The Design and Application of Computer Security Management Information System in Coal Mine

With the development of coal technologies, the previous management mode has been unable to meet the requirements of modern coal mine construction, so it is essential to design a new and effective security management information system. The design of this system is based on B / S structure, which main function is to collect and analysis the basic information of coal mine. In such a management information system, administrators can keep abreast of information in coal mine, detecting the abnormal situation timely and solving the problem effectively. Besides, the information input module in the system is easy to use, and users can also filter the information when using the system to inquiry, the query results can be outputted in tabular form. The system can also sort out all kinds of violation cases and accidents in the form of security information report, showing to the administrators. In another data analysis module of the system, it reveals the contents of the security information table by a bar chart. To ensure the security of the system, login steps are needed. Anyone who entering this system can modify the password, but each person’s permission is different, and they can only operate within their own permission scope.

 University of Muhammadiyah Malang has a legacy system i.e. SMS gateway service. This system is used for several new needs emerged, i.e. the need for functional and non functional, including the automatic reply that is integrated with the data request, automatic broadcast and responsive interface. The emergence of this new variety of needs indicate that institutions are hoping the performance and functionality of the legacy system is growing. When we need to update the software and hope the performance, reliability, and functionality may be increased, without affecting its main function, software re-engineering can resolve problems like this. Software re-engineering can be implemented on a legacy system (SMS gateway) to transformed into management information system SMS service center, so some new requirements such as the automatic reply that is integrated with the data request, automatic broadcast, and a responsive interface that can be realized. On the re-engineering software there is a model of the process that must be done in the process of implementation. so that the process of transformation of a legacy system to the management information system SMS service center as well as the process of adding some new requirements may run well, so that what is expected of institutions can be realized.Keywords: Software Re-engineering, Legacy System, SMS Gateway, Automatic Reply. Based on the actual needs of the national mine emergency rescue base, WebGIS is introduced to the mine rescue and combined with the emergency rescue process to develop the coal mine emergency rescue management information system. This article introduces the systems compositions and relationships, identifies the needs and functional requirements of the system,designs the overall architecture of the system and each subsystem, and sets up the database according to the system functions. At present, the system has been applied to the emergency rescue base. The results indicate that the system can provide technical supports for the emergency rescue effectively.

In accordance with the characteristics of coal-mine equipment lease management, an information system of equipment lease management is put forward based on the business process management (BPM) and B/S pattern. And on the basis of investigation to a lease management enterprise of a mining aggregation, the paper elaborates the design of the software function module and structure, and the realization of technology.
