This paper proposed a new evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively evaluate the capability of multi-satellite cooperative remote sensing observation. The analytic hierarchical process model is a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of systematic decision analysis method. According to the objective of the remote sensing cooperative observation mission, we decompose the complex problem into several levels and a number of factors, compare and calculate various factors in pairs, and obtain the combination weights of different schemes. The model can be used to evaluate the observation capability of resource satellites. Taking the optical remote sensing satellites such as China’s resource satellite series and GF-4 as examples, this paper verifies and evaluates the model for three typical tasks: point target observation, regional target observation and moving target continuous observation. The results show that the model can provide quantitative reference and model support for comprehensive evaluation of the collaborative observation capability of remote sensing satellites.

The paper introduces some information about Harbin Metro line 1, makes the decision analysis on economies, environment, society and geological environment of Harbin Metro line 1 by some fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and gives the weight coefficients of indicators through analytic hierarchy process. The comprehensive evaluation result provides the basis for decision-makers during decision of metro projects.

Through analysing the indexs of the steel industry supply chain financing default risk, the article establishes a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the steel industry supply chain financing default risk. Application examples show that the model overcomes the defect of subjective evaluation. It’s a rational and effective tool to assess the default risk of the steel industry supply chain financing.

In order to appraise the safety and reliability of bridges effectively, the comprehensive evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process was established. The weight of evaluation index was calculated by using the model, and each evaluation index was given score by experts according to actual circumstances, and, on this basis, safety level of the bridge was obtained. And, afterwards, the model was applied to an engineering example for Huangjiaba Bridge. The results show that the evaluation level of bridge safety is third-level, with serious problems existing in this practical example, and the corresponding measures are proposed, which can provide scientific reference for bridge safety management.

Priority order decision of logistics parks construction project is an important issue in the process of logistics park planning. It needs to synthesize various factors, such as, politics, economy, society and environment, etc. Because there are some grey relationships among these factors, construction of the order of questions can be look on as a grey multi-objective evaluation. This paper brings forward a new priority decision method named hierarchy -gray comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the building order of the logistics parks. An example is used to elaborate how to use this model; meanwhile, the method is proved more scientific and reliable.

Abstract In China, rural domestic sewage treatment has become an urgent problem to be solved to improve the rural human settlement environment. However, there is no scientific, objective, and systematic evaluation model for selecting rural domestic sewage treatment technology. Therefore, this paper mainly studies on the establishment of the evaluation system model of China's typical rural domestic sewage treatment technology and the application of technology selection. Based on the analytic hierarchy process and the life cycle method, the experts consulted and analyzed the factors affecting the evaluation of China's rural sewage treatment technology. The comprehensive evaluation index system suitable for China's rural sewage treatment technology was established based on the analysis results. Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, five typical rural domestic sewage treatment technologies were applied and analyzed. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation of the biofilm technology is the best at 3.5669, followed by the septic tank treatment technology and land treatment technology, which are 2.8829 and 2.8422, respectively. The case analysis verifies the applicability of the model, which can support the selection of technologies for the rural domestic sewage treatment market in China.

With the development of construction industry, engineering projects are becoming more and more large and complicated that makes the informatization more and more important, at the same time it produced a need of evaluation of engineering project informatization. A rough evaluation of engineering project informatization is established, and using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the model quantitatively. Authors run the rough evaluation model by using the data of a simulation investigation performed on one project and obtain a result of the project's informatization level.
