At present, many companies have many problems such as high financial costs, low financial management capabilities, and redundant frameworks; at the same time, the SASAC requires that the enterprise’s financial strategy transfer from “profit-driven” to “value-driven”, finance separate from accounting to improve the operational efficiency of the company. Under this background, more and more enterprise respond to the call of the SASAC; in order to achieve the goals of corporate financial cost savings and financial management efficiency improved, we began to provide services through financial sharing. The research of information fusion theory involves many basic theories, which can be roughly divided into two large categories from the algorithmic point of view: probabilistic statistical method and artificial intelligence method. The main task of artificial intelligence is to realize the computer for some learning, thinking process, and wisdom formation of simulation, and an important goal of information integration is the human brain comprehensive processing ability simulation, so artificial intelligence method will have broad application prospects in the field of information fusion; the common methods have D-S evidence reasoning, fuzzy theory, neural network, genetic algorithm, rough set, and other information fusion methods. The purpose of this paper is to proceed from the internal financial situation of the enterprise, analyze data security issues in the operation of financial shared services, and find a breakthrough in solving problems. But, with constantly expanding of enterprise group financial sharing service scale, the urgent problem to be solved is how to ensure the financial sharing services provided by enterprises in the cloud computing environment. This paper combines financial sharing service theory and information security theory and provides reference for building financial sharing information security for similar enterprises. For some enterprise that have not established a financial shared service center yet, they can learn from the establishment of the financial sharing information security system in this paper and provide a reference for enterprise to avoid the same types of risks and problems. For enterprise that has established and has begun to practice a financial shared information security system, appropriate risk aversion measures combined with actual situation of the enterprise with four dimensions related to information security system optimization was formulated and described in this paper. In summary, in the background of cloud computing, financial sharing services have highly simplified operational applications, and data storage capabilities and computational analysis capabilities have been improved greatly. Not only can it improve the quality of accounting information but also provide technical support for the financial sharing service center of the enterprise group, perform financial functions better, and enhance decision support and strategic driving force, with dual practical significance and theoretical significance.

Abstract This presentation describes the core traits of a community-engaged learning (CEL course), how one gerontology program incorporated a theoretical framework to continue to provide students opportunities during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how generalizable this is across gerontology programs. Caregiving and Aging Families, a gerontology course enrolling both undergraduate and graduate students, champions community-engaged learning in two critical ways: students attend caregiver support groups in the community, and students form a partnership with a caregiver mentor in the community. This partnership allows students an intimate look at the caregiver's role and burden while enlisting the student to prepare a service care plan and compendium of resources for the caregiver. Ensuring the safety of older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic placed restrictive parameters on these experiences. While students typically attend support groups and identify and partner with a caregiver mentor in person, this needed modification during the pandemic. This was created through the application of Baltes' Theory of Selection, Optimization, and Compensation (SOC model), aided by a CEL teaching assistant, funded through the campus Community Service Center. This allowed for identifying, coordinating, and communicating with community partners throughout the semester and provided ongoing communication, technical assistance, and problem-solving for both partners and students. Caregiver groups with a robust online, synchronous presence were identified and approached. The gerontology program communities of interest disseminated a call for community caregivers with basic technological familiarity. The caregiver mentor-student partnerships were founded and maintained, with additional benefits stemming from a shared pandemic experience.

Organizations are ever-changing and dynamic entities at today’s turbulent world of work. Organization change, which may or may not adhere to organizational development (OD) values and, in many cases, is not conducted through participatory methods. For the most part, downsizing via lowering costs and retrenching people has become synonymous with organizational change, causing fear among those who may be affected. Organizations are under increasing pressure to improve their abilities to increase employee support for change initiatives. Employees are critical to an organization’s efficiency and performance. Thus, it is crucial to look at change through the eyes of employees. If employees believe that the organizational change is not well conveyed to them, their motivation, satisfaction, and commitment is likely to be impaired, which could be counterproductive to the change process of the organization. As a result, it is important to figure out how the relationship between organizational change and employee motivation, satisfaction, and commitment, which is the purpose of this study. Since there is limited research on this phenomenon in the Sri Lankan context, this study aims to bridge the knowledge gap in the existing literature. To achieve the study’s objectives, a quantitative investigation was undertaken using positivist philosophy and the deductive approach. As a data collection approach, the survey questionnaire method was used. This study has a total sample size of thirty (whole employees of the selected organization). Survey data was analyzed using correlation analysis and descriptive analysis. Results clearly show that there is a significant positive relationship between organizational change and employee motivation, employee satisfaction and commitment in the ABC Shared Service Center in Sri Lanka. Further, the study reveals that employee satisfaction is the highest corelated dimension with the organizational change. Thus, the study conclude that organizationa

Abstract Balikpapan is experiencing urbanization quite rapidly and has a role in residential development to accommodate the needs of its citizen. One of the strategic issues of settlements in Balikpapan is the settlements that have decreased in quality in settlement area. Based on the City Service Center System Plan of the Balikpapan Spatial Plan, Balikpapan Kota District functions as a Government Service Center, Trade and Service Center, Health Service Center, and Education Center in a City-wide Scale. Balikpapan Kota District Settlement Area is included in the area with a mild level of slum. Naturally, this will result in a shift in public perception of the area and, thus, undermines the image of the area or, arguably, the area does not have the essence of city branding value. Thus, it is necessary to study the potential in the aspect of branding in the Balikpapan Kota District Settlement Area. In achieving these objectives, an analysis related to the city’s branding aspects was carried out. The branding aspect approach in this study used the City Branding Hexagon approach. The analysis was conducted by means of quantitative descriptive method (scoring method). The results of this study provided a score from the branding aspect of the settlement area. The results of the branding aspects analysis in the Balikpapan Kota District have been identified from the neighbourhood, sub-district, and district scale. Balikpapan Kota District Settlement Area has the most substantial potential in the dimensions of Potential (2.90) and Prerequisite (2.76). There are two branding potentials but they are quite weak compared to the other aspects, which are the Presence (1.75) and Pulse (1.67) dimensions. Moreover, there are dimensions of Place (2.03) and People (2.50), which have potential that can be developed.

Walking is an important element of accessibility because it can increase the livability of a city. Peunayong as a trade and service center as well as a heritage area has very diverse activities with high intensity. The density of activities in Peunayong causes high vehicle accessibility which causes congestion in the area, parking on site which narrows the space for pedestrians and vehicles. In addition, pedestrian facilities in Peunayong still do not facilitate pedestrians because of the mixing of various activities in one lane, such as circulation, parking, and trading. In creating a pedestrian-friendly, it is necessary to plan and design good pedestrian facilities, by paying attention to the characteristics of pedestrians and their district. Walkability is one of the concepts for a walkable area. The approach in this study is by adopting the walkability theory as a reference. The focus of this research is to determine the quality of walkability in Peunayong. The method of analysis uses descriptive analysis. Those that formed walkability which will become parameters in this study are Connected, Convenient, Comfort, Convivial, Conspicuous through pedestrian paths and crossings, circulation activity, block size, spatial enclosure and humanscale, open space and vegetation, street furniture and signage.
