Prior research on ERP assimilation has primarily focused on influential factors at the organizational level. In this study, the authors attempt to extend their understanding of individual level ERP assimilation from the perspective of social network theory. They designed a multi-case study to explore the relations between ERP users' social networks and their levels of ERP assimilation based on the three dimensions of the social networks. The authors gathered data through interviews with 26 ERP users at different levels in five companies. Qualitative analysis was used to understand the effects of social networks and interactive learning. They found that users' social networks play a significant role in individual level ERP assimilation through interactive learning among users. They also found five key factors that facilitate users' assimilation of ERP knowledge: homophily (age, position and rank), tie content (instrumental and expressive ties), tie strength, external ties, and centrality.

Museums are more important than ever before. They play a substantial role in people‟s leisure activities and belong to one of the most important tourist attractions. The visitors have a strong effect on local economies, especially in touristic locations. Not surprisingly therefore more and more museums are founded usually in spectacular buildings. This research employs three dimensions of service quality to understand the factors underlying tourist satisfaction of „Monumen Yogya Kembali‟.These dimensions investigated are namely Service Quality, The Appearance of the Museum and Collection Management. Sampling has been conducted at the Monumen Yogya Kembali between October 12- 25th 2015. Convenient random sampling has been employed to 100 respondents. Through a 4 point Likert-type scale, tourists‟ expectations of a perfect service provider have been compared with the practices of Monumen Yogya Kembali to determine if there are any gaps. Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management‟ has been analyzed together with its effects on tourist‟ satisfaction through regression analysis. Linear regression analysis is conducted to test the research model. The regressionmodel that explains the satisfaction variable via Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management factors is tested. Accordingly, the tested regression model is meaningful (F: 34,651, p < 0.001) and independent variables can explain the50,5% of the change in the satisfaction variable. Closer analysis of the model parameterssuggests Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management variables have a significantly positive effect on satisfaction.

South Sumatera is one of the provinces in Indonesia that has its own distinctive characteristic especially in the local handicrafts that become an attraction for tourists who visit this region. South Sumatra consists of several district and city areas that have their own distinctive and cultural characteristics. South Sumatera area is quite spacious with a variety of different tourist attractions in each region, requiring a media information that can reach the community widely and as a medium of tourism promotion in the province of South Sumatera. One of the wealth owned by South Sumatera Province is a variety of typical handicrafts from various regions in South Sumatera. The research resulted in the design of the application catalog typical South Sumatera mobile based Android. Mobile Catalogue Typical Crafts South Sumatera will provide information about the share of South Sumatera handicrafts such as songket, batik, jumputan cloth, blongsong cloth, tanjung cloth, and crafts carving typical Palembang.

Tourism is crucial for promoting industrial development and is an important driver of China’s new type of urbanization. A tourism urbanization index system was constructed in three dimensions: the tourism industry, urbanization, and the ecological environment. The spatial–temporal differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of tourism urbanization in 35 major tourist cities in China from 2009 to 2018 were analyzed using the state space method, standard deviation ellipse, and spatial autocorrelation analysis. The results show the following. (1) Over time, the tourism industry index displays an upward trend, the urbanization index exhibits a more obvious upward trend, and the ecological environment index fluctuates strongly. Under the influence of all three factors, the tourism urbanization index shows a fluctuating rising trend. (2) Regarding the spatial distribution pattern, the development center of tourism urbanization shifts to the southeast, and the distribution direction is northeast-southwest. There is a significant agglomeration in global spatial autocorrelation. The local spatial correlation pattern is dominated by correlation characteristics and supplemented by different characteristics. (3) In terms of influencing factors, policy and regional development strategy, tourism resource endowment, economic development level, and traffic conditions are listed in descending order of influencing degree. Finally, we put forward some suggestions.

To guide sustainable development in the hospitality industry requires hotel staff engagement, so what causes and how to facilitate the implementation of low-carbon behaviors should be high priorities. However, most prior studies focused on hotel guest behavior or discussed, on an individual level, the psychological aspects of the factors of the low-carbon behavior of either managers or employees. Therefore, this research aims to examine the effect of influencing factors inside and outside of the hotel context on hotel staff’s low-carbon behaviors in star-rated hotels. A set of influencing factors were identified by using literature retrieval, ground theory and in-depth interviews. Structural equation modelling was then applied with 440 valid questionnaires collected from representative star-rated hotels in Eastern China. The results revealed that low-carbon managerial activities, strategic orientation, social norms, and perceived behavior control were four key factors affecting the low-carbon behavior adoption of staff from star-rated hotels. Among them, low-carbon managerial activities were found to be the strongest factor affecting hotel staff’s low-carbon behaviors. Consumer attitude, however, exerted no significant impact. Targeted strategies were finally proposed for the improvement of hotel staff’s low-carbon behavior from the perspectives of hoteliers and governments. This study contributes to the generation mechanism of low-carbon behavior among staff and, in practice, towards behavioral improvement by providing comprehensive insights about the attribution of factors belonging to multiple dimensions related to the low-carbon behavior of staff in the hotel industry.

This paper analyses the reasons and influencing factors of resistance during the pipe transportation of dense paste. Taking coal slime for example, the experiment is conducted on pressure pipe rheological and resistance characteristics test system. It studies how three key factors (the concentration, flow rate, and diameter) influence the dense paste's transportation resistance loss. The test indicates the linear relationship between transportation resistance loss with average flow rate, the power law relationship with pipe diameter, and the exponential relationship with volume concentration. This study provides test foundation and analytical method for establishing a typical dense paste pipe transportation resistance loss computation model.

The construction industry is one of the important pillars of the Chinese national economy. BIM, as a new information technology tool, provides an intelligent digital representation of buildings to support diverse activities and brings about a wide range of benefits throughout the life cycle of projects. However, BIM has not been widely adopted in construction enterprises in China. It is necessary to make a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the influencing factors for BIM adoption. This paper sums up 13 influencing factors from four aspects, namely, technology, economy, institution, and environment aspect. The questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used to collect and process data which is applied to determine the influencing factors. Based on relevant literature, a hypothesis model was established by the structural equation modeling method. SPSS software and AMOS software were used to test the model. Then, the key factors influencing BIM adoption are induced. The results show that the key factors that influence BIM adoption in China include personnel quality, investment in personnel training, BIM standardization, and the influence of senior managers in the organization. Combined with the above conclusion, this paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting BIM adoption and specific measures to realize the wide application of BIM technology in the Chinese construction industry.
