The research aims to know the application of the Management Information System used in the management of financial data to be more effective for the long-term continuity in the Pratama’s Baby Shop store. In an enterprise the revenue and expense cycles are important, for economic growth can be seen from both cycles. Baby Shop Hai stores is a company that movesin to buy baby things. The method of data collection used is with observation, and library studies. The data sources used are the primary data of the general images of the company, the corporate documents, transaction evidence, company procedure guidelines on the Management information system income and expenses. Studies indicate that sales operations still have a few flaws and that improvements should be made especially to running systems.

Pengelolaan data perusahaan merupakan suatu hal utama dan krusial dalam memasuki persaingan industri era sekarang. Selain mudah dan aman, sistem manajemen yang telah terkomputerisasi dapat meminimalisir risiko human error. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi manajemen sendiri terdapat banyak metode yang dapat dipakai, salah satunya adalah metode prototype. Metode prototype memudahkan client untuk melihat dan mengevaluasi prototype secara bertahap seiring program dibangun. Prototype dapat ditambah maupun dikurangi sesuai berjalannya proses pengembangan. Metodologi prototype memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu, communication, quick planning, quick Modelling, construction hingga deployment. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini ialah melakukan perancangan sistem informasi manajemen perusahaan untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis serta pengelolaan data perusahaan. Sistem informasi manajemen yang akan dibangun pada perusahaan ini meliputi komputerisasi seluruh proses bisnis, desain sistem pada setiap divisi, hingga perancangan database perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dimulai dari pengumpulan data-data yang diperlukan menggunakan metode diskusi dan wawancara, penerjemahan data kedalam UML diagram, implementasi kode sistem, hingga testing. AbstractManagement of company data is a major and crucial thing in entering today's industrial competition. Apart from being easy and safe, a computerized management system can minimize the risk of human error. In designing the management information system itself, there are many methods that can be used, one of which is the prototype method. The prototype method makes it easy for clients to see and evaluate the prototype in stages as the program is built. Prototypes can be added or subtracted according to the development process. The stages in the prototype methodology include communication, quick planning, quick modelling, construction and deployment. The purpose of this research is to design a company management information system to support business activities and company data management. The management information system that will be built in this company includes computerization of all business processes, system design in each division, to designing company databases. The design of this information system starts from collecting the necessary data using discussion and interview methods, translating data into UML diagrams, implementing system code, to testing.

The aim of this paper is to examine the effects of management information system, training and discipline on employees performance at government sector in Jakarta. The questionnaires were administeredto get primary data from 60 persons. Descriptive statistics and path analysis were used to explain the variance in outcome variables. The result shows that there is a significant influence of the variables of management information system, training and work dicipline toward the work performance among the employees, either partially or simultaneously. Partially, variable of management information system indicates the highest influence toward employees performance with R2 = 0,312. Meanwhile, simultaneously the three independent variables determine the highest influence toward variable of work performance with adjusted R2 = 0,469. In response to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan authorities’ request, a government finance statistics (GFS) mission visited Amman, Jordan during the period October 18–31, 2018 to provide technical assistance (TA) to further improve GFS compilation and dissemination, consistent with the Government Finance Statistics Manual 2014 (GFSM 2014) and developing GFS that can better support IMF surveillance. TA in GFS was previously provided to the Afghan GFS compilers in 2010 following the methodology of the GFSM 2001. The mapping from Afghanistan Financial Management Information System (AFMIS) to the classification of GFS and Classification of Functions of Government (COFOG) have come out of date, requiring review, and update in line with GFSM 2014. These have been the key reasons for the authorities discontinuing to produce GFS consistent with the GFSM 2014 methodology, while financial data has been produced on time according to the national methodology.

The problems in this study to identify factors influence the implementation of SIMSETGIS (WebGIS-Based Asset Management Information System) at Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Kendari City. This study aimed to determine and describe the factors that influenced the implementation of SIMSETGIS (WebGIS-Based Asset Management Information System) at Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Kendari City (BPKAD). To find out those objectives, qualitative research method was used to extract information from informants who were open and free. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency, Kendari City with the types of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The research instruments of this study were documentation, interviews, and observation. The results of this study indicated that in the factors that influenced the implementation of SIMSETGIS (WebGis-Based Asset Management Information System) in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Kendari City, there were still factors that were lacking in providing information, especially matters relating to information assets that were still lacking. And the amount of human resources that were still lacking so that it could hinder the speed in providing information.Keywords : BPKAD, Factor, Implementation, SIMSETGIS

This study aims to find out and analyze the Influence of Regional Financial Management and Regional Management Information System on Financial Performance (Study on Regional Device Organization of Gorontalo Province). The population of this study is 26 regional device organizations (OPD), with a sample of 116 people located in Gorontalo Province. The data used is the primary data from the results of empirical research through questionnaires to the State Civil Apparatus as respondents and data from direct interviews with respondents as well as secondary data obtained from relevant agencies regarding data deemed relevant to this study. Testing is done by analysis method using Structure Equation Modelling. This research proves that regional financial management has a significant impact on financial performance. Regional management information systems have a significant impact on financial performance. regional device organization (OPD) in Gorontalo Province.

This research was conducted in the village of Kuala Kilan, Batang Cenaku District - Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the recapitulation of questionnaires from the Village Apparatus and Community Institutions of Kuala Kilan Village. The analysis that I use is Simple Regression Analysis using SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. The results of the study concluded that the Management Information System (SIM) affected the Performance of Apparatus and Social Institutions in Kuala Kilan Village, Batang Cenaku Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency, it can be seen that the calculated t value was greater than t table (4,875> 2,03951). Based on data testing criteria, it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Management Information System (SIM) partially influences the Performance of Apparatus and Community Institutions.

To accelerate company operation, a company must able to manage the stock, need to know the in and out of the stock they have. The bigger the company the more difficult for the store keeper to record all data. So of course the company need a information technology that help the operation of the company, that intend to ensure accuracy of the right data and the right time. Inventory and Distribution Management Information System is a way to expected to help in processing of the stock data. This application is build using the waterfall method. This type of method consists of 6 stages, namely planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This information system also uses the Java Netbeans IDE and MySQL database to build the stock management application. The results of this information system indicate that this can be used in assisting the work of the warehouse in processing the goods data in the related company. So that it can help effectiveness in its work
