Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya covid-19 yang menimbulkan kebosanan bagi siswa dan Berkurangnya motivasi siswa untuk mendalami materi pembelajaran khususnya pada mata kuliah Menggambar Teknik 2. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat E-Module bahan ajar mata kuliah Gambar Teknik 2 Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode 4D yang penerapannya dilakukan sampai dengan proses pengembangan produk. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan lift dengan Likert sebagai skala yang digunakan untuk mengubahnya menjadi data. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada ahli media, ahli materi dan mahasiswa yang sudah mengikuti mata kuliah Gambar Teknik 2 sebelumnya, kemudian dihitung rata-ratanya. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah skor dengan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,3 yang termasuk kategori baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah bahan ajar yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori layak, dan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata kuliah Gambar Teknik 2. Kata kunci: Covid-19, Bahan ajar, E-modul, Gambar teknik 2   Abstract This research was motivated by covid-19 which caused boredom for students and Reduced motivation from students to explore the learning material especially in the Engineering Drawing course 2. The purpose of this study is to create E-Module teaching materials for the Engineering Drawing course 2. The research method used is the 4D method, the application of which is carried out up to the product development process. Analysis which is done by spreading the lift with a Likert as the scale used for turn it into data. The questionnaire was distributed to media experts, material experts and student that already followed the previous Engineering Drawing courses 2, then calculate the average. The results obtained are a score with an overall average of 4.3 which is included good category. The conclusion of the research conducted is the teaching materials developed is included in the feasible category, and can be used as teaching material in the Engineering Drawing courses 2. The article presents industrial company’s engineering activities in order to define that they stand out from other activities and engineers occupy an important role in product development process. Analysis of the data was carried out and it presented information about shaping the engineering activities, goals, objectives, responsibilities of engineers, their promoting methods, administrative efficiency and influence on the company’s economic results. At the end of the article we present ideas and schemes how to assess the activities of engineering and engineers from economic and social aspects. Santrauka Straipsnyje pateikiama, kaip pramonės įmonėje apibrėžti inžinerinę veiklą, kad ji išsiskirtų iš kitų veiklos rūšių, o inžinierius turėtų svarbų vaidmenį gaminių kūrimo procese. Atliktos analizės metu buvo surinkta ir pateikta informacija, nustatant inžinerinės veiklos tikslus, uždavinius, inžinierių pareigas, skatinimo metodus, administracinę atsakomybę ir įtaką įmonės ekonominiams rezultatams. Straipsnio pabaigoje pateikti siūlymai, kaip reikia vertinti inžinerinę veiklą ir patį inžinierių ekonominiu ir socialiniu aspektu.

This study aims to (1) describe the process of developing explanatory text teaching materials based on multiple intelligences, (2) describe the feasibility of explanatory text teaching materials based on multiple intelligences and (3) describe the effectiveness of explanatory text teaching materials based on multiple intelligences. This research was conducted in 11th grade of vocational high school 1 Padangsidimpuan. The research method used is the Research and Development research method which refers to the Borg and Gall model. The results showed that (1) the process of developing teaching materials was carried out in three stages, namely preliminary studies, product development and trials. Based on the analysis of the needs, 100% of the teachers and students need data obtained from other teaching materials in explanatory text learning, product development is carried out with expert and material validation, and individual product trials score 88.89 in the excellent category, small group trials score 92, 75 with a very good category and limited field trials obtained a score of 94.75 with a very good category. (2) teaching material is declared feasible with 84.56% content eligibility percentage, 94.23% presentation eligibility, 93.27% language assessment, 96.88 multiple aspects intelligence feasibility and 84.17% graphic assessment. (3) teaching materials are declared effective for use in 11th grade students of  vocational high school 1 Padangsidimpuan with an average of 60.63 pretest learning outcomes and 80.94 posttest. The results of this study prove that explanatory text teaching materials based on multiple intelligences are feasible, easy and effective to use in learning in 11th grade of vocational high school.

Menurut standar isi dari kurikulum 2013, pembelajaran fisika harus mampu mengembangkan nilai-nilai dari sikap sosial atau konten kecerdasan sosial dari materi yang dipelajari oleh peserta didik. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan mengembangkan konten kecerdasan sosial dari materi fisika dalam bentuk bahan ajar. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Tahapan penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan sampai uji terbatas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh dapat dikemukanan beberapa hasil penelitian yaitu: konten kecerdasan sosial yang dikembangkan dalam bentuk bahan ajar fisika memiliki nilai validitas yang tinggi yaitu 89,30 dengan kategori sangkat valid; ujicoba terbatas terhadap bahan ajar efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa, dan; bahan ajar memiliki nilai praktikalitas sebesar 91,10 atau dengan kategori sangat praktis menurut guru dan sebesar 76,20 atau dengan kategori praktis menurut siswa. Hasil penelitianyang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa konten kecerdasan sosial yang dikembangkan dalam bentuk bahan ajar fisika sangat valid, efektif dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas untuk mata pelajaran fisika.   Based on a content standard of the 2013 curriculum, learning material of physics should be able to build values ​​of social attitudes or social intelligence content. The purpose of research is to develop the content of social intelligence based on physics in teaching material product. The research method is research and development. Stages of research and development carried out until preliminary field testing. Based on the data analysis of research, there are several research results. First, content of social intelligence developed in teaching teaching product of physics has a high validity value about 89.30 with very valid category. Second. Product of teaching materials with social intelligence content could be to to improve the student competence in preliminary field testing. The last, teaching materials of physics has a practicality value about 91.10 or a very practical category by teacher and about 76.20 or a practical category by students. The results of reseach show that the content of social intelligence teaching material of physics is very valid, effective and practical using in learning for physics subject.

Product development process analysis and reengineering are the basic for enterprise to put CE into practice. The characteristics of concurrent PDP are analyzed and compared with the traditional PDP. The basic requirements, methods and steps of PDP analysis, improvement and reengineering for CE are presented. The process model for PDP analysis and reengineering is built. According to the actual PDP in Qiqihar Railway Rolling Stock Company in China, the process for the grain rolling stock development is analyzed and improved, and the result is satisfactory.

An accurate understanding of users' needs is essential for the development of innovative products. This article presents an exploratory method of user centered research in the context of the design process of technological products, conceived from the demands of a large information technology company. The method is oriented - but not restricted - to the initial stages of the product development process, and uses low-resolution prototypes and simulations of interactions, allowing users to imagine themselves in a future context through fictitious environments and scenarios in the ambit of ideation. The method is effective in identifying the requirements of the experience related to the product’s usage and allows rapid iteration on existing assumptions and greater exploration of design concepts that emerge throughout the investigation.
