Objective of this article is to investigate the factors affecting adoption of Land Record Management Information System (LRMIS) in Pakistan context. Under financial assistance of World Bank, this Pakistan egovernment initiative is based on government’s long term digital strategic policy that aims to reform and modernize Land Record administration and resources. The model formulated here is based on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and incorporates constructs such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence, facilitating conditions, self-efficacy, trust and behavioral intention. The verifiable results exhibited the positive and significant relations for all 14 hypotheses affirmed using seven constructs. The empirical demonstrations and arguments mentioned in this article can assist Pakistan government to enhance upon and to fully avail the potentiality of LRMIS as an effective and serviceable substance for lucid, not bribable governance and towards modernized digital Land Records not only for one province but throughout the country.

Purpose This study aims to identify factors affecting tourists’ intention of using travel apps installed in their smartphones. Design/methodology/approach A questionnaire was developed largely based on the available scales in the published literature. A total of 389 participants responded to the survey, out of which 343 valid responses were obtained for statistical analysis. Findings Significant predictors of smartphone app usage intention included performance expectancy, social influence, price saving, perceived risk, perceived trust and prior usage habits. Usage behavior was largely mediated by usage intention, except in the case of habits. Contrary to the expectation, factors such as hedonistic motivation, facilitating conditions or effort expectancy did not impact usage intention or behavior. Practical implications The study gives app developers vital cues on tourist expectations from the apps. Oftentimes, developers tend to focus entirely on the material utility of their apps, neglecting every other factor influencing use. One particular implication is that despite tourism being a hedonistic activity, travel app usage behavior is not a hedonistic activity. Originality/value This is one of the few studies to examine adoption of smartphone travel apps in an emerging economy context by using extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology framework with additional constructs.

Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT). AbstractVillage Information System is a set of technology and software application which was operated by village officials to manage village’s administration and information. This study aimed to know the factors affecting behavioral intention and use behavior in using SID with Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT) model. UTAUT model had 4 independent variables namely Perfomance Expectanxy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitating Conditions. UTAUT model also had two variables namely Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior and moderator variables namely gender, age, experience and voluntariness of use. There was 56 people as the sample of this study. The data were obtained by spreading questionnaires to village operators as the village information system users. The data were analysed by using SmartPLS 3.0 software.

Aims: Based on the observations of researchers, some health facilities still use manual processes / have not been documented by the information system resulting in slow service, this study aims to improve health services with a medical record information system. Methodology: The method used in this study is an analysis of information systems with the waterfall method and accuracy testing with ISO 9126. Results: The results of this medical record management information system run well based on black-box testing and white box results obtained both from an average value of 82 based on the ISO 9126 scale conversion table. Conclusion: Based on the results of the average value obtained from the validation test carried out on 3 expert examiners, it can be concluded that the application for the validation system for the validation and distribution of this letter has met the ISO 9126 standard with an average good interpretation of a total value of 82, and according to be able to simplify the process of Patient Medical Record Data Management without neglecting the safety aspects of the validation and distribution process, minimizing data loss, simplifying the reporting process and facilitating the processing of patient medical record data.
