This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital, corporate governance and firm size towards firm value. The research method used is panel data regression analysis, by using purposive sampling method, there are eighty one companies from 2012 – 2017 period and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result show that, intellectual capital disclosure and firm size have a significant negative effect on firm value. Furthermore, institution ownership have a significant positive on firm value. Intellectual capital disclosure, institution ownership and firm size simultaneously have a significant on firm value, with the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.90, indicate that all independent variables can explain the variation of firm value of 90%, whereas the remainder of 10% is explained by other factors not included in the model.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage, dividen and financial leverage on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies, the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable on dividen and financial leverage of Indonesia non financial sector companies, and the influence of capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable on the firm value through dividen and financial leverage as intervening variable. The research data was collected using purposive sampling method to the data of non financial sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2003-2012. Based on the criteria of the study obtained 310 samples were then analyzed Using the panel data regression and path analysis. The results show that the capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage, dividen and financial leverage have significant influences on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies. The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable do not have significant influences on dividen. The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable have significant influences on financial leverage. With path analysis, the result show the The capital labour intensive, investment, managerial ownership, operating leverage variable do not have significant influence on the firm value of Indonesia non financial sector companies with dividen and financial leverage as intervening variable. Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of Firm Size, Firm Growth, Firm Age and Independent Commissioner on Intellectual Capital Disclousure partially and simultaneously to determine a model that can be used to measure Intellectual Capital Disclousure in companies by using panel data regression in Registered Banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study applies quantitative method and the object of this research is done by population and sample randomly (purposive sampling), which are 11 consumer goods companies that were Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2018. The technique of collecting data used annual financial statements from the period 2014 - 2018 and analysis used panel data regression method with common model approach using Eviews 9 program.The results of this study showed that simultaneously and partially variables Firm Size, Firm Growth, Firm Age and Independent Commissioner have a significant effect on Intellectual Capital Disclousure

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of intellectual capital, leverage, profitability and liquidity on firm value. Firm value is measured by price to book value (PBV), leverage is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), profitability by return on equity (ROE) and liquidity by current ratio (CR). This research method is a quantitative research with sampling using a purpose sampling technique based on predetermined characteristics as many as 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 - 2019. The type of data used is secondary data and the analytical method used is panel data regression using Eviews. The results show that intellectual capital, leverage, profitability have a significant effect on firm value. However, liquidity has no effect on firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, capital structure and managerial ownership on stock return with firm value as a moderator veriable in Agricultural Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009-2018. The number of samples in this study are 10 agricultural companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is Panel Data Regression. The results of this study prove that capital structure has negative effect on stock returns, firm value has positive effect on stock returns, profitability and managerial ownership have no significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, the moderating effect test prove that firm value is able to moderate the effect of profitability on stock returns, but is unable to moderate the effect of capital structure and managerial ownership on stock returns

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the value of manufacturing companies in the Automotive Industry Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. These factors are firm size and financial performance. The financial performance consists of liquidity, profitability, and solvency. The number of manufacturing companies in the Automotive Industry sub-sector which was made into the population was 13. Sampling was using the purposive sampling technique. Based on the predetermined criteria, there were 10 companies that met the criteria so that there were 50 observations. Data collection techniques use documentation from financial reports published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The model used in this research is panel data regression using the Eviews application. The findings of this study indicate that of the four independent variables tested, only the solvency variable affects firm value, but the simultaneously firm size and financial performance have a significant effect on firm value. The results of this study indicate that in general, stock investors view the importance of all financial ratios, but can ignore short-term financial symptoms that are reflected in company size, profitability, and liquidity, but should pay more attention to the security of long-term investments which can be seen insolvency.

This research aims to determine the influence of institutional ownership and multinationality with firm size and leverage as control variables on tax avoidance, either simultaneously or partially. The population is all of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011 to 2015. The sampling technique that used is purposive sampling and obtained ten manufacturing companies with five-year period thus obtained fifty sample data. Data analysis method that used is panel data regression analysis. The results show that simultaneously, institutional ownership and multinationality with firm size and leverage as control variables have no significant effect on tax avoidance. Partially, institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on tax avoidance, while multinationality, firm size, and leverage have no significant effect on tax avoidance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of firm size, liquidity, leverage and profitability on firm value, either simultaneously or partially in consumer goods industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2014 to 2017. The population in this study is industrial goods companies. consumption on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2014-2017 period, amounting to 45 companies. Sample selection using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained as many as 25 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis with the Eviews 8 application. Simultaneously, firm size, liquidity, leverage and profitability have a significant effect on firm value. Partially, firm size, leverage and profitability have a significant effect on firm value, while liquidity has no effect on firm value.

This research is aim to analyze the factors that affect value of firms with ROE as a mediationvariable. Of 101 manufacture companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2011-2015period are used as sample in this research. By using panel data regression and path analysisit is found that ROE is mediating the effect of DER to firm value. However, the mediating effectof ROE on institutional ownership, the current ratio and firm size to firm value are not founded.With this result it is suggested that to increase firm value companies should increase DER,institutional ownership and ROE.Keywords: Capital Structure, Corporate Governance, Liquidity, Firm Size, ROE, Firm Value
