Implementing digitalization in the field of production represents a major hurdle for some small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) due to the ensuing demands on employees and, in some cases, the significant financial investment required. The RobReLas research project has developed a system whose purpose is to enable an economical solution to this dilemma for SMEs in the field of automated, robot-based reconditioning of components. A laser scanner was integrated in the robot’s control. The data generated by the scanner are used to mathematically describe the virtual area of the surface to be laser-treated. The scanner recognizes the relevant area within the robot’s predefined work space by defining the maximum length and width of the relevant component. The system then automatically applies predefined and qualified repair strategies in the virtual area. Tests on nickel-based blades demonstrated the system’s economic potential, showing a reduction in reconditioning time of about 70% compared to the conventional reconditioning method. The main advantage of the system is the fact that a basic knowledge of operating robots is sufficient for the attainment of repeatable results. Further, no additional CAD/CAM workstations are required for implementation.

This paper illustrates the construction of CEO charisma within the US stock market. By metaphorically employing the myth of the Minotaur, we discuss three forces underlying the rise of heroic CEO images in the USA: Ariadne, or charismatic leadership theory and its formulation of charisma; Theseus, or the CEOs struggling to obtain power over stock market actors; and the Minotaur, or the stock market itself and the securities analyst profession. Building on the literature on organizational symbolism, we present a qualitative study of two CEO successions, focusing on the form and content of the persona and the vision projected by CEOs and elaborated by securities analysts. The results suggest that jointly constructing charisma through discourse, CEOs and analysts enact a form of power that does not lie in top-down coercion, but rather on the emergent, active involvement and contribution of its very subjects.

Administration Room of Menara Universitas Muslim Indonesia Building is a closed room and uses air regulation system with Air Conditioner (AC) to reduce the heat of air inside the work space. The condition of the building and work space with closed ventilation, furniture and various building materials, as well as office activity in the room is quite dense and the presence of indoor office equipment can lead to microbiological contaminants in the air in space. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of airborne microorganisms in the advertising space of Menara University Muslim Indonesia Building. In this case the number of bacteria and fungi in the air against health problems in the administrative space of Menara University Muslim Indonesia Building. The design of this study was cross-sectional with sample determination using total sampling technique. The sample of objects in this study amounted to six rooms, while the subject sample in this study were as many as 37 respondents. Data analysis in this study using chi square statistical test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between room temperature with total number of airborne microorganisms to health problems, with p-value 0.001 (0.001 <0.05). There is relationship between room humidity with the total number of airborne microorganisms to health disorder with p-value value 0.001 (0.001 <0.05), there is no correlation between room lighting with total number of air microorganisms to health disorder with p-value 0.156 (0.156> 0.05) , there is relation between total number of air microorganism to health disorder with p-value value 0.001 (0.001 <0.05). This study suggests the need for increased understanding of health disorders caused by microorganisms in the air on the management and employees.
