Sistem informasi adalah salah satu bentuk teknologi informasi yang terintegrasi ke berbagai bidang yang menyangkut hidup orang banyak, misalnya bidang jasa transportasi. Aplikasi Gojek merupakan salah satu sistem informasi yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa transportasi. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis apakah kemudahan dalam penggunaan sistem informasi aplikasi Gojek berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan merk Gojek dari perspektif mahasiswa sebagai pengguna. Metode yang digunakan adalah Modified Technology Acceptance Model (MTAM), dengan menggunakan Perceived Ease Of Use (PEOU) dari TAM, dan Service Quality, Brand Image serta Brand Trust sebagai modifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan dikalangan mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi GoJek. Pengolahan data kuesioner 92 responden dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (perceived ease of use, service quality, brand image) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel dependen (brand trust), sebesar 52,3%. Sementara secara parsial, variabel independen service quality dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen brand trust, sedangkan variabel independen perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen (brand trust). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kemudahan dalam penggunaan sistem informasi aplikasi Gojek tidak terlalu mempengaruhi kepercayaan mahasiswa terhadap merk

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of E-Service Quality and Ease of Use to Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CMR) which is mediated by Brand image. The research approach used is quantitative. The research sample is determined by non probability sampling which takes 100 samples of e-commerce application consumers in Indonesia. The results showed that there is a relationship between Brand Image and Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM). There is a relationship between E-Service Quality and Brand Image. There is a relationship between E-Service Quality and Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM). There is a relationship between Ease of Use and Brand Image. There is no relationship between Ease of Use and Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM). There is a relationship between E-Service Quality and Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) which is mediated by Brand Image. There is a relationship between Ease of Use and Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) which is mediated by Brand Image.

Www.kanopirumah.com is a business that is engaged in the welding workshop business. To determine the effect of brand image on purchasing decisions, service quality on purchasing decisions, price perceptions of purchasing decisions, trust in purchasing decisions, and to know together with the influence of a brand image, service quality, price perceptions and trust in purchase decisions for welding shop services www.kanopirumah.com. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who conduct transactions at the welding workshop www.Kanopirumah.Com. in this study as many as 100 consumers. Data collection methods in this research are observation, documentation study, and literature study. The method of data analysis is a simple linear regression test, product-moment correlation test, determination test, and hypothesis test (t-test). Data processing using Statistical Social Science Program (SPSS) version 22.00. The results showed that (1) Brand image influenced purchasing decisions with a t-test value of 2.329, sig. 0.022 <α = 0.05, thus proving the hypothesis that the brand image influences the purchase decision. (2) Quality of service influences purchasing decisions with a t-test value of 2.277, sig. 0.025 <α = 0.05, thus proving the hypothesis that service quality affects the purchasing decision. (3) Price perception influences purchasing decisions with a t-test value of 3.093, sig. 0.003 <α = 0.05, thus proving the hypothesis that price perception influences the purchase decision. (4) trust influences purchasing decisions with a t-test value of 3.215, sig. 0.002 <α = 0.05, thus proving the hypothesis that states' trust has an effect on purchasing decisions. (5) Brand image, service quality, price perception, and trust affect purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of word of mouth, perceived price, and service quality toward brand image and purchase decision. This research also aimed to measure the mediating effect of Brand Image toward the relationship between word of mouth, perceive price, and service quality with the purchase decision. This study used a survey technique that utilised questionnaires as research instruments for 200 respondents who have visited Surabaya hotels as well as Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis techniques. The findings in this research proved that Word of Mouth, Perceived Price, and Service Quality have a significant positive effect on Brand Image and Purchase Decision. This research also revealed that brand image also has an intervening effect in the relationship of Word of Mouth, Perceived Price, and Service Quality with Purchase Decision.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image variables, Product Quality, Price and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Semen Indonesia Logistics Branch of Gulomantung Gresik. This type of research uses quantitative with a sample of 154 consumers. The sampling technique used Incidetal Sampling. The results of the study proved to show that the Brand Image variable, Product Quality, Price had a positive and significant effect and the service quality variable had a negative and significant effect on the Purchase Decision.

Restaurant Navy Seals Surabaya has many determinants in purchasing decisions, these factors are Brand Image, Service Quality, Social Media Marketing. And these factors will be examined statistically which aims to determine how much influence. The variables used are four, namely Brand Image (X1), Service Quality (X2), Social Media Marketing (X3), and Purchase Decision (Y). Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires to customers of Restaurant Navy Seals Surabaya. The results show that the Brand Image variable (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Social Media Marketing (X3) simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y). This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 160 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this research, Restaurant Navy Seals Surabaya can maintain Brand Image, Service Quality, and Social Media Marketing, so that customers survive and faithfully buy at the place.

Samsung is the manufacturer smartphone that is already known by the community because of the use of advanced technologies. The purpose of these study are to examine the influence of brand image towards purchase intention of Samsung’s smartphone; the influence of service quality towards purchase intention of Samsung’s smartphone; and the influence of purchase intention towards purchase decision of Samsung’s smartphone. Sample selection method used is purposive sampling with the sample size of this study is 150 Samsung’s smartphone users who already visit to the Samsung’s outlet. The analysis data was used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS’s software. The results show that brand image has an influence on purchase intention, service quality has an influence on purchase intention, and purchase intention has an influence towards purchase decisions. This research provides recommendations to the producer of Samsung’s smartphone to create a product that is safe for the user, because if consumers feel goods which belongs to secure and worthy that the consumer will purchase the product. One of the company’s decisions that are important in competing product strategy is marketing activities. This study aims to empirically test the variables of the research, includes the question of whether there are any influences of the Brand Image (X1), Brand Trust (X2), Price (X3), Service Quality (X4) and Satisfaction (X5) of the Purchase Decision (Y). The samples in this study are taken by using aAccidental Sampling. They are 93 people from the population of 950; they are student in the Darul Falah Ramban Kulon Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School. The analyzes are performed by using the multiple linear regression analysis. Furthemore, the testing of the hypothesis is done with the software of Statistical Package for the Sciences (SPSS) in 18 version. The results of the analysis show that the Brand Image has no effect on Purchasing Decisions with the results of tcount 0.142 <ttable 1.6614 significance value 0.887> 0.05. Brand Image has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a tcount of 1.842> ttable 1.6614 significance of 0.069> 0.05. Price variable shows the results of a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a value of tcount 2.074> ttable 1.6614 significance 0.041 <0.05. The next result shows that service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of tcount 3.852> ttable 1.6614 and significance 0.000 and satisfaction variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a tcount of 5.722> ttable 1.6614 significance 0.000. Simultaneously brand image, brand trust, price, service quality and satisfaction have a significant effect on purchasing decisions
