This study aimed to examine the differences in the company’s performance before and after privatization. This study also examined the differences in performance before and after privatization on specific sub-samples of the data which is based on privatization method. Government policy of carrying out the privatization toward SOEs is still pro and contra. Various Privatization methods offer its weaknesses and strengths. There are different opinions on the best method for SOE privatization in Indonesia. The population is all companies which execute the privatization method. Secondary data were used namely financial statement which was taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the company’s website. Data were analyzed using normality test data. In addition, the paired t-test by using normally distributed data assumption was used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that Direct method privatization positive and significant changes in measuring Total Asset Turnover. Performance conducted Privatization through the capital markets showed different results. Test on the capital market method of data showed a similar effect with an analysis on the entire data (without separating the privatization method used) that occur significant performance degradation, especially in measuring Total Asset Turnover, Debt Ratio and Return On Equity. Conducted Management/ Employee Buy-Out (MBO) privatization implied a substantial reduction in measuring Debt Ratio and Return on Equity Performance.

Debts to Equty, Current Ratio, and Total Turnover of Assets to Return On Equity in the Consumer Goods Industry Company that were found on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. This study uses a sample of 19 Consumer Goods Industry companies that were found on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2018. This research is quantitative research. The data used are secondary data obtained from the site www.Idx.co.id. The sampling method is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear testing. The results showed that the Debt to Equity was insignificant to Return on Capital, the current ratio was calculated partially and significantly to Return on Capital and Total Asset Turnover was not partially related and not significant to Return on Capital. Meanwhile, all independent variables in this study support Return on Equity.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on stock prices on plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is all plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007 - 2010 as many as 7 companies. This population is also a research sample. Data were collected through documentation techniques. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. From the results of the discussion can be concluded that partially that the current ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while debt ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. Simultas current ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity have a significant effect on stock prices at plantation companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange

Penlitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh DER terhadap  harga  saham  perusahaan  makanan  dan  minuman  yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia,  pengaruh TATO, pengaruh CR dan pengaruh ROE serta pengaruh yang signifikan DER, TATO, CR dan ROE. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder melalui data laporan keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 15 dari 27 perusahaan dengan 4 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel , penelitian dilakukan januari sampai maret 2020. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Debt  to  Equity  Ratio  (X1)  berpengaruh negatif tapi tidak signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (2) Total Asset turnover  (X2)  berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (3) Current Ratio (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifkan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (4) Return   on   Equity   (X4) berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap   harga   saham   pada perusahaan y perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (5) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) dan Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This research was conducted by researching to analyze and analyze the DER of the company's stock prices and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using TATO, CR and the influence of ROE and showed a significant DER, TATO, CR and ROE. This study uses secondary data through the data of financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 15 out of 27 companies with 4 years that meet the criteria as a sample, the study was conducted January to March 2020. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Debt to Equity Ratio (X1) has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) Total asset turnover (X2) is positive but not significant on prices shares in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (3) Current Ratio (X3) shows a negative and insignificant price of shares in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (4) Equity Returns (4) X4) positive and significant impact on the price of shares of companies and food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (5) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Capital (ROE) have a positive effect and significant jointly with respect to share prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Indonesia country has a comparative advantage in producing oil, so the master sizeable international market for many commodities such as cocoa, rubber, tea, coflee, pepper, vanilla, copra, crude palm oil, essential oils, tobacco and areca nut. In 2008, the stock price of the entire plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) down. In 2009, there is one company that its stock price fell, while in 2010 there were two companies that share price fell. So the research problem is: "Is the financial performance (current ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity) have a significant effect on the stock prices of plantation companies listed on the Stock Exchange?". The research hypothesis is "financial performance (current ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity) have a significant efict on the stock prices of plantation companies listed on the Stock Exchange". This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of the financial performance of the stock price on the plantation company listed on the Stock Exchange. Benefits of the research is to add insight and knowledge of the author about the impact the financial performance of the stock price. Population were all plantation companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2007 - 2010 by 7 companies. This population as well as sample. Data collected through the techniques required documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. From the analysis, it was concluded that the value of 12.5314-4 Fhitung with probability 0.000015, so H0 is rejected. That is, financial performance (current ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity) to simultaneously have a significant ejfect on stock prices on the plantation company listed on the Stock Exchange, may be accepted at a significance level of 5 percent. judging from the t test, it was concluded that the current ratio, total asset turnover, and return on equity significantly partial to the stock price. the debt ratio is partially significant efl%ct on stock prices, can be accepted at a significance level of5 percent. The diversity of the dependent variable, ie stock prices can be explained by a variety of independent variables, namely financial performance (current ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover and return on equity) of 68.5473 per cent, while 31.4527 percent is explained by other factors. Judging from the regression coeflicient values, it is known that thecurrent ratio, total asset turnover and return on equity have a positive ejfect on stock prices. Iudging from the regression coeflicient values, it is known that the debt ratio negatively afiect the stock price. Iudgingfrorn the regression coeflicient values, it is known that the debt ratio contributed most to the stock price. Advice given consi. on to the investors and other researchers are better, investors or prospective investors to consider th rent ratio, debt ratio, total asset turnover and return on equity firms in investing in plantation companies listed on the Stock Exchange, making profitable investment decisions made .

