The objective of this research was to examine empirically the influence of user participation and top management support on success of accounting information system development and its impact on decision making process. The analysis units were the hospital in Pekanbaru city. The election of sample is by using technique of probability sampling with method of simple random sampling. The statistical method used to test the hypothesises was path analysis  with AMOS 20  program. The result shows that only the first hypothesis did not have a significant influence, while the others had  a significant influence.

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of user participation, accounting information system’s user training education program, top management support, system development formalization, and information technology sophistication towards the performance of accounting information system. The object in this research is retail company in the Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan, Jakarta, and Bogor which use accounting information system. Data used in this research was primary data from questionnaires. There were 153 respondents consists of employees at retail company that already use accounting information system. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of this research are: (1) user participation had significant and positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system, (2) accounting information system’s user training education program had no positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system, (3) top management support had significant and positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system, (4) system development formalization had no positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system, and (5) information technology sophistication had no positive affect toward the performance of accounting information system.   Keywords: Accounting Information System’s User Training Education Program, Information Technology Sophistication, System Development Formalization, Top Management Support, User Participation.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that can improve the performance of Accounting Information System (AIS) used in the retail companies. There are four factors in this research, the factors consists user participation, top management support, user capabilities, and training and user education.  The objects of this research are the retail companies in Tangerang. The data used in this research is the primary data. The samples in this research are determined based on convenience sampling. The results from this research indicate that training and user education had significant influence to the performance of AIS partially, whereas user participation, top management support and user capabilities had not significant influence to the performance of AIS. Accounting information system is part of the information system, which can provide information about accounting that can support the performance of the parties - parties who use it. This study was conducted to determine whether factors consisting of user involvement (X1), personal engineering skills (X2), top management support (X3), formalization of development (X4), and training and education program (X5) can affect system performance accounting information (Y). PT.Cipta Niaga Semesta is the chosen research place and the respondents are employees who use accounting information system as many as 47 employees. This research is a quantitative research where using statistical application that is SPSS version 23. Based on result of research analysis concluded from variables used that have significant positive effect to accounting information system performance is variable of personal technique ability and formalization of information system development.

This research’s purpose is analyzing influence of the company’s size, the use of information technology and top management’s support to the accounting information system’s performance. The sampling technic that was used was random sampling. The sampling research involved 88 employees that use computerized accounting information system. Data was collected through questionnaire. Data analysis technics that were used were realiability and validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The research’s results : 1) There was no significant influence from the company’s size toward the accounting information system’s performance, 2) There was no significant influence from involvement of information system users towards the accounting information system’s performance, 3) There was significant influence from management’s support towards accounting information system’s performance, 4) There was positive and significant influence from the company’s size, involvement of users and the top management’s support to the accounting information system simultaneously.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of user participation, user ability, and top management support on the performance of accounting information systems through education and training as moderating variables at PT. Megagriya Makmur Hill. This research uses classical assumption test, data quality test, descriptive statistical test, multiple linear regression, Moderated Regression Analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that user participation, user capabilities, top management support, have an effect on the performance of accounting information systems. When moderation occurs, education and training are not able to moderate user participation and top management support on accounting information system performance, while education and training are able to moderate users' ability to accounting information system performance.

The objective of this research to test, examine and to provide empirical evidence to the influence of technology sophistication, personal technical ability of information systems, user training program and top management support to the performance of accounting information system. The research was conducted using a survey method to to provide the questionnaires to the employees in retail consumer goods company. Data used in this study was primary data, id est: questionnaires. The respondents in this study were 102 who are employees which use accounting information system. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of this study were (1) technology sophistication had a significant influence toward the performance of accounting information system; (2) personal technical ability of information systems had no significant influence toward the performance of accounting information system; (3) user training program had a significant influence toward the performance of accounting information system; (4) top management support had a significant influence the performance of accounting information system. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of user involvement, personal technical skills, top management support (organizational structure), formalization of system development and training and education programs on the performance of accounting information systems. Sources of data are primary data in the form of answers to angke and secondary data in the form of an overview of Boys Bakery and Cake. The method used in this study is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The population in this study was 74 people. The sample was selected from the purposive sampling method as many as 55 people from several sections and branches. The results of this study indicate that user involvement and training programs have an effect on the performance of the Accounting Information System while personal engineering skills, top management support (organizational structure), formalization of system development have no effect on the performance of the Accounting Information System.

The use of Accounting Information System (AIS) is very helpful in accommodating all the information needed to make an accurate decision. Indicators in determining the good and bad performance of an information system can be seen through AIS user satisfaction and usage. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of top management support, system quality and information quality on AIS user satisfaction. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling. The research sample was 147 people consisting of administrators, loan officers and savings at 29 Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in Ubud Subdistrict. The data in this study is primary data which is the answer from the questionnaire. The regression results show that all variables have a significance of 0,000. It shows that top management support, system quality and information quality have positive influences on Accounting Information System user satisfaction.
