Customer experience is one of the most important factors that maintains the customer for banks and turns him into a loyal customer in the competitive marketplace conditions. This concept includes any type of interaction, feelings, perceptions, reactions, thoughts and other related cases from customers about the organization especially in the circumstance of service organization. In this study, 7 factors were identified as key determinants or constructs in the customer experience that according to the methodology of use the technique of fuzzy dematel, the most influential factor is the diversity of services and facilities provided in the bank. Other affecting factors include staff and managers of banks dealing with customers and quickness and easiness of using the bank's services. The factors that are affected are the communication system with the customers in the bank,  services environment in bank and advertising as well as the bank's reputation. According to the results, the most influential factor in the customer experience of the bank services is in fact the diversity of services and facilities provided by the bank and how the bank directors and staff deal with customers indicating that for customers the main services of bank and how the staff deal with them is very important and these two factors should be focused to increase better experience of customers.

Company analysis is a type of Case Study method among many types of Case study based Research Methods. While developing a Company Case study based on various issues in Management, the researcher can choose any company of any industry to study an issue or to solve a problem. Usually, a case analysis ends up with the observation of new performance pattern, interpretation of issues in the form of new information, or development of new suggestions to improve the system or to solve the problems optimally. Company analysis is considered to be a most powerful method to study new lessons required to identify, understand, and solve the problems in the process of managing and leading the organizations. Analysing business issues related to a company provides an opportunity to researchers to identify the kinds of situations, decisions, and dilemmas managers facing every day. Company analysis is a powerful tool in developing both research case study and teaching case study in business management subject. In this paper, we have discussed how ABCD Analysis as Research Methodology in company case analysis procedures in order to help the budding researchers while developing and analysing Company analysis as a Case study. In this paper, we have checked whether ABCD (Advantages, Benefits, Constraints, and Disadvantages) analysis framework can be used while analysing a company, how to consider various determinant issues of a company, selecting various affecting factors under these issues and identifying constituent critical elements for each construct using its elemental analysis technique, and the reasons to recommend the ABCD analysis framework in any kind of company analysis.

This paper attempts to analyze factors involved in the development of urban green spaces with a systematic and structural approach and extract the most important factors for the optimal development of urban green spaces using relationships between these factors. This applied study was conducted using a descriptive analytical method, which attempted to present solutions to structural development of green spaces in Tabriz City as a case study. This study’s findings can be generalized on cities with same condition. Thus, in order to achieve this goal, all factors involved in the development of green spaces have been initially extracted using Delphi method. Then, analysis of factors that have been extracted from MICMAC, relevance of factors involved in the development of green spaces in the city of Tabriz have been analyzed and finally key factors were determined. Eleven factors have identified as key factors that have important role in development of optimal green spaces in Tabriz city.

The importance of quality of life due to the direct impact on the urban community and system has been the subject of study by experts in various fields. In this regard, urban poor neighborhoods due to Inappropriate quality of life is one of challenges faced by the managers, urban planners, sociologists and other related fields. Urban poor neighborhoods as informal settlements due to the informal nature or considering informal, is the location of the poor which has always been in the improper status of the quality of life’s indices (like housing, literacy and education, income, environment, etc.). Assessment and evaluations of the quality of life in informal settlements’ neighborhoods are one of the most important studies of the empowerment project of these neighborhoods, which its result can be taken into account in providing sound solutions with regard to the quality of life in the mentioned neighborhoods. This paper examines and assess the quality of life in informal settlements’ neighborhoods by using two way of library research (theoretical framework) and Field research (collecting statistical data and questionnaires) on the Islamabad in Zanjan as a Case study and try to offer the cooperative strategies to increase quality life.