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. The population in this study were 143 manufacturing companies for the 2014-2018 period. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique and the selected sample met the criteria of 40 companies so that the data used was 200. This study used secondary data and the analysis method used was the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. . Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the ROE variable has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, the DER variable has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns, the TATO variable has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. There is a significant influence of the ROE, DER and TATO variables simultaneously on Stock Return.

Capital market development in Indonesia is experiencing rapid growth. Capital markets provide attractive investment alternative for people or institutions that will invest. Investors are expected to benefit in the form of dividends and capital gains. This research wants to examine the effects of Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) to profit growth of manufacture company. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, with some criteria, those are: (a) the manufacture company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX); (b) the manufactur company has positif profit in five consecutive years; (c) the avaliable of financial statement as the research 2010-2014 period. The result of this research shows that the data has fulfill the classical asumption, such as: no multicolinearity, no autocorrelation, no heteroscedasticity and distributed normally. From the regression analysis, found that partially Operating Income to Total Assets (OITL), Return On Asset (ROA), dan Return On Equity (ROE) variable, have a positive significant to profit growth of manufacture company, while Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA) and Total Asset Turnover (TAT) doesn’t have influence to profit growth of manufacture company. From the research also known that those five variable (WCTA, OITL, TAT, ROA, and ROE) simoultaneously have an influence to profit growth of manufacture company. The prediction percentage of those variable simoultaneously are 27,8%. Keywords: WCTA, OITL, TAT, ROA, ROE, and growth.

This research was conducted to know and analysis the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT) and Firm Size (FS) on Return on Equity (ROE) in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 -2018. The study was conducted using multiple linear regression methods.The results of research say that simultaneously Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT) and Firm Size (FS) have a significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE. The test results show that Partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Firm Size (FS) have a positive and significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE). While Total Asset Turnover (TAT) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE). On the other hypothesis testing, Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE).

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence underpricing on IPO. Variables used in this research is Underwriter Reputation (RU), Auditor Reputation (RA), Company Age (AGE), firm size (SIZE), Financial Leverage (FL), Return on Equity (ROE) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) , This study uses a quantitative approach with a model of multiple linear regression analysis. This study used a sample of companies that conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the period 2004 to 2014 that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of observations used in this study were 204 observations. The results showed that the companies doing IPOs in the period 2004-2014, the variable underwriter reputation, auditor reputation, and return on equity significantly negative effect on underpricing, while variable firm age, firm size, financial leverage, and total asset turnover negative not significantly to underpricing

This study aimed to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) on Firm Value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange 2015-2019, both partially and simultaneously. The research was categorized as an associative research by using. 179 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) as a population. The sample obtained from 63 companies were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study are secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and related company websites then being analyzed with multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and normality test. The results showed that the Return on Equity (ROE) has a positive effect on Firm Value, Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) has no significant effect on firm value, and Return on Equity (ROE) & Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) has affect on firm value.   Keywords: ROE, DAR, Book Value.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio, the Total Asset Turnover, the Inflation and the BI Rate to the Stock Returns. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study was the Food and Beverage industries listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011-2015, with the total of 14 companies. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method, with the total of 9 companies. This study used multiple linear regression analysis to measure the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the Inflation and the BI rate had significant effects on the Stock Returns.
