Storytelling as strategy to transmit values and identity of a brand has acquired relevance during the last years. However, this concept is already relatively underdeveloped in academic literature on tourism destinations. This paper aims to analyze storytelling potentialities and use in a tourism destination trough traditional stories. Legends of the city of Girona (Spain) have been chosen as a case study. Results demonstrated that legends of the city have the potential to develop a storytelling strategy, but this potential is not used properly.

[Enforcement Pattern Of Criminal Law Based On Humanity Values In The Utility Principal Perspective] The current Criminal Code is laden with weaknesses, so it is urgent to be replaced by a law-oriented Criminal Code that is closer to the characteristics of the Muslim law (Custom and Law Family), which features Indonesian characteristics (moving from the collective and personal order, reflecting the nation's political ideology ) of Pancasila. One of the selected Pancasila values is humanitarian value. Human values are values that show respect for human beings, because they are essentially legal to human beings. In the realm of material criminal law, human values are reflected in the principle of individualization of punishment (the principle of individuality, flexibility, modification, forgiveness, and culpability), as seen in the National Criminal Code Bill. Not accommodating humanitarian values in the formulation stage will be fatal at the law enforcement stage, but it is also fatal if the error in the formulation stage is left at law enforcement stage, so it is necessary to nationalize the pattern of criminal law enforcement one of them based on humanitarian value, less focus on punishment, contain prevention strategies, strategies for imposition of prison criminal sanctions are ultimum remedium, benefit strategy and balance of interest protection and restoration of relations between perpetrators, victims, community and state, social defense strategy with a rational policy approach that includes the use of economic approach , productive action strategies and contribute to national development in order to realize the legal objectives of benefits. Keywords: Value, Humanity, Pancasila, Enforcement, Benefit.

Abstract: The present study aims to discuss the Construction of the Values of the Child from the fairy tales as didactic methodology in the classroom. Literature bridges knowledge and the human psyche. Fairy tales, in a psychoanalytic view, seek interpretation as a very important resource for the mental life of children. The results led to believe that one can consider the elements of myth, fantasy, and the unusual as developers of the human personality, for it is through the symbology that the person represents and expresses his thoughts and actions. It was concluded that, more and more, educators should use children's stories and fairy tales in their classes, enriching the possibilities of child associations with their daily reality. Keywords: Fairy tales; Construction of Human Values; Child education.

In this research the researcher collects philology materials, local oral stories, forms stories in a story book and uses them as a basis for developing a literacy program based on local oral stories entitled Sekolah Berbudaya Lisan (SBL). By adopting ethnographic and philological methods the researchers collect local oral story data around the school to be transformed into a written form of children's stories in picture books. This storybook based on local oral stories becomes the foundation of the embodiment in developing and cultivating a literacy activity program which is done by combining 4D research and social engineering research methods. The SBL program was developed to create role models for social engineering activities for schools to develop the cultural behavior of oral literacy in their environment. SBL as well as making local oral stories as a distinctive characteristic that must be preserved. Schools become cultural centers of oral stories and preserved forms of local oral stories that are almost extinct because modern society has abandoned traditional oral storytelling.

Abstract Meniscal tears and osteoarthritis (osteoarthrosis, degenerative arthritis, or degenerative joint disease) are two of the most common conditions involving the knee. This article includes definitions of apportionment and causes; presents a case report of initial and recurrent tears of the medial meniscus plus osteoarthritis (OA) in the medial compartment of the knee; and addresses questions regarding apportionment. The authors, experienced impairment raters who are knowledgeable regarding the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (AMA Guides), show that, when instructions on impairment rating are incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent, interrater reliability diminishes (different physicians may derive different impairment estimates). Accurate apportionment of impairment is a demanding task that requires detailed knowledge of causation for the conditions in question; the mechanisms of injury or extent of exposures; prior and current symptoms, functional status, physical findings, and clinical study results; and use of the appropriate edition of the AMA Guides. Sometimes the available data are incomplete, requiring the rating physician to make assumptions. However, if those assumptions are reasonable and consistent with the medical literature and facts of the case, if the causation analysis is plausible, and if the examiner follows impairment rating instructions in the AMA Guides (or at least uses a rational and hence defensible method when instructions are suboptimal), the resulting apportionment should be credible.
