This research aims toaanalyze the causal relationshipbbetween several variables including economiccgrowth using the value of PDRB at constant prices, the variable humanndevelopment index (HDI) and capitaleexpenditures in Jambi Province during 2010-2020 period. The data used in this research is secondary data with a database obtained from BPS Jambi Province and Regional Financial Statistics Jambi Province. The method used in this research is the Granger causality analysis method, which was previously tested using unit roots and cointegration methods to see the long-termrrelationship betweenrresearch variables. The results showed that there was a long-term relationship between the research variables. Economic growth has a one-way causal relationship with HDI. Economic growth increases the supply of resources needed for human development which in turn will encourage better human development. The capital expenditure variable has a one-way causal relationship with the economic growth variables. The allocation of capital for the implementation of various community economic activities and become an economic stimulus in Jambi Province.

Tax is one of the payments to the State which is paid by a person or entity. Therefore, consistency with paying taxes is very important to build state revenue. This test aims to determine the effect of taxpayer awareness, knowledge of taxes, tax sanctions and tax services on taxpayer compliance with motorized vehicles in the city of Medan. The population that we use for this study are taxpayers who are registered with the Samsat of Medan City. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with an examination strategy using the accidental sampling method. The information used in this study is important information from the appropriate survey results and interviews with interviews. The test strategy uses Validity and Reliability testing, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Determination Coefficient. The results of this investigation trace that taxpayer awareness factors, tax knowledge, tax sanctions and tax service services have an influence on compliance with motorized vehicle registration in the city of Medan. The results of this examination, it is natural that the Medan City Samsat office can further develop its performance so that it can improve the consistency of citizens to pay their taxes.

This study was made with the aim of testing whether sales growth, company size, leverage, working capital, liquidity, cash turnover have an influence on profitability in manufacturing companies in food and beverage sub-sector for 2017-2019 period.Quantitative methods are used in this analysis. The use of purposive sampling technique leaves 13 (thirteen) companies from the research population as many as 26 (twenty six) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A total of 39 (thirty nine). The source of the data for this research comes from the financial statements of companies published on www.idx.co.id. The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. The dependent variabel in this study is profitability, while the independent variabel are sales growth, company size, leverage,liquidity, and cash turnover.The results obtained in this study are partially sales growth, working capital turnover have a significant effect on profitability, while company size, leverage, liquidity, and cash turnover have no significant effect on profitaibility. The findings of this study suggest that manufacturing companies in food and beverage sub-sector need to pay attention to sales growth and working capital turnover.

The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which service quality affects patient satisfaction, the subjects used as the unit of analysis in this study are patients who use the services of the ST hospital laboratory installation. Theresia Jambi, totaling 57 patients, the data collection technique used a closed questionnaire given to respondents with alternative answers that had been provided, then the data was processed using regression analysis. The results of this study prove that the higher the level of service quality provided, it can affect the increase in patient satisfaction.

The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the types of training and HR development carried out at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, 2) To find out the constraints and solutions for HR training and development carried out at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, 3 ) To know the Strategy of Training and Human Resources Development at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office. This study took place at Bank BTPN tbk Jambi Branch Office, the data obtained directly from books or other information in the form of interviews and documentation. The data collection method was obtained by direct observation at the Human Resources section at PT. Bank BTPN Jambi Branch Office. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is "done by compiling the data that has been collected then making a classification and setting standards and the position of the elements with one another so that they can be analyzed and interpreted". The results obtained from the research that the researchers conducted were employee training and development, which is a method or way to improve the quality of employees so that employee performance can increase. This Training and Development provides motivation, knowledge and improves the ability of good employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on the value of companies in the basic industry sector and cement sub-sector chemicals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample in this study is the basic industrial sector companies and the cement sub-sector chemical listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling with a sample of 6 companies in the basic industrial sector and cement sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the last 4 years. This study uses descriptive statistical methods, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, simple linear regression, and significance test (t test). This study uses data from the annual financial statements of companies in the basic and chemical sub-sector of cement and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. Secondary data is processed using SPSS. The results showed that profitability and leverage had no effect on firm value.

There are challenges in implementing village funds during this pandemic because the amount of absorption of village funds is used to address the conditions for handling Covid 19. The implemention of the distribution and absorption of this budget is influenced by inhibiting factors that become challenges in the implementation of village development. Internal factors in the village government are important to prevent fraud in the absorption of village funds. Therefore, one of the objectives of this study is to analyze the effect of internal control and competence on fraud prevention in Kumpeh Ulu sub-district, Muaro Jambi district. This research is causality research design. Causality research design is a type of research that is used for the purpose of testing the influence, relationship or impact of variables, the type of cross section data used and the primary data souces. This research took place from june to august 2021. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that internal control and competence have an effect on fraud prevention.

This paper examines that good government governance has directly and moderating effect on local income tax determination. Using data from 33 province government in Indonesia for year 2008 and 2012, this research shows that good government governance is significant factor that improve local tax income directly and moderate variable. Good government governance strengthens positive correlation of per capita income and local tax income. While good government governance has not proven negative weakness of inflation and local tax.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of job satisfaction (x) affects the performance of employees (y) at PT. Kreativa Surya Pratama Bandung subsidiary from Telkom Indonesia for Marketing or Marketing. The population is 237 people. This study uses quantitative methods. By using the reference calculation of the Slovin formula, which is as many as 70 respondents, the calculations in this research use the SPSS application. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a partially significant effect on employee performance. This result is based on the t-value of 9.170 and the t-table of 1.995 having a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05. With the acquisition of t-count greater than t-table (9,170 > 1,995). the coefficient of determination of the value of adjusted r square shows the results of 0.549 or 54.9%, so from the results of the coefficient value 54.9% is influential while the remaining 45.1% is influenced by other factors.

This research was conducted to look at the influence of Brand Image Trust, and eWOM on Loyalty at the center of souvenirs typical of Jambi. The study was conducted on 100 consumers of The Typical Souvenir Center of Jambi (Temphoyac outlet) with purposive sampling method, and analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of research known to Trust, Brand Image and eWOM significantly affect loyalty, with brand image having a negative relationship to loyalty and trust variables and EWom having a positive relationship to loyalty.
