteria. As the human decision-making process usually contains fuzziness and vagueness, a hierarchy of MADM model based on fuzzy-sets theory is used in this research. Using a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), the weights of criteria and subcriteria are determined and then the final ranking is determined by technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). Finally, fuzzy TOPSIS (FTOPSIS) is employed to compare the results with classic TOPSIS. This paper concludes that the subcriteria in all the items are in the same rank.

In this article, we expand the Muirhead mean (MM) operator and dual Muirhead mean (DMM) operator with single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic numbers (SVN2TLNs) to propose the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic Muirhead mean (SVN2TLMM) operator, the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic weighted Muirhead mean (SVN2TLWMM) operator, the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic dual Muirhead mean (SVN2TLDMM) operator, and the single-valued neutrosophic 2-tuple linguistic weighted dual Muirhead mean (SVN2TLWDMM) operator. Multiple attribute decision making (MADM) methods are then proposed using these operators. Finally, we utilize an applicable example for green supplier selection in green supply chain management to prove the proposed methods.

AbstractIn this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problem based on the Hamacher aggregation operators with dual Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy information. Then, motivated by the ideal of Hamacher operation, we have developed some Hamacher aggregation operators for aggregating dual hesitant Pythagorean fuzzy information. The prominent characteristic of these proposed operators are studied. Then, we have utilized these operators to develop some approaches to solve the dual hesitant Pythagorean fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems. Finally, a practical example for supplier selection in supply chain management is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

Current supply chain methods are having difficulties in resolving problems arising from the lack of trust in supply chains. The root reason lies in two challenges brought to the traditional mechanism: self-interests of supply chain members and information asymmetry in production processes. Blockchain is a promising technology to address these problems. The key objective of this paper is to present qualitative analysis for blockchain in supply chain as the decision-making framework to implement this new technology. The analysis method used Val IT business case framework, validated by the expert judgements. The further study needs to be elaborated by either the existing organization that use blockchain or assessment by the organization that will use blockchain to improve their supply chain management.

The paper describes the principle of the reengineering of supply chain management integrated scheduling processes in order to increase in efficiency of business process and decrease the decision-making time at collision of plan-fact deviations. The basic concept of business-processes reengineering is analyzed. The experience of reengineering of supply chain integrated scheduling business processes for the oil and gas branch is presented. The bottlenecks of the current practice were revealed. The purpose of this paper is to carry out recommendations for improving business processes based on an analysis of the current realization of the process, his provision with information systems and data flows.

Moreover, a wide review given by Terzi and Cavalieri (2004) on more than 80 papers about simulation in the supply chain context is used in this chapter. The main goal of this review is to determine which objectives simulation is used to solve the problems, which simulation models are more appropriate and useful for supporting the decision making in the supply chain.
