Bananas that ripen with chemical process or do not ripen naturally usually, this can be recognized by the presence of blackish patches on the surface of the skin. But visual recognition has its drawbacks, which is that it is difficult to recognize similarities between formalin bananas and natural bananas, resulting in a lack of accurate identification. In this study, a system was built that can determined formalin bananas and natural bananas through digital image identification using supervised classification. The image to be identification previously goes through the process of transforming RGB (Red Green Blue) color to Grayscale, and the process of extracting texture features using statically recognizable features through histograms, in the form of average, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, energy, entropy and smoothness. The extraction of texture features is classified with LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization) to determine formalin or natural bananas. The test was conducted with 122 banana imagery sample data, 100 imagery as training data consisting of 50 imagery for natural bananas and 50 imagery for bananas formalin, 22 imagery as test data. The test results showed LVQ method has the best percentage at Learning Rate 0.1, Decreased Learning Rate 0.75 and maximum epoch of 1000 with the smallest epoch of 7, obtained accuracy 90.90%, precision 84.61% and recall 100%.

Web applications are needed as a solution to the use of internet technology that can be accessed globally, capable of displaying information that is rich in content, cost effective, easy to use and can also be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. In the second quarter of 2020, Wearesocial released information related to internet users in the world around 4.54 billion with 59% penetration. People become very dependent on the internet and also technology. This condition was also triggered due to the Covid-19 pandemic. One thing that becomes an issue on website application security is internet attacks on website platforms and we never expected the vulnerability. One type of attack or security threat that often arises and often occurs is Cross Site Scripting (XSS). XSS is one of Top 10 Open Web Application Security Projects (OWASP) lists. There are several alternatives that we can use to prevent cyber-attack. OWASP Security Shepherd can be used as a way to prevent XSS attacks. The OWASP Security Shepherd project allows users to learn or develop their manual penetration testing skills. In this research, there are several case examples or challenges that we can use as a simulation of the role of OWASP Security Shepherd to detect this XSS. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a brief and clear review of technology on OWASP Security Shepherd. This technology was chosen as an appropriate and inexpensive alternative for users to ward off XSS attacks.

The government and stakeholders with smart city concept can take advantage of communication technology, a network that has grown rapidly to date for all the needs of urban challenges. The challenges of government services that must be shortened, cut distances, and information disclosure can begin to be resolved with the concept of a smart city with its various products. The technology acceptance model combined with the cultural moderator has been used by several researchers for acceptance testing, one of which is this paper. Research and survey data collection were processed using Smart PLS 3.2 with Sequential Equation Modeling in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This is unique to discuss because the p-value of Long Term Orientation (LT) is 0.386 which means that it does not significantly moderate behavior. This is interesting to be presented in publications, because Indonesia is a country with a high Long Term orientation value or a pragmatic society. Pragmatic societies tend to be more flexible in adjusting traditions, with the current context, and easy to adapt. Our supporting findings are that respondents who have tried using JSS are still given the opportunity to use conventional methods in government services.

The shipping industry is currently one of the vital aspects of industrial business, especially in the current Covid-19 pandemic era. Delivery of goods, both products and foodstuffs, can be done quickly by using courier services that can be accessed through online media such as personal gadgets, namely computers and smartphones. One of the features of GO-Jek Indonesia is a courier service called Go-Send, the problem that arises is that there is competition in the same line of business, causing consumers to have many choices when making deliveries. Measuring the level of loyalty makes researchers interested in measuring Go-Send users' perceptions of the level of customer loyalty as measured by e-service quality and customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative method using a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement and a sample of 109 respondents was obtained which was then measured using the Structural-Equation-Modeling (SEM) method with a 95% confidence level. The results of this study indicate that Go-Send user loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by customer satisfaction and the level of e-service quality.

