This study aims to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of profitability, liquidity, and firm size on capital structure. The sample is 10 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, using purposive sampling. The technique of analysis used is panel data regression (pooled regression). The results showed that the selected model is the fixed effect. Simultaneously NPM, CR, and Firm Size have a significant effect on capital structure. Partially NPM has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. CR partially have a negative and not significant effect on capital structure. Partially Firm Size have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Variables that have a significant effect on capital structure are NPM and Firm Size. While CR does not significantly affect the capital structure. The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of capital structure, liquidity, and firm size on the firms financial performance listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was analyzed using panel data regression with eighty-five companies in the 2014-2018 period, generate four hundred twenty-five data observations. The research used purposive sampling to get the sample. The data used is secondary data from company financial statement data that obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), then its tabulated using Microsoft Excel 2016 and analyzed using Eviews-10. The results of this study indicate that the size of the company affects the financial performance of the company. However, capital structure and liquidity do not affect the company's financial performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh struktur modal, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini di analisis menggunakan alat regresi data panel dengan delapan puluh lima perusahaan pada periode 2014-2018, menghasilkan empat ratus dua puluh lima data observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan yang didapat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), kemudian ditabulasi dengan Microsoft Excel 2016 dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Tetapi, struktur modal dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, structure assets, firm size and liquidity to the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that partially profitability had negative and significant effect to capital structure, asset structure had positive and significant effect to capital structure, firm size had positive and significant effect to capital structure, and liquidity had negative and significant effect to capital structure. Simultaneously profitability, asset structure, firm size and liquidity have a significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract. This study aims to find out how audit wells, audit rotation and reputation of KAP to audit quality at manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2014. The research method used in this research is a verifikatif method. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2011 until 2014, while for sampling using purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data collected by documentation technique. In analyzing the data, this research uses statistical test of panel data regression with common effect model. Based on the calculation of panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 9 software resulted that the reputation of KAP has a positive effect on audit quality, while audit and audit rotation have a negative effect on audit quality.Keywords: audit, audit rotation; KAP reputation; and audit quality.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tenur audit, rotasi audit dan reputasi KAP terhadap kualitas audit pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tahun 2011 sampai dengan tahun 2014, sedangkan untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian statistik regresi data panel dengan model common effect model. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan software Eviews 9 menghasilkan bahwa reputasi KAP berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas audit, sedangkan tenur dan rotasi audit berpengaruh negative terhadap kualitas audit.Kata Kunci: tenur audit; rotasi audit; reputasi KAP; dan kualitas audit.

Capital structure reflects the extent to which companies can manage existing capital to generate profits. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of variables of profitability, firm size, asset structure, liquidity, and business risk on the capital structure in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2015 - 2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling by determining 3 criteria. From total of 155 companies, only 69 companies were sampled. The result of this research indicate that profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, firm size has a positive and no significant effect on capital structure, asset structure has no effect and no significant on capital structure, liquidity and business risk have a negative and significant effect on capital structure in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the periode of 2015 -  2018. This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.

This research belong to determine the factors that influence dividend policy on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses dividend policy as the dependent variable. Meanwhile the independent variables in this study are profitability, and leverage. This is a quantitative study using secondary data types and panel data regression analysis as a method of analysis. The population in this study was 669 companies that were listed on the IDX. Samples were selected by means of purposive sampling methods which included 39 manufacturing companies in the 2016- 2018 period. Panel data regression test results with a significance level of 0.05 had explained that profitability has a significant effect on dividend policy, and leverage has no significant effect effect on dividend policy.

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of Firm Size, Firm Growth, Firm Age and Independent Commissioner on Intellectual Capital Disclousure partially and simultaneously to determine a model that can be used to measure Intellectual Capital Disclousure in companies by using panel data regression in Registered Banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study applies quantitative method and the object of this research is done by population and sample randomly (purposive sampling), which are 11 consumer goods companies that were Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2018. The technique of collecting data used annual financial statements from the period 2014 - 2018 and analysis used panel data regression method with common model approach using Eviews 9 program.The results of this study showed that simultaneously and partially variables Firm Size, Firm Growth, Firm Age and Independent Commissioner have a significant effect on Intellectual Capital Disclousure

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Abstract.The study aims to examine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Market Performance and Financial Performance in the LQ45 companies. It uses the sample of LQ45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2013. The sample is determined by using Purposive Sampling method. The study conducts 72 observations of 18 samples of the companies. The hypothesis is tested using Panel Data Regression. The study indicates that the Intellectual Capital (VAIC) and VACA of companies significantly influence market performance (Tobins'Q) and financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA) and Assets Turnover (ATO). VAHU significantly effects on the financial performance of Return on Assets (ROA) and STVA significantly effects on the financial performance of Assets Turnover (ATO). Meanwhile, VAHU has no significant effect on the market performance (Tobins'Q) and financial performance of Assets Turnover (ATO). Abstract - This research was conducted to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability and sales growth on capital structure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. Selection of samples from 165 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 resulted in 33 companies being accepted. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and hypothesis testing in this research used Panel Data Regression Analysis with the E-Views 9.0 program and a significance level of 5%. The results of the test were obtained (1) the liquidity stated by CR has no significant effect on the capital structure. (2) profitability stated by ROE has a significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) sales growth stated by SG has no significant positive effect on capital structure. Keywords: liquidity, profitability, sales growth, capital structure
