This study aims to determine (1)—the influence of religiosity on the interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. (2). The effect of halal certification on the interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. And (3). The impact of religiosity and halal certification on interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng. This research is the millennial consumers of traditional food of Sate Bandeng Kang Cepi Kaujon, Serang City, Banten Province. The research method used is quantitative. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS version 23 software. Data analysis used the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that (1). Religiosity affects an interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng. (2). Halal certification affects an interest in buying traditional food of sate bandeng (3). Religiosity and halal certification have a positive and significant impact on interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng. Consumers’ interest in buying traditional food of Sate Bandeng is influenced by religiosity and halal certification as much as 48.8 percent. In comparison, the remaining 51.2 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The final project service is a supervision service from the lecturer for students who prepare the final project. Satisfactory service can be an effective promotion to prospective students. The Quality Control Group (GKM) of STMIK Indonesia Padang carries out one of their responsibilities, namely analyzing student satisfaction with final assignment services as an evaluation of the performance of final assignment supervisors and also to improve final assignment services. Therefore, we need an information system that can help GKM employees obtain accurate results to analyze student satisfaction. The system development method used is to use an object-oriented methodology. The website-based information system that was built (named WALTA (Final Project Service Satisfaction Analysis Website)) used the Likert scale measurement method to measure the level of student satisfaction with the services of the final assignment supervisor with 5 category levels, namely very satisfying, satisfying, quite satisfying, less satisfying and unsatisfactory. The existence of WALTA, GKM STMIK Indonesia Padang employees worked more effectively and efficiently because there was no need to collect students locally to fill out the questionnaire, no need to print out the questionnaire and process the questionnaire data, and the results of the questionnaire were immediately displayed on WALTA. 32 lecturers supervised the final assignment of Odd Semester 2018/2019. It was found 9 lecturers provided final assignment services with a very satisfying category and 23 lecturers with a satisfactory category. Furthermore, the results of this assessment were one of the lecturers' performance evaluation instruments.

Japanese is an elective course that can be taken by every student in the Nursing Study Program of Stikes Ranah Minang. References regarding the teaching material given to the students must be appropriate so that they can get the benefit from this course. To find out the reference, it is necessary to do a needs analysis so that the students get the material that they really need to support their learning process at present time or in the future. This study was conducted to analyze the needs of Japanese language learners. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach and descriptive method. The research population is the students who are taking the course of Japanese Language II at the Stikes Ranah Minang Nursing Study Program. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the descriptive techniques in the form of numbers and percentages.

The ICCS 2016 study is a continuation and extension of ICCS 2009. The study explored the enduring and the emerging challenges of educating young people in a world where contexts of democracy and civic participation had changed and continue to change. In total, ICCS 2016 is based on test and questionnaire data from more than 94,000 students enrolled in their eighth year of schooling (Grade 8 or equivalent) at more than 3,800 schools in 24 countries. These student data were augmented by contextual questionnaire data from school principals of selected schools and more than 37,000 teachers.

In Jambi Province, the morbidity rate of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) has increased for three consecutive years with a mortality rate of 0.74%. This study aimed to determine the performance of health workers to reduce the incidence of dengue fever at the Jambi City Health Center in 2020. This study used a cross-sectional design with several respondents 80 officers, the sampling technique used total sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the length of work (OR = 0.184), facilities and infrastructure (OR = 1.977), supervision (OR = 2.118), and superior support (OR = 2.029) with the performance of health workers, and there was no significant relationship between the last education (OR=1.152) and reward (OR=1.472) with the performance of health workers. Health officers DHF program are expected to maximize services such as environmental health inspections and PSN 3M counseling as well as increase supervision of the community so that they can participate in the prevention of DHF, namely by forming Jumantik cadres, maximizing outreach and outreach with the community, and fostering community self-hygiene.

This study aim to determine the effect of financial knowledge and financial attitude towards financial management behavior with locus of control as a mediating variable for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Yogyakarta. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Yogyakarta, totaling 198,144 respondents. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique by using several criteria, namely students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, class 2016-2019 because students have studied finance-related subjects that have been studied in lectures, so that students have an understanding and knowledge of finance. The number of samples in this study were 96 respondents. The technique of collecting data by using a questionnaire. Data analysis tools using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. the type of data used is primary data. Direct significance testing of the hypothesis shows that financial knowledge has a positive effect on financial management behavior. Locus of control mediates the positive influence of financial knowledge on financial management behavior. Financial attitude has a positive effect on financial management behavior. Locus of control mediates the positive effect of financial attitude on financial management behavior.

The purpose of this research and development was to develop learning materials in the form of digital books based on the Flip PDF Professional application to support the Evaluation Im Deutschunterricht course. This development research used the 4D development model of S. Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel, namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Disseminate. The research subjects were students of the German Language Education study program who took Evaluation Im Deutschunterricht course in 2021. This research used a questionnaire instrument. Descriptive quantitative analysis technique was employed to analyse the questionnaire data from class C students that responses to the digital book and questionnaire data from the validity test of digital book. The content of the book was analysed using Gregory’s content validity theory (2016). The validation results from material expert and media expert indicate that the developed digital book is included in the very high content validity category with a result of 0.96. The results of the implementation to the students indicated that the digital book has an attractive appearance, easy to understand, easy to access, support interaction between lecturers and students, and can improve the learning process. The two results indicated that the digital book for the Evaluation Im Deutschunterricht course is proper to be used on the learning process.

Many factors must be considered in agricultural development in North Sumatra ranging from farmers as producers, availability of land for production, cultivation of planting, superior seeds, fertilizers, agricultural facilities/tools, infrastructure, post-harvest, distribution, processing of produce, price stability, to fulfilled food at the level of consumption. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of agribusiness systems as well as socio-economic factors of soybean farmers in North Sumatra. To assess the performance of agribusiness systems with good criteria, good enough and less good used questionnaire data by shifting the answer score by weight. To test socioeconomic factors, a formula for multiple linear regression is used. The results showed that farmers in carrying out aspects of organizing on average were good (score 31.6). Statistical tests of socio-economic factors of age (X2), education (X3), number of dependents (X5) have no real effect on the income of soybean farmers (Y) while land area (X1)and experience (X4) have a real effect on the income of soybean farmers (Y).

This study aimed to analyze the determinants of farmers’ learning patterns in developing organic lowland rice. This research is a survey research with the research location in Lambandia District, East Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The was chosen because some farmers have applied organic lowland rice cultivation technology. The research period was for three months, from July to September 2021. The number of samples was 62 farmers by the census. Research variables were farmers’ characteristics, access to information media, support of supporting factors, and farmer learning patterns. collecting data with structured interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that the farmer’s learning pattern was through imitation of innovation with the support of the availability of creation and assistance. Farmer characteristics, supporting factors, and farmer access to information affect farmer learning patterns.

Objective: The study examined the way inter-governmental collaboration can be improved to enhance malaria elimination programme in Southwestern Nigeria. Methodology: Primary data were collected through the administration of questionnaire and conduct of interviews. The study population comprised all categories of staff in the National Malaria Elimination Programme; staffs of Malaria Elimination Programme in three states and nine Local Governments in Southwestern Nigeria. A sample size of 388 respondents was selected for questionnaire administration from the study population. Interviews were conducted to complement information collected through questionnaire. Data collected were analysed using appropriate statistical methods. Results: The study revealed that increased allocation of funds; establishment of several anti-malaria programmes at all levels of government and integrated decision making were ways collaborative governance can be improved to enhance malaria elimination programme in the study area. Conclusion: The study concluded that collaborative governance is a sine qua non to the effective implementation of government programmes.
