This study aims to examine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction on Logistics Customer Loyalty at PT. Tiki Track Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) in the City of Gresik. Then a literature review and the preparation of hypotheses were carried out, data were also obtained from questionnaires on 96 Gresik people who had used PT. Tiki Nugraha Ekakurir Line (JNE) using nonprobability sampling technique. Testing is done using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that service quality significantly affects customer loyalty, brand image significantly influences customer loyalty and customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty.

Today the competition in the business world is getting tighter, this is indicated by the number of competing companies that have sprung up that are engaged in the same type of business in capturing the market so that consumers buy the products offered and try to keep their customers so as not to turn to the same product from different companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image and service quality on customer satisfaction, Brand Image and service quality on customer loyalty, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, the influence of brand image and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor in Makassar city. To implement these objectives, data collection techniques are used through observation, questionnaires and documentation, using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results of the study found that brand image and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can partially mediate between brand image and service quality on customer loyalty. It can be indicated that the better the quality of service, the more satisfied the customer will be, thus impacting customer loyalty.

<p>Highly competition requires university to be more sensitive to the interest students as one of stakeholders. Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Campus Cimone has many competitors amid the dynamics of increasingly fierce competition of higher education. This research aims to analyze the effect of Service quality, Price and Brand Image of Students Satisfaction. A theory used in research is based on opinion from Andriyani, Suwandi Mananeke &amp; Taroreh, Fatriansyah. There is an effect between Service Quality, Price and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction. This research use a quantitative method by distributing a questionnaire. The amount of population are 408 students and the sample is 80 people by Slovin formulas. Based on research result using linear regression analysis multiple SPSS version 20 indicated that: The independent variable Service Quality, Price and Brand Image jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on the Student Satisfaction and the magnitude of the effect seen from the coefficient of determination (R<sub>2</sub>) was 41,8 %. To test the hypothesis of the use F test and t test. The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction
