MSMEs (Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises) have an important role now in the ASEAN economy. 96% of companies in ASEAN are MSMEs. Although MSMEs have shown their role, they still face various obstacles and constraints such as lack of information, weak branding, promotion and infrastructure. The application of information technology will certainly make it easier for MSMEs to strengthen branding, business processing and enable cooperation with other parties to provide added value to MSMEs. The application of cloud computing or cloud computing is considered suitable for MSMEs that have limited resources in the form of capital, human resources (HR) and information technology infrastructure. Responding to the importance of the application of information technology to these MSMEs, the research aims to design and build systems that can facilitate MSMEs by utilizing cloud computing technology with SAAS (software as a service). The system has been tested by testing carried out using the blackbox method which is considered to be running optimally, functionally the system built can produce the output expected by the MSMEe participants. Usability testing to measure the level of satisfaction (user satisfaction) with the usability scale (SUS) system method is also felt necessary so that the system is designed and built according to user needs and satisfaction. With the results of the calculation of SUS 72.25 which means that it belongs to class B or above the average makes SAAS cloud computing services a system that can be accepted by MSMEs participants in supporting their business.

According to research findings, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are facingproblems such as an excessively large volume of data, lack of information and lack of knowledge. Therefore, in order to make decisions on time, the managers of SMEs use mainly their experience, which implies a high risk of failure. Business intelligence (BI) is a useful and helpful tool, which brings many advantages and benefits to businesses. However, like any technology,it is accompanied by some limitations that must be overcome in order to help businesses to develop. This paper summarizes current research findings addressing the issue of the development and application of business intelligence systems for SMEs. The issues addressed are models for the estimation of the readiness of a SME to establish BI tools, alternative BI solutions for SMEs, benefits and challenges of BI in SMEs, implementation methods for BIsystems in SMEs and finally, BI systems in cloud computing platforms. Research papers dealing with these issues are analyzed and the results are presented. This paper contributes to the understanding of problems and potentials regarding the development and application of BI systems in SMEs.

China has long been concerned about themedical and health industry information construction, the new medical reform program is the release of the domesticregional medical information construction to a climax. Cloud computing as a cutting-edge technology of today's globalIT, its technology and philosophy to change the traditional computing resources application model, is to bring greatchanges in enterprise IT applications, it is particularly important in the role of regional medical information, with avery large Signifi cance. In this paper, the application of cloud computing in medical fi eld has been studied, and thedevelopment situation of cloud computing in medical fi eld at home and abroad is analyzed in detail. The new situationand the new situation of regional medical and health cloud will be put forward and forecast the development of cloudcomputing in medical fi eld prospect. In addition, we summarize the advantages of cloud computing to regional healthsystems, identify problems that exist in the development, present the risks and challenges it may bring, and put forwardcountermeasures against these problems and risks.

In order to solve the trust problems between users and cloud computing service providers in cloud computing services, the existing trust evaluation technology and access control technology in the cloud computing service are analyzed. And the evaluation index of cloud computing is also analyzed. Users can calculate the relevant indicators of cloud computing service according to their own business goals, and choose the appropriate cloud computing services according to their own trust need. In addition, the reliability assessment method of users based on the service process is proposed. Cloud computing access control system can be used for user credibility evaluation, and it can handle user access requests according to user's creditability. In the study, a cloud computing service trust evaluation tool is designed, and the modeling and architecture designs of trust evaluation are also given. The effectiveness of the method is verified by experiments on cloud computing service evaluation methods.

The article focuses on the study of prevailing decision making styles of Small Scale Industrial (SSI) Units. It presents data collected from 200 SSI units from Bhavnagar – a coastal city of Gujarat, India. The objective of writing the article is to depict heuristic decision patterns of small and medium enterprises, and the rare use of analytical or statistical business intelligence tools in decision making processes. It would be interesting to study the design of decision taken on routine basis in small units, poorly equipped with technology and technical know-how. The paper is descriptive in terms, and lays a lucid picture of present decision making processes.
