This paper aims at identifying the probability distributions used in controlling the quality of products of industrial companies by examining the degree of the probability distributions' efficient in strengthen the control process that, consequently, would lead companies to cope with the new technologies to overcome the difficulties and problems they counter in controlling the quality of their products. This study used discrete and continuous probability distributions and explained how they can be used in acceptance inspection plans and quality control charts by examining the inputs and outputs of the production process and the production process itself. The results of this study indicated to the use of probability distributions maintains continuous improvement in quality and checks for convergence between inputs and outputs. In addition, the use of probability distributions enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control. The results of this study are of importance to managements in the manufactured companies concerning the significance of using probability distributions to control the quality of products at all stages of production. Moreover, the establishment of periodical training programs specialized in quality control, with a focus on the use of probability distributions.

This research is an analysis of quality control process on paper production on the soft roll production process of Bel Papyrus Ltd located in Ogba, Lagos State, Nigeria. The research was done with the aim of determining the conformity of the industry’s product to quality standard, identifying and eliminating the possible causes of variation in their production process, with reference to Percentage Elongation. The researchers used primary data in form of periodic laboratory test result done on soft rolls.Data presentations were made using simple statistical tools like Mean, Ranges, Standard Deviations, and Tables reflecting the primary data obtained at equal interval of production. This study was aimed to determine the quality control process of an industrial product with theoretical statistical methods. This research was a qualitative research with literature study method. Data obtained from several studies that take samples in the field of goods industry. The data obtained was then analyzed and described descriptively. The quality of a product was one of the basic decisions of consumers to be satisfied with the products they buy according to their wishes and expectations. Statistical quality control was a problem solving technique that was used as a monitor, controller, analyzer, manager and improve the process by using statistical methods. The quality control process of an industrial product with statistical methods was as follows: 1) Made Chech Sheets, 2) Made Pareto Diagrams, 3) Made Control Charts, 4) Made Cause and Effect Diagrams, 5) Made Failure Mode Effect Anlaysis (FMEA) table.

Companies need to maintain and improve the quality of products derived by applying a good quality control, because quality is an important factor in improving satisfaction and loyalityas consumers, as well as PT. PG .Gorontalo ; Six Sigma methods that have high discipline can help develop and deliver near-perfect products. The purpose of this study was to determine how the value of sigma PT .PG . Gorontalo and what factors of product defects. In this analyzis , researchers took 3 months of data production and analyze the Six Sigma DMAIC method. Researchers examined / analyzed using a questionnaire and the report of production to help get the material of analyzis. From this research , it has been showed that the presence of defects of products in the production process of PT. PG. Gorontalo at 5.664, 72 DPMO. It is also known that the cause is the human factor , machines, methods, materials, and environment. Based on these results , we can conclude that the value of sigma PT. PG. Gorontalo is located at 4 to 4.5 sigma, the factor most dominant cause of disability is due to lack of proper vacuum pressure

Quality is the degree to which the totality of an object’s inherent characteristics meets the requirements. The product quality control system is a set of interrelated objects and subjects of control, the types, methods and means used to assess the quality of products. An effective control system allows you to make a timely impact on the level of product quality, prevent possible inconsistencies, and ensure their prompt detection at the lowest cost. One of the progressive methods in modern management is the statistical method.The article considers the program element for quality control in OJSC “BSW – Management Company of the Holding “BMC”. This program element is aimed at working with all types of nonconforming products of the enterprise, at finding the root cause and statistical analysis for these reasons.

For the production of new generation products and the development of new technologies, modern development and production of high-tech high-tech products are aimed at the production of radioelectronics that meet modern requirements. The relevance of the production of innovative electronics, its miniaturization and import-sharing leads to the need to develop methods for modeling technological processes. The article discusses the application of the principles of the concept of industry 4.0 in the production of electronics with the introduction of the concept of Design for Manufacturing in the environment of computer mathematics MatLab in order to improve the performance of the production process. Technological processes can be described in the form of mathematical models built using the apparatus of Markov chains. On the basis of the developed model, results are obtained confirming the efficiency of using graphs in the management of technological operations. Modeling by production stages with the use of electronics in the manufacturing process allows us to reveal not only the structure of the product, consisting of individual elements of the tracker, but also to show the topology of the technological process of its manufacture. The choice of graph theory in the development of mathematical modeling is based on the main production stages of manufacturing elements in connection with the disclosure of a high level of detail of the object being modeled and ensuring the full interrelation of the components of the product in order to prevent the release of defects and, on the contrary, increase the quality of products at minimum cost. The use of DFM-analysis in the MatLab computer environment in the production and correction of errors before the start of the production process allows to reduce the time of preparation and guaranteed to fulfill obligations to customers on the quality of products.

In view of the production quality management of filter rods in the manufacturing and execution process of cigarette enterprises, this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing the manufacturing execution system (MES) in the production process of filter rods. In this paper, the filter rod quality system of cigarette enterprise based on MES is fully studied, and the constructive information management system demand analysis, cigarette quality control process, system function module design, implementation and test effect are given. This paper utilizes the Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to find the optimal system for processing the manufacturing of cigarette. The implementation of MSE based filter rod quality information management system for a cigarette enterprise ensures the quality control in the cigarette production process. Through visualization, real-time and dynamic way, the information management of cigarette production is completed, which greatly improves the quality of cigarette enterprise manufacturing process.
