This study aims to develop a web-based system that evaluates the teaching process based on the course learning outcomes. It includes the active involvement of both the course teacher and the enrolled students on the course. Usually, the teacher delivers the course contents by following the course specification and the course learning outcomes. Here, the teacher is a source of equipping students with all the necessary information about the course and the assessment policies. The students participate in the scheduled assessments, and the teacher evaluates students’ performances based on the course learning outcomes. Significantly, the presented study applies the ordinal scale method for evaluating the students’ performances in the conducted assessments. The students’ performances are measured, and the outcomes help the teacher understand the students' learned skills of the course. Further, the result of the measured outcomes uses for the program performance evaluation at the end of the academic cycle. The presented approach is easy to adapt for any academic course in higher education and enables an effective approach for performance evaluation.

Academic programs seek accreditation to raise their profile. Establishment of program assessment and continuous improvements processes is required to gain and maintain accreditation. Assessment processes are about defining course learning outcomes, student outcomes, and program educational objectives; collect course assessment data, perform statistical evaluations and derive meaningful conclusions to improve the program. Web-based technologies can be used to improve communication, collaboration, coordination and flow control among different entities involved in the processes. This paper presents a web-based system that was designed to assist in assessment and continuous improvement processes with objective to meet the requirements of two accreditation bodies in a program that has academically diverse faculty.

The new technology era is shifting the traditional ways of seeking knowledge and plays a new role in disseminating and sharing knowledge. E-learning systems have been introduced with the emergence of and developments in information technology (IT). However, most e-learning systems focus on allowing students to access and use official educational content, with less attention being paid to involve e-resources linked to curricula to support the educational process and the learners. The main objective of this research is to empower users in an e-learning environment with an Information Communication Technology (ICT) web-based system in order to play a bigger role in seeking and sharing e-resources for a better understanding of the curricula. The article focuses on the problem of teaching students in e-learning. The results of a survey helped us identify the main difficulties facing students when they begin their studies. We also describe a methodology of teaching using e-learning as web-based instruction. The use of e-learning in the educational process improves the quality of practical training and provides a better understanding of the course. This study proposes a web-based system that integrates elements of e-resources within an e-learning environment by using e-classes of 7th, 8th, and 9th grades enrolled at Secondary School as a testbed. The system deals with a set of learning cycles that support the aims of e-learning. The first cycle is the student; the second cycle is the teacher. In this study, quantitative and qualitative approaches have been used to evaluate, investigate, and compare the system's impact. The results of this study revealed that there is a significant difference between the students according to grade. Therefore, students at Secondary School would benefit from a system that exposes them to e-resources linked directly to the curriculum to achieve and navigate knowledge understanding.

The right and appropriate system of receiving and transferring goods is needed by the company. In the process of receiving and transferring goods from the central warehouse to the branch warehouse at PDAM Tirta Kerta Raharja, Tangerang Regency, which is currently done manually is still ineffective and inaccurate because the Head of Subdivision uses receipt documents, namely PPBP and mutation of goods, namely MPPW in the form of paper as a submission media. The Head of Subdivision enters the data of receipt and mutation of goods manually and requires a relatively long time because at the time of demand for the transfer of goods the Head of Subdivision must check the inventory of goods in the central warehouse first. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a design of information systems for the receipt and transfer of goods from the central warehouse to a web-based branch warehouse that is already database so that it is more effective, efficient and accurate. With the web-based system of receiving and transferring goods that are already datatabed, it can facilitate the Head of Subdivision in inputing data on the receipt and transfer of goods and control of stock inventory so that the Sub Head of Subdivision can do it periodically to make it more effective, efficient and accurate. The method of data collection is done by observing, interviewing and studying literature from various previous studies, while the system analysis method uses the Waterfall method which aims to solve a problem and uses design methods with visual modeling that is object oriented with UML while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database.
