In recent years, with the advancement of the “The Belt and Road”, the cooperation between China and ASEAN countries is increasingly close, and the cross-border exchange of education between China and ASEAN has been further promoted. This article will research targeted at undergraduate animation education in Thailand. By studying the current educational pattern of the animation major in Thai universities and exploring the roots of the existing issues, combining the characteristics of the animation major in the College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts, try to put forward some ideas for the construction of a collaborative cultivating curriculum system for Chinese and Thai undergraduate talents. In order to provide some useful thoughts for the future development of international educational cooperation based on the College of Chinese & ASEAN Arts.

Taking logistics time, logistics cost, and carbon emissions as optimization objectives, air transportation is included in the cross-border logistics paths optimization of multimodal transportation. Considering the scale effect of transportation, a multiobjective optimization model of cross-border logistics paths including road, water, railway, and air is constructed. The problem of cross-border logistics paths along the “Belt and Road” regions for cities in inland is studied via the NSGA-II method. The research results show that Chengdu and Xi’an should bear a large number of cross-border air transportation and be constructed as the national airport-type logistics hub. The foreign destinations of cross-border air transportation are distributed in different regions, mainly in Eastern Europe and Eastern Central Europe. The optimization result shows that if there is a 1-fold increase in logistics cost, the logistics time can reduce by 1.37 folds after the cross-border air transportation joins in the model. Such a result has effectively guided the transition from cross-border water transportation to cross-border air transportation.

The rising US–China tension in the global trade war increased the trade cooperation between China and the ASEAN. Consequently, China’s total import and export volume with ASEAN increased tremendously to 684.60 billion USD in 2020, up by 6.7% year on year. This trend is part of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) which promotes China’s infrastructure building program in the neighboring ASEAN countries and exports China’s technical know-how and engineering standards. However, the recent coronavirus outbreak that stormed China and the rest of the world caused delays to many BRI projects. Subsequently, this outbreak also hit the ASEAN countries and halted many of their mega-projects under the BRI framework. Thus, this study attempts to highlight the trade cooperation and project developments of BRI in the ASEAN countries. In addition, the study features the landscape of BRI projects that were affected by the coronavirus amongst the ASEAN countries.

<p>Emergency logistics is a special part of the logistics system. When emergencies occur, emergency logistics is indispensable. Currently, the current situation of cross-border emergency logistics has many drawbacks. In order to further reduce the losses caused by emergencies, it is necessary to improve the cross-border emergency logistics system, in-depth analysis of the current problems in the four aspects of cross-border logistics management, systems, logistics information, and material distribution in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, through the establishment of a cross-border emergency logistics coordination mechanism, relevant strategies are established to ensure the effective implementation of emergency logistics.</p>
