The article presents the results of a study to identify the optimal value of the annual load on one tractor using direct sowing technology. The optimal annual load on one tractor is directly associated with the power provision to agriculture and, indirectly, with its productivity. The article analyzes the dependence of the annual tractor load in ploughland per ha on various factors of the tractor-operator-instrument-fieldsoil-crop system: on tractor parameters; unit; environment and it is concluded that the optimal annual load on one tractor depends on them. The method of choosing various agricultural enterprises power supply should be connected with the natural and climatic conditions of their production activities, accepted technologies for cultivating crops, soil types, field sizes, etc. It was revealed that in Russia the optimal energy supply of agriculture with the power of tractor engines, using the zero tillage technology, is in the range from 2.4 to 2.8 hp/ha.

The agro-industrial complex is one of the most stable in terms of revenue to the budget of intersectoral formations, in which significant amounts of electricity produced using fossil fuels, mainly imported, fuel resources are consumed for the implementation of production processes, which poses a threat to its effective functioning and makes in the research article. The purpose of the article is to assess the potential and determine promising methods of decentralized power supply for agro-industrial producers based on the analysis of modern technical and technological solutions in the field of electrical engineering and the synthesis of a promising scheme for a combined autonomous power supply system for agricultural enterprises. The article assessed the technical and technological capabilities for the use of autonomous electrical installations by small and medium-sized enterprises of the agricultural sector, operating on the principle of conversion of renewable sources, taking into account the natural and climatic potential of the Vinnytsia region. As a result of a comparative analysis of the operational characteristics of the known methods of accumulating electric energy, it was found that in the conditions of autonomous power supply of small and medium-sized agro-industrial enterprises due to the conversion of alternative energy sources, the most functionally and economically justified option is the use of energy storage systems based on flywheels with partial use of a backup unit lithium-ion batteries. Based on domestic and foreign experience, a promising scheme of a combined autonomous power supply system for small and medium agricultural enterprises was proposed and priority areas for further research were formed to improve the efficiency of such a system. The study of technical and technological prerequisites for the development of a combined system of autonomous power supply and its components was carried out using methods of analysis, generalization and a systematic approach. The potential advantages and effect of the proposed scheme implementation are based on the laws of development of technical and electric power systems.

The article studies the experimental process of cultivation of microalgae in a photobioreactor (PBR) to study the effect of technological conditions on the productivity of microalgae. This process allows obtaining initial data for the development of closed cycles of using the energy potential of alga mass in heat and power supply of various industries, including agricultural enterprises (livestock complexes, poultry farms, etc.) The scheme of a closed cycle of power supply of the cattle complex allows obtaining hot water, feed additives to the cattle ration, bio humus, motor biofuel and carbon dioxide, which is advisable to use in the process of cultivating microalgae. The experiments were carried out on a photobioreactor for cultivating microalgae with an intelligent control system. The developed photobioreactor differs from the known ones in the pulsating hydrodynamic regime of feeding the nutrient solution, which provides an increase in the productivity of the microalgae cultivation up to 15%. The experimental model of the cultivation conditions of the microalga Ch. Vulgaris on a combined diet (Tamiya medium + manure substrate) showed a noticeable increase in crop productivity when adding cattle manure extract to the nutrient medium in an amount from 30 to 60% (vol.). This can be used in the development of closed cycles of heat and power supply for cattle farms based on biofuels of the third generation, obtained from the phytomass of microalgae.

The use of renewable energy sources makes it possible to coordinate the load schedules of agricultural enterprises and achieve a significant technical and economic effect by optimizing the processes of generation, transportation, distribution and consumption of electricity. Powerful agribusiness enterprises are located far enough from the centralized power supply and closer to the raw material bases, so it is proposed to disperse the power of both industrial and energy industries. Therefore, the paper analyzes the features of creating scrollerroller taking into account the world experience of Vladovo-Lubinecka experimental breeding station of the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beet of National Academy of agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, part of the Training-scientific-industrial complex “Allukrainian scientific-educational consortium” with the use of renewable sources of energy. Describes the main modes scrollerroller. Outlines the advantages of creating scrollerroller: improving the quality and reliability of the system, decentralization of production, the decline in electricity prices (in the context of how transportation and distribution), optimizing the use of renewable energy technologies through the integration of scrollerroller and use scrollerroller as a backup mechanism to prevent a power outage. The paper proposes to use local information management systems, which have the functions of self-gratification and self-adjustment depending on changes in the conditions of generation and consumption.

The plasma polymerization replica method and its apparatus have been devised by Tanaka (1-3). We have published several reports on its application: surface replicas of biological and inorganic specimens, replicas of freeze-fractured tissues and metal-extraction replicas with immunocytochemical markers. The apparatus for plasma polymerization consists of a high voltage power supply, a vacuum chamber containing a hydrocarbon gas (naphthalene, methane, ethylene), and electrodes of an anode disk and a cathode of the specimen base. The surface replication by plasma polymerization in negative glow phase on the cathode was carried out by gassing at 0.05-0.1 Torr and glow discharging at 1.5-3 kV D.C. Ionized hydrocarbon molecules diffused into complex surface configurations and deposited as a three-dimensionally polymerized film of 1050 nm in thickness. The resulting film on the complex surface had uniform thickness and showed no granular texture. Since the film was chemically inert, resistant to heat and mecanically strong, it could be treated with almost any organic or inorganic solvents.
