Summary The development of technology has been significantly given the implication towards consumer’s behaviour in having the online purchase intention via mobile app that has been developed by the e-commerce company to serve better and deliver a better service to the consumers; especially when internet has connected people through their smartphones. The insignificant growth in doing the online purchase via mobile app which does not go along with the growth of internet mobile users in Indonesia and Singapore will deliver this study in order to evaluate and validate the implication of ease of use, usefulness, system quality, information quality, and service quality towards consumer’s behaviour in having the online purchase intention via mobile app. Data was gathered with survey by spreading 100 questionnaires randomly to the respondents who had the experience in doing the online purchase via mobile app in the last 6 months in Indonesia and Singapore. The methodology in doing this study is the quantitative approach by considering the connection amongst the independent variables and the dependent variables. This research found that usefulness and information quality significantly affect the online purchase intention through mobile app in Indonesia while in Singapore ease of use, usefulness, and service quality significantly affect the online purchase intention through mobile app.

Changing the habits of modern society and the influence of social media into a big opportunity for the small food and beverage industry, by marketing products through Go-Food, the seller in the sense of restaurants or micro-businesses can reach consumers more broadly, this research wants to know the factors that influence perceptions consumers in shaping buying interest by testing the purchase intention factor with the variable usability application, service quality and e-satisfaction, testing is conducted on 130 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling and using the equation modelling (SEM) measurement method and the results are obtained that the purchase intention factor influenced by the ease of use, level of service and electronic satisfaction felt by consumers.

Various studies have examined the effects of factors on online attitudes and behavior. By applying the Technology Acceptance Model, this study is focused on investigating factors that affect customers online purchasing behavior. In particular, this study examines i) effects of such factors as product information, price, convenience, and perceived product or service quality on perceived usefulness; ii) effects of convenience, perceived product or service quality, and desire to shop without a salesperson on perceived ease of use; iii) effects of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness; iv) effects of perceived ease of use and usefulness on intentions to shop online; and v) effects of trust on purchase intentions. The data collected online and offline were analyzed using factor and regression analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust had a statistically significant effect on behavioral intention to shop on the Internet.

The purpose of this study is to examine the direct and indirect effect of these determinants on repeat purchase. Competitive training industries impose pressure on managers to increase repeat purchase. Even though service quality and repeat purchase are well studied in prior literature, their determinants such as perceived value and satisfaction have not been fully investigated together as moderating variables. Most of literature stated both of perceived value and satisfaction as independent variables. Besides, most of literature consider purchase as an attitudinal (namely purchase intention), while this study focus on behavioural (namely repeat purchase). Data from a survey of 300 customers of public training are used to empirically evaluate the model. Results indicate that perceived value and the satisfaction have no direct effect on repeat purchase. However, these constructs indirectly influence repeat purchase through the mediating role of service quality. Satisfaction and perceived value play a major role in enhancing service quality, but do not directly impact repeat purchase. Interestingly, the direct effect on repeat purchases stems from service quality while recent researches suggest satisfaction is the antecedent. The findings suggest that training companies should invest more resources aimed at enhancing service quality through service delivery training for their employees. Even though prior research has considered the concepts studied here, this study aims to empirically evaluate a variety of antecedent factors that potentially affect repeat purchase. Relationships are established utilizing data collected in Indonesia (an increasingly important consumer market) which adds value to extant knowledge in this area. The growth of online retailing has created an opportunity to create a scale specifically for online retail services. At the same time, the increasing rate of internet penetration in India coupled with electronic banking and wallets has formed new market place for many online retailers. In this context, to gain competitive advantage, the online retailers should provide better service quality. Thus, the present research tries to know the various constructs of retail service quality (RSQ) in online format and develop a measurement scale. The study has borrowed the constructs from ‘Retail Service Quality’ (RSQ) and ‘Technology Acceptance Model’ (TAM). For this purpose, we collected data from 600 respondents. The scale has been confirmed and validated by using CFA. The study confirmed that online RSQ (ORSQ) scale consists of four constructs: ‘Ease of Use’, ‘Problem Solving’, ‘Policy’ and ‘Reliability’ with 18 variables. The article has concluded and validated a scale for ORSQ which can help the online retailers to design their service offering. The implications of the ORSQ scale for practitioners, as well as for future research, are discussed in this article.

The purpose of this research paper is to investigate the determinates of Korean students in China to use e-government services. A total of 400 structured research questionnaire instruments was designed and administered to potential respondents of which 93.75% responded. The Technology Acceptance Mode (TAM) was used as a theoretical framework for this study. The data gathered was analyzed with SPSS version 20. The results show that all the predictors (Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Service Quality, and Citizen Trust) investigated are significant positive determiners of Korean students' intention to adopt and use e-government services. The results further indicated that Citizen Trust positively and significantly moderated the positive relationship between perceived ease of use, perceived service quality and intention to use e-government services but failed to show any positive moderation effect on perceived usefulness and intention to use e-government services. The implications of these findings are further discussed.
