The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of Firm Size, Firm Growth, Firm Age and Independent Commissioner on Intellectual Capital Disclousure partially and simultaneously to determine a model that can be used to measure Intellectual Capital Disclousure in companies by using panel data regression in Registered Banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study applies quantitative method and the object of this research is done by population and sample randomly (purposive sampling), which are 11 consumer goods companies that were Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2018. The technique of collecting data used annual financial statements from the period 2014 - 2018 and analysis used panel data regression method with common model approach using Eviews 9 program.The results of this study showed that simultaneously and partially variables Firm Size, Firm Growth, Firm Age and Independent Commissioner have a significant effect on Intellectual Capital Disclousure

This study aims to analyze the effect of KAP size, firm size and earnings management on the integrity of financial statements. The integrity of financial statements is the extent to which the financial statements presented indicate true and honest information. This study was taken because there are still contradictions from previous studies. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study is the consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling method, there are 13 samples from the total population of 40. The method used to analyze the data is panel data regression analysis, Eviews 9. Regression analysis results show that firm size negatively significant to the integrity of financial statements. While the size of KAP and earnings management have no significant effect on the integrity of financial statements.Keywords: Financial Statement Integrity, Company Size, Company Size and Earnings Management

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, firm age, firm growth, leverage and independent commissioner on intellectual capital disclosure of financial companies which are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012-2014. The samples of this study are 57 companies. Secondary data are collected by learning the company’s financial statement. Collected data were processed by using SPSS for Windows 20. The result showed that firm size, firm age and independent commissioner partially influence the intellectual capital disclosure, while profitability, firm growth and leverage has no effect on intellectual capital disclosure.

The study aims to examine the association of firms characteristics comprise of firm age, firm size, leverage, and profitability to earnings management (EM). The data is collected from listed Singaporean corporation in Singapore stock exchange (SGX) in the period of 2017 and 2018. Purposive sampling and panel data regression were employed as the sampling and analysis method, respectively. Our results are based on a large sample of 852 firm-year observations. The results show that firm age and firm size significantly affected EM, meanwhile, leverage and profitability indicate insignificant effects to EM. In addition, these results provide information to investors and potential investors regarding future investment decisions.

This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure. The sample is 10 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, using purposive sampling. The technique of analysis used is panel data regression (pooled regression). The results showed that the selected model is the fixed effect. Simultaneously NPM, CR, and Firm Size have a significant effect on capital structure. Partially NPM has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. CR partially have a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Partially Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Variables that have a significant effect on capital structure are NPM and Firm Size. While CR does not significantly affect the capital structure. This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital, corporate governance and firm size towards firm value. The research method used is panel data regression analysis, by using purposive sampling method, there are eighty one companies from 2012 – 2017 period and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result show that, intellectual capital disclosure and firm size have a significant negative effect on firm value. Furthermore, institution ownership have a significant positive on firm value. Intellectual capital disclosure, institution ownership and firm size simultaneously have a significant on firm value, with the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.90, indicate that all independent variables can explain the variation of firm value of 90%, whereas the remainder of 10% is explained by other factors not included in the model.

Abstract.The study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Market Performance and Financial Performance in the LQ45 companies. It uses the sample of LQ45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2013. The sample is determined by using Purposive Sampling method. The study conducts 72 observations of 18 samples of the companies. The hypothesis is tested using Panel Data Regression. The study indicates that the Intellectual Capital (VAIC) and VACA of companies significantly influence market performance (Tobins'Q) and financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA) and Assets Turnover (ATO). VAHU significantly effects on the financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA) and STVA significantly effects on the financial performance of Assets Turnover (ATO). Meanwhile, VAHU has no significant effect on the market performance (Tobins'Q) and financial performance of Assets Turnover (ATO). And STVA has no significant effect on the market performance (Tobins'Q) and financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA).Keywords: intellectual capital; lq45; market performance; financial performance; tobins'q; return on assets; assets turnover.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Kinerja Pasar dan Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan LQ45.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010-2013.Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling.Penelitian ini memiliki 72 amatan dari 18 sampel perusahaan.Dalam penelitian ini, hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan Regresi Data Panel. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are companies that need funds from investors so that stakeholders have an important role in the sustainability of the company. companies must make returns on investments made by investors so that companies do various ways to increase profits. Profitability ratios can be used to measure profits that can be obtained by the company. The purpose of this study to analyze the factors that are considered to affect the company's profitability include intellectual capital calculated using the VAICTM formula and disclosure of sustainability reports calculated using the IndexSR formula based on the GRI-G4 Sustainability Report Guidelines. The sample in this study were 19 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2016 period. The method used in this study is descriptive statistics and panel data regression. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, simultaneous intellectual capital and disclosure of sustainability reports have a significant effect on company profitability of 31.4701%. Partially, intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on profitability while disclosure of sustainability reports does not affect profitability.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, structure assets, firm size and liquidity to the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that partially profitability had negative and significant effect to capital structure, asset structure had positive and significant effect to capital structure, firm size had positive and significant effect to capital structure, and liquidity had negative and significant effect to capital structure. Simultaneously profitability, asset structure, firm size and liquidity have a significant effect on capital structure.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance,growth of sales, and firm size on ROE of BUMN firm that listed ISSI Period 2011-2014. The method used is quantitative method with panel data regression techniques. The data used is secondary data by collecting data annual financial statements of BUMN firms that listed in ISSI period 2011-2014. Panel data regression conducted showed that managerial ownership (X1) negative and significant impact on ROE, the proportion of commissioners positive and significant impact on ROE (X2), the independence of audit committee (X3) negative and significant impact on ROE, growth of sales (X4) positive and significant impact on ROE, firm size (X5) positive and significant impact on ROE as well as managerial ownership, the proportion of commissioners, the independence of audit committee, growth of sales, and firm size simultaneously affect ROE of BUMN firms period 2011-2014.

<p>This research aims to determine the effect of accounting education background, MBA education background, and the proportion of Chinese ethnic as well as intellectual capital measured by VAIC method on conventional banking financial performance in Indonesia. The population in this study is the entire conventional banking companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange that has been operating over the range of 2012-2015, so we get a sample totalling 29 companies. This research used Eviews 7 software to conduct panel data regression analysis. The results showed that accounting education background and Chinese ethnic are not significantly affecting financial performance. Meanwhile MBA education background and VAIC are significantly affecting financial performance (ROA).</p>
