AbstractThis study precisely investigates the relationship of information technology (IT) and knowledge management (KM) capabilities with organizational agility along with the moderating influence of external environmental actors on this linkage. A matched-pair field survey was conducted and pretested structured questionnaires were administered to accumulate primary responses from 300 business and IT personnel working in various Indian financial groups. The research findings encompass first, IT and KM capabilities are enablers of organizational agility, while KM capability is more effective on agility. Second, a more diverse and less hostile environment is required for IT and KM capabilities to have more positive influence on agility, yet the moderating effects of environmental factors are found to be more on IT–agility linkage than on KM–agility relationship. These inferences provide several implications for the business and IT executives to concentrate on leveraging both IT and KM capabilities for generating augmented organizational agility.

Purpose This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies. Design/methodology/approach This briefing is prepared by an independent writer who adds their own impartial comments and places the articles in context. Findings This research paper analyzes the factors that impact the knowledge management capability (KMC) of SMEs. The results from Malaysian firms reveal that selection policies, incentives and training development polices, and formal structures all positively enhance KMC. Unexpectedly, however, an innovation culture did not enhance KMC, perhaps because the SMEs were not developing this strategically. Through optimal collaboration, managers are advised to build as much KMC into their teams as possible, since KMC was shown to have a material positive effect on innovation strategy. In turn, embracing environmental dynamism also bolsters this KMC-innovation strategy connection. Originality/value The briefing saves busy executives, strategists and researchers hours of reading time by selecting only the very best, most pertinent information and presenting it in a condensed and easy-to-digest format.

The sample’s number of this research are 42 head managers of Main Bank office in Semarang. The research uses questioner method. Data analyzing of this research is full mode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), evaluated by smartPLS tools by using reflective second order factor approach. The result of this research, aligned with hypothesis that complementarities of four information technology Relatedness Factors, give positive influence to inter unit Knowledge Management Capabilitiy, complementarities of knowledge Management Capabilitiy gives positive influence to corporate performance, Complementarities Information Technology Relatedness directly influence to company performance and information technology relatedness indirectly influence to corporate performance, being mediated by knowledge management capability

Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Many benefits provided by the Student Counseling Knowledge Management System, in managing the knowledge needed by the counselor section to document student consultations. The development and implementation of a KMS counseling system costs more to employ professional staff to maintain and improve; KMS student counseling application; For this reason, it is necessary to design a Cloud Computing-based Student Counseling Knowledge Management System. The research method carried out in the first stage is to collect data and information about Knowledge Management and Student Counseling, and how to use it to create a Knowledge Management System Application, Student Counseling Based on cloud computing. Furthermore, conducting a literature study and literature review, system design is in the form of data architecture compounding, process design, network design, and user interface design. The design results of this system can facilitate educational institutions in conducting online cloud computing-based student counseling
