Customers are the kings of any enterprise. They are considered as the backbone behind the triumph of a company. This is the quantitative and correlational research in nature. It aims at identifying the most influential factors or elements that can bring about impacts on customer loyalty. The most influential factors came out to be our service quality, customer satisfaction, customer trust and brand image have an impact on the loyalty of customers. The elements like service quality, customer satisfaction, customer trust and brand image are independent variables, whereas the dependent variable only includes customer loyalty. The targeted population is comprised of all those people and customers who visit La Moosh (Café), Hyderabad, Pakistan. For a collection of data, a closed-ended 5-point likert scale was established (from strongly disagree to strongly agree). A sample of 250 questionnaires was distributed and administered in IBM SPSS version 25. Three major tests are entertained for analysis such as factor analysis, reliability analysis (Cronbach’s Alpha) test and regression analysis test. Findings show that there is a significant and direct relationship of independent variables including service quality, customer satisfaction, customer trust and brand image on the dependent variable i.e. customer loyalty on La Moosh, Hyderabad, Pakistan. Therefore, it was recommended to enhance all the variables (service quality, customer satisfaction, customer trust and brand image) that have a significant positive impact on customer loyalty.

The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results obtained in this study are that: (1) The relationship of e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This can be proven from the t-value greater than 1.96 which is 13,230. Thus, H1 in this study was accepted. For several decades, improving service quality has been considered the best way to enhance customer satisfaction that leads to increase customer loyalty. However, customer satisfaction that is viewed as the most important factor to determine customer loyalty, does not always lead to success. Moving marketing from customer satisfaction orientation to customer value orientation has recently been being a central issue in service marketing. Given these situations, this study aims to explore the relationships between service quality, service value and customer loyalty. Its purpose is to test whether service value should be an alternative to determine customer loyalty beside customer satisfaction. Results of SEM analysis based on a sample of 308 passengers using airlines service in Ho Chi Minh City show that there are two factors of service quality with significantly positive impacts on customer loyalty through such an intermediary as service value.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze whether service quality, trust, and corporate image directly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty. Besides, it also examines the indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.Design/Methodology/Approach: The sample is customers who have made insurance claims, with 206 people to be respondent, from PT. Prudential Life Assurance, PT. AXA Mandiri, PT. AIA Financial, and PT. Bumiputera Life Insurance. Data were analyzed using SEM-AMOS analysis techniques.Findings: The results of this study indicate that service quality, trust, and corporate image directly have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Finding also shows that service quality and trust, directly have a positive but not significant impact on customer loyalty. In contrast, company image and satisfaction directly have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable shows that service quality, trust, and corporate image indirectly have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.Implications/Originality/Value: So it is concluded that service quality, trust and a higher corporate image will be able to provide higher loyalty if customer satisfaction as an intervening variable also increases. That is, if life insurance customers are less satisfied with service quality, trust, and company image, it is difficult to realize high customer loyalty.
