<em>This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, ease of transaction and location on the decision to become a member of the Sharia Cooperative BMT BISMA Kelapa Dua Tangerang. This study took the population of members of the BMT BISMA Kelapa Dua Sharia Cooperative with purposive sampling technique. The method used is descriptive quantitative by conducting statistical tests consisting of validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing by testing brand image variables, transaction convenience and location  partial or simultaneous influence on the decision. The findings of this study indicate that the ease of transaction and location variables have a positive and significant influence on the decision to become a member of the BMT BISMA Sharia Cooperative. While the brand image variable does not have a significant influence on the decision to become a member of the BMT BISMA Sharia Cooperative.</em>

<em>To determine the Effect of Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen. The method used is a descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique method with a sample of 85 Satpol PP Kecamatan Senen. Data analysis used simultaneously and partially linear regression analysis. The results showed that motivation and work environment have an influence either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kecamatan Senen.</em>

<em>This research aims to know influence of product quality and after sales service on customer satisfaction using Xiaomi smartphones. The population and sample of this study were students of the economics faculty of the Krisnadwipayana University class of 2017 with a total of 58 students. Research analysis method using simple regression analysis technique and simultaneous regression analysis. The hypothesis test using the F test and t test. The results of the study state that partially, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, product quality and after-sales service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.</em>

<em>During the pandemic of COVID-19, many businesses have been falling and have a declining revenue. By gathering information samplings through online surveys consisted of thirty-two respondents and the usage of Chi-square quantitative analysis data method, the study was conducted by finding out its effect on income during the pandemic. The independent variables consisted of business income before the pandemic, the loans, and the BPUM used to see the correlation with the dependent variable. The findings show that the independent variables had a statistically significant influence on the dependent variable in parallel.</em>

<em><span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this research is to discover whether there is an effect of training and career development on employee performance either simultaneously and partially. This study is also to compare and improve the results of previous studies. This study was conducted on 63 respondence at PT. Interpak Global Canindo. Data acquisition was using questionnaire with Likert scale. The sampling technique was using saturated samples. From the result, it was found the fact that training and career development simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance. furthermore, training and career development partially also had a significant effect on employee performance.</span></em>

<em>To determine the effect of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is the customers of PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta with a total sample of 80 respondents who were taken using a sampling technique using incidental sampling techniques, by filling out a questionnaire on google form. The analysis technique was carried out with simultaneous and partially linear regression. Based on the test results, it is found that brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, brand image and customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Serasi Auto Raya (SERA) Jakarta.</em>

<em>The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Kota. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Regional Office, totaling 46 people and all of them were sampled, because the numbers were relatively small. Methods of data analysis using partially and simultaneous  linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneous  motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance  of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bekasi Kota</em>

<em>The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of human resource strategic management  and innovation, human resource strategic management  and knowledge management, knowledge management and innovation, in addition to analyzing whether knowledge management can mediate the relationship of human resource strategic management  with innovation Research data to be used is data of creative industry companies in Indonesia with primary data through questionnaires and secondary data published by the Government of Indonesia. The research sample is a creative industry company in Indonesia. The methods used are correlation analysis and regression to find out the relationship between variables and the analysis of pathways to find out the direct effects and indirect effects of human resource strategic management  on innovation. The hypothesis of this research is (1) there is a positive relationship of human resource strategic management  with innovation, (2) there is a positive relationship between the strategic management  of human resources and knowledge management (3) there is a relationship between knowledge management and innovation (4) there is a positive relationship of human resource strategic management  to innovation through knowledge management as a mediation variable. The findings provide evidence that knowledge management plays a mediating role between strategic human resource management  and innovation.</em>

<em>The purpose of this study is to analyze stock prices are influenced by earnings per share through debut to equity at PT. Unilever Tbk. This study is a causal associative study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are companies engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of household consumer goods, beverages and food from 2013-2020 listed on the IDX. This sampling used purposive sampling technique and PT. Unilever Tbk as the research sample in this study. The data collection technique was taken from the idx website. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis model test. The results of the study show that the direct effect of partially EPS on stock prices has a positive and significant effect, DER on stock prices has a negative and significant effect, while EPS on DER has a negative and significant effect while the indirect effect of EPS on stock prices through DER has a significant effect.</em>

<em>To determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance PT  Indonesia Epson Industry. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT Indonesia Epson Industry, while the research method used simultaneous and partially linear regression analysis. The hypothesis states that simultaneous competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. The hypothesis which states that competence and motivation partially have an effect on employee performance and the coefficient of determination shows that competence and motivation contribute 69.2% to employee performance at PT Indonesia Epson Industry.</em>
