The implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program is a step taken by the government to provide access to higher education to all people. This program is implemented by prioritizing the 3T principle, namely right on target, on time and in efficiency. This program is inseparable from various obstacles and obstacles to achieving the vision and mission and objectives of its implementation. These problems and obstacles also occur at Udayana University as one of the state universities that organizes the Bidikmisi education fee assistance program. Problems that occur include inaccurate provision of funding assistance, delays in disbursement of funds and unattainable objectives of program implementation. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University using a case study with a qualitative descriptive research type. The unit of analysis in this study is all parts involved in the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program. The data collection technique was carried out by means of field studies, namely data collection, observation, interviews and documentary studies. The results of the analysis show that in the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Udayana University, there are obstacles and obstacles, namely the distribution of aid that has not been on target, the distribution of education costs is not yet on time, the lack of coordination between the program organizers. Therefore, it is still necessary to make improvements in several aspects such as improving the quality of selection of prospective recipients of bidikmisi tuition assistance, increasing coordination between the central government, state tertiary institutions and banks in the process of distributing assistance and increasing internal university coordination to achieve the vision and mission and objectives. the implementation of the bidikmisi education fee assistance program.

This study aims to explain the effect of variable financial compensation and non-financial compensation on employee job satisfaction simultaneously and partially. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 36 employees and the research sample used was a saturated sample of 36 employees at PT. Kawi brilliant Bima. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study simultaneously show that financial compensation and non-financial compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Sig value. The F which is obtained is 0,000. The results of the study partially show that financial compensation has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig value. t of -283. The result of the research is partially known that non-financial compensation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a sig.t value of 5,563

In the current era of globalization, as time goes by, technology will become more sophisticated, the role of graphic design in all business fields is needed. This can be proven by the number of business fields that utilize the expertise of graphic designers. The need for promotional design which is now increasingly prevalent in the business world, making graphic design is required to be able to develop itself in making a product that can attract public interest.This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the feasibility of the Gede Project Design Industry in terms of market aspects, technical aspects, and management and human resources aspects using qualitative descriptive methods, while financial financial aspects were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods with manual systems through the help of the Microsoft Excel program.The analysis results obtained from market aspects, technical aspects, as well as aspects of management and human resources, the Gede Project Design industry is still categorized as still feasible to run, but there are several things that need to be evaluated and improved in marketing strategies related to promotional activities that still rely on the door to door strategy. word of mouth so that the absorbed market share is still not according to the desired target, then the problem with company management does not have a permanent workforce. Meanwhile, the analysis of the financial aspects shows that the Gede Project Design industry is feasible to run. This can be seen from the NPV (Net Present Value) obtained 0 and a positive value of IDR 28,164,030. The resulting IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) value the commercial bank interest rate of 12.88%. The resulting payback period from the investment age of 2.5 years. The Profability Index (PI) obtained is 1 which is 1.78.

Mengwi Terminal is a type A type of terminal which began operations on October 23, 2017. The terminal has an area of 5 hectares now under the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) XII of Bali and West Nusa Tenggara Provinces. The research objective to be achieved is to obtain an actual picture of the constraints faced in the process of optimizing public service management in the Mengwi Terminal. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the optimization of public service management in the Mengwi Terminal is carried out, but not yet running optimally. Efforts made related to the optimization are already carried out socialization activities to the public and the autobus entrepreneurs (PO) as well as already provided 8 Trans Sarbagita bus units and the process of repairing facilities and infrastructure at the Mengwi Terminal.

Abstrak – Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja dengan dimoderasi stress kerja pada perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni non-probability sampling dengan  Purposive Sampling. Untuk menguji pengaruh moderasi dari stress kerja data dianalisis dengan menggunakan MRA (ModeratedRegression Analysis). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja memoderasi hubungan antara peran ganda pada variabel Work-Family Conflictsebesar (-)0,026 dan Family-Work Conlict sebesar (-)0,025 terhadap kinerja perawat. Akhirnya RSUP Sanglah Denpasar diharapkan dapat membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan perawat wanita seperti waktu kerja yang fleksibel untuk jenis pekerjaan tertentu, terdapat jadwal kerja alternatif dan kebijakan ijin keluarga.

Germany is a country in Europe that has successfully faced the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the economy in its country. This study aims to determine the financial policies of the German state in facing the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that Germany is implementing the right financial policies to sustain the country's economy due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The assistance carried out aims to support companies, businesses, entrepreneurs, associations and institutions that are directly and indirectly affected by the temporary closure due to the Covid - 19 pandemic.

A company will be able to run well if it creates a harmonious relationship in terms of good communication and is supported by a culture and a comfortable environment. This study aims to determine the effect of communication, organizational culture, and work environment on job satisfaction at Mizu Villa. The population used in this study were all employees who work at Mizu Villa, Kuta-Bali. Thus the total population is 30 people. Where the sampling technique used is a saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample using the entire population sampled in the study, so that the number of respondents used is 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that communication, organizational culture and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the better communication occurs, the stronger the organizational culture is formed and the better the working conditions at Mizu Villa, the higher job satisfaction felt by employees

For the progress of its business, the company seeks to improve the performance of its employees in order to satisfy consumers by prioritizing good and friendly service quality. This study aims to determine the influence between work environment and job characteristics. and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Raditya Dewata Perkasa, amounting to 175 people. The sample in this study was 64 people. The determination of the sample in this study was using the Slovin method. The data collection methods used in this study were by conducting observations, interviews, and by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The analytical tool used is SPSS 23.0. The results of this study indicate: 1) work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Job characteristics variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) Work discipline variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of credit risk on profitability. The relationship of the effect of credit risk on profitability (ROA) in a number of studies that have been developed found the effect of credit risk on profitability with negative results and there is also a significant positive effect. This research gap in current research needs to be mediated by new viables, so that credit risk does not affect the decline in the level of profitability. The mediating variable is Capital Adequacy (CAR).The results of the analysis of the Effect of Credit Risk on Profitability with Capital Adequacy as a Mediation Variable show that CAR is able to mediate the direct effect of NPL on ROA. Where the direct effect of NPL on ROA was originally valued at -0.562, but after the presence of CAR as a mediating variable, the effect of this relationship increased to 0.163. The more bad credit in a financial institution, the more it will cause losses. To cover this loss, the financial institution returns it from the capital it owns so that it will reduce the CAR value of the cooperative

This study aims to determine the product marketing mix of Indomie products in the city of Bima. The type of research used is descriptive, the research location is in the city of Bima. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought Indomie products, the sample in this study amounted to 100 people with a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data with the research data source, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis using one sample t test. The results showed that the product marketing mix of Indomie products in Bima City was above the predetermined criteria of 75% (Good)
