The features of the contemporary higher education system of France have been considered in the article. The types of higher education institutions in France and their peculiarities in the context of development tendencies have been studied and analyzed. The specific features of doctoral studies in France have been studied. The historical peculiarities of the quality evaluation system in the French higher education and its contemporary state have been highlighted.

This paper discussed modern distance education quality evaluation of the status quo. Take it as the basis for building the remote education quality evaluation system. Then I establish a set of index system of quality evaluation. Here, I took advantage of Analytic Hierarchy Process and assigned weights to each indicator. Because the influential factors of Quality Evaluation are fuzzy, I used the theory of Fuzzy Evaluation System to establish distance education quality evaluation model. Finally, with the help of the sample data provided by the combination of case, I had an empirical analysis of the model and improved the quality of distance education methods and measures for the results of the comprehensive evaluation.

The quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education is of vital importance. On the basis of analyzing the current research of the quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper constructs the efficient innovation and entrepreneurship education quality evaluation system of 4 dimensions: innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum and activities, innovation and entrepreneurship education conditions, innovation and entrepreneurship education channels, innovation and entrepreneurship education effectiveness and 16 sub indicators, establishes the extension priority-degree evaluating model, and makes empirical study for 3 universities in Ningbo City, so as to put forward the corresponding suggestions.