To increase plant productivity, greenhouse buildings are needed that can protect plants from external factors and integrated with smart systems that can be monitored anytime and anywhere, and can provide optimal plant needs automatically. In this research, a system was built that can monitor greenhouse conditions in real time anywhere through Blynk application with IoT concept, as well as a system that can control output automatically with fuzzy logic method. The focus of control on this research is the duration of watering with Mini Water Pump and light intensity setting with LED Strip. This system is also equipped with FAN that can be active when the temperature is 31°C or more. Parameters used in this system are DHT22 sensor (air temperature and humidity), Soil Moisture sensor, Water Level sensor ,LDR sensor (light intensity) and RTC DS3231 (Real Time Clock), which is controlled with Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. In the test results obtained accuracy on fuzzy logic water pump by 93.1% and accuracy on fuzzy logic LED Strip by 99.6%. In the test results of the existing parameters, the results get a fairly optimal reading.

The use of social media is increasingly varied and full of innovation along with the development of information technology. Initially it was intended as a means of communicating in the digital world and socializing with other people without being limited by distance and time, but now it is starting to have value in the business world. The earliest known and used examples are usage for promotions, advertisements, and info about new services. However, as companies become aware of the value of social relationships with customers, social media is again taking part for companies to maintain relationships with their customers. For business purposes, risk is a problem that must be minimized and even avoided. The application of social media in business is still risky and a standard assessment is needed to assess whether the return value that will be obtained is worth it or not. Therefore, this research uses a case study of a building materials PT in implementing Social Customer Relationship Management in business processes and assesses it using the standards of the Balanced Scorecard.

Motorcycle workshop was one of the SME that affected by Covid 19 pandemic, because government policy to restriction activity of people and social distancing. Decreasing customers of motorcycle workshop and to respond the situation bring up the idea to reengineering business model. Home service system was selected as alternative solution to strive for survive in this situation, of course, by implementing a good health protocol. This system was built with a mobile application as a tool in reservation and managing customers service schedules. With this system customers do not have to come and queue at the workshop, so it will be safer in this pandemic situation. Not all services can be served with this system, only minor, moderate and routine repairs that can be served with this system. The payment transaction process is carried out on the spot according to the calculations by the system. With this new business process model, it is hoped that it will be the right solution for consumers and workshops so that they can remain productive in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Data warehouses are loaded with data from sources such as operational data bases. Failure of loading process or failure of any of the process such as extraction or transformation is expensive because of the non-availability of data for analysis. With the advent of e-commerce and many real time application analysis of data in real time becomes a norm and hence any misses while the data is being loaded into data warehouse needs to be handled in an efficient and optimized way. The techniques to handle failure of process to populate the data are very much important as the actual loading process. Alternative arrangement needs to be made for in case of failure so that processes of populating the data warehouse are done in time. This paper explores the various ways through which a failed process of populating the data warehouse could be resumed. Various resumption techniques are compared and a novel block based technique is proposed to improve one of the existing resumption techniques.

Competition between companies is now getting stronger strongly related to the company's mechanism in providing the services provided. Companies can build ways that can maintain customer loyalty. The approach can be done with web-based Usability Testing adopting an application user acceptance model, a usability aspect analysis that acts as a customer who enjoys a company's products and services. At present, there are already many theories of user acceptance models for an application. One of them is the user satisfaction model (User Satisfaction). This review specifically also identifies that content content has a significant positive effect on website visitor satisfaction.

Knowledge gap among students is one of the challenges in teaching-learning process. Active learning can be one way to the solution, as study shows that active learning increase students’ achievement. Knowledge transfer between peers can have its place in an active class, since group discussion is part of the class design. We have been applying active learning in our classes where students were invited to teach in small groups or in class. This study aims at collecting feedbacks from students whether the class designs give positive impacts to students’ understandings of the teaching material. Thirty-six students fill out the questionnaire in Google Form anonymously about the activities in our class settings in the past semester. The result shows that active learning increases students’ understanding of the teaching materials. Active learning motivates students to study and to share knowledge with peers in small groups as we have bonus points for individual and for group. We conclude that our class design that promotes active learning can bridge the knowledge gap between students.
