Health centers are expected to provide quality health services that meet the needs of the customers. Health centers need to improve services in order to be able to compete, develop, and grow. This study describe the satisfaction of the customers for services provided by Kendal Health Center, Ngawi, Indonesia. The population of this study were community who utilized health services at the Kendal Health Center in 2016. The sample were selected using quota sampling. Each unit of service given a quota of 20 respondents, while auxiliary health center were quota of 10 respondents, because the customer visit at a auxiliary health center were lower. The variable was the satisfaction with services provided by health center. Data were collected by filling out questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively using spiderweb diagram. In general, the results of the study indicate that the quality of health center services was in the good category, and all service units had succeeded in exceeding the predetermined targets. Health services is one of the basic services that are needed by the community. Health services as a part  of social services must also related to the economy. Efforts are made to provide quality health services is certainly not free of costs. Therefore, Jakarta Provincial Government allocated 530 billion rupiahs for health services for Underprivileged and working with 40 hospitals in Jakarta, including Cengkareng Hospital. Excellence Cengkareng Hospital location that is located very close to public housing, becoming its own benefits to the surrounding community, and this can make Cengkareng Hospital as a communitybased hospital.Keywords: health services, underprivileged, cengkareng hospital, community-base hospitalPelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu layanan dasar yang sangat diperlukan oleh masyarakat. Pelayanan kesehatan sebagai salah satu bagian dari pelayanan sosial tentunya terkait juga dengan ekonomi. Upaya yang dilakukan dalammemberikan pelayanan kesehatan berkualitas tentunya tak lepas dari biaya-biaya. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengalokasikan dana sebesar 530 milyar rupiah untuk pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat yang tidak mampu dan bekerja sama dengan 40 rumah sakit di DKI Jakarta termasuk RSUD Cengkareng. Keunggulan lokasi RSUD Cengkareng yang letaknya berada sangat dekat dengan pemukiman umum, menjadi manfaat tersendiri bagi masyarakat sekitar, dan hal ini bisa menjadikan RSUD Cengkareng sebagai rumah sakit berbasis komunitas.Kata Kunci: pelayanan kesehatan, masyarakat tidak mampu, rsud cengkareng, rumah sakit berbasis komunitas.

Quality health services are a hope for every Indonesian people, because this is closely related to one aspect of fulfilling basic life needs for humans, therefore it requires commitment from these health service providers, especially hospitals in supporting the implementation of government programs through the Healthy Indonesia Card. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the implementation of services based on the Healthy Indonesia Card program at the Sayang Rakyat Regional General Hospital in Makassar City using qualitative research methods. The results showed that the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Card program at the Sayang Rakyat Regional General Hospital in Makassar in general was in accordance with the South Sulawesi Provincial Regulation regarding health providers and regarding cooperation in providing free health services, and presidential regulation (Perpres) Number 64 of 2020 concerning National health insurance. This is reflected in the implementation of services provided by the Sayang Rakyat Hospital to patients using the Healthy Indonesia Card (KIS) (PBI) which do not differentiate from general patients or other insurance users, provided that the patient has met the terms and conditions as a KIS patient (PBI). All medical expenses for KIS patients (PBI) who undergo outpatient or inpatient treatment are entirely borne by the government.

One of the development efforts in the health sector is the availability of quality health services. The clinic is a health institution that reaches out to the community directly to provide treatment to the community. In order to create excellent service, the clinic must pay attention to the services provided to patients. Patient satisfaction is very important to be considered by the clinic management. Patient satisfaction is one indicator of the success of providing health services to the community. Mitra Sandona clinic is one of the clinics located in the city of Padang. This clinic provides BPJS services to patients. Health service satisfaction is achieved if what the patient gets exceeds his expectations. To determine patient satisfaction, an analysis tool called importance performance analysis is needed. This matrix analyzes the level of expectations and experiences felt by patients. Through this matrix, the clinical management can determine which level of importance should be improved, enhanced and maintained
